This is a pre-graduation(similar to pre-election in 9ja) matter & should have been settled before graduation. As long as graduation took place whoever that graduated remains the valid owner of the certificate. Please throw out the case for lack of merit & rule on the above technical grounds.😁

This case of double gender(M/F) is similar to the double nomination case that was resolved by our honorable Justices😁 If my learned self could add to my earlier submission, the “Fe” in the gender “Female” is purely a clerical oversight. Strike out the case😁

They celebrate rubbish judgement read by judges that are bought and paid for....and they expect foreign courts to do the same. Shame on APC and those that support that evil party.

They accused PDP of corruption then turn out to be the real definition of corruption with impunity. Everyone who is instrumental to emergence of APC who supervised the destruction of Nigeria economy and security will pay for it

Exactly! Now you can see where some, if not a good portion of that rage you observe in some women comes from. It is not that they are ungrateful but more that they harbor regret which some of them may not even realize or understand the core reason for. undecided

2. When you have tradition/culture pushing them one way and reality pushing them the other, many just end up confused. undecided
Yeah I agree with you.

No man should deny an able bodied grown woman the opportunity to do business or use her education/skill to contribute to society.

Everyone should be allowed and supported to pursue their life purpose/passion.

Your submissions make sense sir/ma. Nice chatting with you!

Kobojunkie:
Try to see things from the perspective of such women so you can clearly understand the trigger of their rage. undecided

They signed a marriage contract with a man who promised to provide for 100% financial needs of the family. Some of these women were even forced to quit the little work they had in hand at the time by these same men as part of the agreement. And be sure that no gun was put to the heads of these men by the women in marriage at all. Nor were the men forced by the women into an agreement to bear 100% financial burden either. Do you see where I am going with this? undecided
Any man promising to take care of the family need 100% in this day and age is seriously deluded unless you are talking Jeff bezos or bill gates wealth.

Work is important even for the woman's Psyche. I will never understand how a man will ask an educated/skilled woman to sit at home all day.
Well, different strokes for different folks.

The bottom line for me is that both parties should make efforts to contribute to the family and support each other in times of challenge. There is no need in the family that is labelled exclusively to a man or woman as long as there is means

So,there’s nothing wrong with a woman paying house rent, school fees, feeding, utilities and other bills while still playing her traditional roles of taking care of kids, cooking, cleaning and is also expected to perform in the bedroom to a man who is jobless, lazy, addicted to gambling and not willing to changehuh

Wooooow!!!!
It will not work and will NEVER work!!!
I clearly condemned laziness in my previous response and such attitude stands condemned in my world.

However I have seen a few men who cared for their family and slaves to meet the need of wife and children when the going was good...only for the woman to ridicule the man and disgrace him openly when he could no longer provide just because "it is not a woman's responsibility"

The key for me I a balanced sense of responsibility from and support from both husband and wife.
Nothing stops the one who has the means to meet the family's need be it a man or woman.

A man who can't provide for his household is worse than an infidel.
You expect the woman who is naturally not a provider to take over the man's responsibility and still function as the woman.

How many men have you seen do ithuh
This lie has been told for too long and need to be corrected.

If a man cannot provide he is worse than an infidel... that's women favourite quote in the Bible.

Have you ever cared to read proverbs 31? If not please do and let's have this conversation.

I'm all for a man taking responsibility in the home and I strongly condemn any man that is so irresponsible that he refuses to make effort to take care of his family's need- such as the OP's husband

That said, there is nothing wrong with a woman providing for the home....the Bible is very balanced when it comes to managing finances in the home.

Samantha124:
I'm gonna speak from an African woman's perspective, especially a South African woman.

There's this stereotype that an African woman is expected to have a curvy figure like a figure 8... For example, as a South African woman, I didn't know that South Africa is considered to have a high number of curvy women until I joined nairaland because it had never came to my attention one bit.

At first I didn't take the comments seriously here on nairaland, until I came across two videos of Nigerian women based here in SA talking of how SA women are gifted with curves and big behinds... I never paid attention to any of those things, maybe because I'm also an SA woman.

So I decided that I was gonna do my own findings, this other time I was at a mall and I decided that I was gonna check my SA ladies out and I was shocked by what I saw, it was like 85% of them were bootylicious... grin grin grin... But I was like noo, I can't make any conclusions yet because I'm in Durban and maybe it's possible that it's only the Zulu girls who have the booty, so I waited until I go home to Polokwane to check my Sepedi girls out... grin grin grin

Of course I finally did traveled back home and this one time I was at a shopping center with my nephew, we had ordered for some pies and while we were still waiting for our orders, I decided that I'm gonna check out my Sepedi ladies out to confirm what some male nairalanders have been saying... grin grin grin.. I was shocked the second time.. grin grin grin.. I saw Nicki Minaj figures walking around and I couldn't help but wonder to myself how come I didn't notice all these things all my life... Not all of them were curvy, but most of them did have the curves and the booty.

So as an African lady, if you lack self confidence, you might end up having a low self-esteem and using butt pads to look like other African ladies outside.... Even now I'm still shocked by what I saw... grin grin grin
Thanks for confirming. Most SA ladies are absolutely curvaceous. African women are beautiful curves or not ❤️

Thats the problem with black nations, the US reserve bank doesnot print more currencies more than it actually capacity, as a matter of fact the only print to replace old worn currencies, unlike banks here in Africa and Nigeria and some other corrupt middle east countries, they print money like it is paper and you expect the currency to have value. no way.

By saying that it means you are not well informed, if the print excess dollar not back by any real commodity or services, then there will be excess dollar in circulation and the dollar will loose it value to reflect the worth of products been backed by the dollar in circulation. blacks should try and learn please.

You can dream all you want but that will not happen now or the next decade. BRICS a set of nations who do not trust themselves how can they challenge the west. you all must be joking.

Because the cannot trust themselves and that is the trust, every one of the BRICS nation are greedy and looking for ways to outsmart each other.

Really and you think this will work. So Nigeria or India can go behind and Print more currency note to buy excess goods and resources from the other country, what do you think will happen at the global stage if this happens. I can buy all the goods in your shop just for some pieces of paper, that had no real attachment to any product or services. please just think again before you conclude on this assertion. Do you even know why currencies of countries get depreciated. when you print more than your counties value, without increasing the value or worth of your country, your currency will be sure to tank. I know you all have very short memories. but i know you can still remember when Obaseki was shouting at the top of his voice that Buhari has secretly asked CBN to print more money than required and you lots thought he was just been crazy. the result of that singular act by Buhari is the main reason for the high inflation we are been faced with at the moment.
It will shock you to know that even india companies here in Nigeria refuse to accept contract in Nigeria Naira, because they are scared that one day the may just wake up and your government will just print excess paper Naira to pay them and the currency will become worthless. Your government starting from the era of Buhari refuses to announce when they are printing more new money and they tend to lie a lot of the financial data's hence the reason no government in the world wants anything to do with the Naira. because your financial system lack trust. When the USA decided to print more new dollar in the early 2000 it was publicly announced and even the dollar lost value to some significant value then.

The arrangement is intended to assist NIMC upgrade her digital data base in compliance with international standards.

The data will be domiciled in Nigeria and protect by existing extant laws, so don't think a Nigerian government will deliberately compromise her citizens sensitive data internationally.

Nigeria tried doing this twice without success because of too many unnecessary interests.

1. I remember our company with a UK partner who has done the same thing for over 50 nations submitted proposal for the ID project and they didn't even invite us for presentation. Why? (unnecessary interests just as I said earlier).

2. Afterwards NIMC was set up and incompetent people has been managing the agency, I was captured in 2015 till now I am yet to get my ID
and the same with many Nigerians.

3. Foreigners from Niger, Chad, Cameroon, Benin, Togo are now in possession of our IDs how? The system has been compromised.

So I am supporting world bank on this either through loan or grant to take over the project. We need to activate our economy for rapid growth and it can't be done with having a GENUINE database which we have not able to do on our own for over 20years.
If you are waiting for someone to print a plastic card for you then you will wait forever.
