flokii: Evil prevails when good men fail to act..
Evil of coup d'etat shall not prevail in Niger republic. Democracy must and will be restored. How has democracy helped francophone countries when their puppet president are installed by France with agreement to deposit 85% of their earnings in French central bank only to borrow the same money back at commercial interest rate. Is that not slavery?? Democracy is not a silver bullet and it's not a guarantee for progress. Muamar Ghadaffi's military rule in lybia was far better than many democracies in Europe at the time. Saudi is not a democracy Qatar is not a democracy Oman is not a democracy Many countries in the world ruled by monarchs and military are far better than the so called democracies in Africa. Let us stop the hypocrisy. Nigeria has enough problems already. We will not add a needless war to it |

flokii: Pray for Niger republic.. I hope the coup plotters are prepared for what is coming; sorrow, tears and blood. Nothing is coming. Leave Niger alone to determine their destiny. How many African countries invaded Nigeria despite many coups? We have enough problems with economy and terrorism already. Why add a war that is absolutely none of our business to it. Tinubu is tone deaf as usual and this may just be the last straw |

socialmediaman: I think this is the right move! Military dictatorship should not creep back into Africa. Irresponsible use of weapons by the military should be totally condemned.
While we disagree and fight to improve on the corrupt politics of Baalablu and Mr Yakubu, we must agree that military rule should have no place in Africa If you don't want military rule to have a place then tell your politicians to work in the interest of their people. These politicians knoaw nothing more than rigging elections, siphoning the treasury of their countries to foreign bank accounts, signing agreements with the west to exploit their country resources by the west in exchange for protecting political power and increasing hardship on their own people. African politicians are wicked yet they want the people to support them. Nobody wants military rule but the political elites are nothing but crooks. Go to Niger and you will weep when you see the level of poverty for a country that is 5th largest producer of uranium |

These are countries in the league of poorest of poor nations on earth and Niger in particular, for years, has had the lowest in the world in terms of HDI.
They live on the benevolence of Nigeria for aid to their military.
Nigeria has experience in this kind of military operation,we have successfully done it in the past, sacking impostors in power. Their military have no such experience and they are just too few and unequiped.
Just take them off internet, electricity and create a land and air blockade Check my signature for free stuffs! Have you pauses to ask why they are poor despite immense natural resources which their politicians keep giving away to the west? Niger republic mined over 2 billion dollar worth of uranium in the last 18 months and all that money is siphoned out of the country to France. HydraFeeds: you’re getting it wrong ,the subsidy wasn’t removed only because some people are embezzling the funds but also because the driver pay is too much and it’s better for one child to trek to school than for the home to declare bankruptcy.
The senators making a jest of the policy is a different scenario. Bravo!!! It's too painful for tax paying Nigerians to enjoy any benefit from government but government can afford billions to waste on bullet proof cars for government officials in the midst of all this. Government officials are excluded and well insulated from the "pain" while collecting "hardship" allowance every month. Oya na lets continue....the reality on the streets will confront all of us sooner than later. |

HydraFeeds: It’s only Nigerians that complain the government doesn’t do anything for them ,they will abuse the country and wish her bad ,they will also abuse the leaders for borrowing money to augment money flow (neglecting the corruption though ,cos it’s the same people that will hail corrupt politicians that is their favorite but called other corrupt politicians evil because it’s not their favorite) .
When the government removes the bottleneck subsidy ,instead of them to double their hustle and hold government accountable for the subsidy removed ,they’re looting fellow citizens properties .
That’s how one Nigerian was complaining about rejected visa even though he’s guilty of manipulation and he also neglected the behaviors of fellow Nigerians that have misbehaved before him .
Change begins with everyone . I have a problem with this narrative of trying to justify subsidy removal. You discovered that your children driver has been embezzling half of the money you give him monthly to fuel your car. What is the best course of action? 1. Buy the fuel yourself at the filling station? 2. Sack the driver or make him refund the stolen?money 3. Sell your your car and let your children start trekking to school. The federal government choose option 3 and I'm shocked that most of you are clapping for them Every country have one form of subsidy or the other including the US and UK that your politicians like to use as benchmark for fuel price. Why not go after the subsidy scammers/thieves rather than making life difficult for the whole nation? In the midst of all this senators and reps less than 500 people shared 75 billion while jokingly passing resolution to "let the poor breathe" There is consequence to all these actions and I hope we all are mentally ready for it |

lotkyes200: Why did you think Jesus sat by the offering to see what others gave . Offering is something you dont joke with you never appear before deity empty handed. God is not just a diety. This is the mentality that has driven people to look for money by any means just to be among those donating to church. Politicians will come and pay tithe of money embezzlement from government. Yahoo boy will give fat offering from proceed of fraud and we clap for them. I have trekked to church without offering many times before. Why should I stay away from fellowship just because I don't have offering?? In your opinion, Is God more concerned about my money or the salvation of my soul?? |

TradingGod: St. Mark 12:41 Jesus went over to the collection box in the Temple and sat and watched as the crowds dropped in their money. Many rich people put in large amounts.
See them, they are ready to criticize any truth from the Bible because they refused to read from the Holy Scripture but rather wait for a man to read the bible to them Do you realize that the offering described in that passage was completely voluntary? As In they are not passing offering baskets round. A box was kept somewhere and you can go drop whatever you have decided to give. No seed faith, money pledge, covenant seed or any of such things we see today |
