Am sure she must have left her husband all because of material things of this world only to be caught for fraud. And to all those who usually attributes crimes to one part of the region,u can see that it is every where,I mean no region is safe and no one is innocent until we all appear before God someday. And for all the judges in this country, some stole billions u gave them just two years, while some were given plea bargain. OK it's alright, God will judge us all until that great day. Rubbish justice system! |
soberdrunk:And the one that gets me angry is that, these evil people can be so poor and yet they visit juju houses. |
Bighead9:This hate must have eaten u deep down...shame on u. |
olujaidi:Still on the matter, educated people are not rich compare to these daring business guys...in fact,I have them as friends and I can say it boldly. Whether they inflate invoices or not that is personal to them. |
9jatriot:Since I was born down to this very day of my existence,I have never met a rich teacher. Surprisingly, in my 4th year in the University in one of our real estate finance classes,i interjected and boldly asked my lecturer an intelligent lady then, and i said ma, can u teach us how to make money with the application of this course. Trouble: She went beserk and said it boldly,I am not hear to teach u and others how to make money,if u want to make money that I should go learn a trade or do something that will give me money. Since then, I knew no one will teach u how to be successful except u (yourself). It is not about making the money but preserving it by taking certain investible risks. Most educated people in Nigeria are afraid of taking risk, that is why u see these men in business doing well especially these Igbo guys who usually go through years of learning a particular trade and most end up doing so well. It is not about school but mentoring and being able to apply what u have been taught. |
Since u have decided in ur mind that if u marry her u will cheat. I want u to know this, even if u gets married to the most beautiful lady out there u will still cheat cos,not because u said it,but because it's already ingrained in your mind to do it. Ask those men who got married to beautiful woman how far? One thing is for sure, beauty does not keep a man neither does being handsome keep a marriage. Everything boils down to who u are and marrying that wonderful character. |
Mstick:Deliverance kits must have cost them a lot. Iginla is a 419 he knows that and many will see not it. Prayer does not solve a problem if u know u are lazy but solves problems if u are goal oriented and ambitious. All this men of God will be praying for Nigeria as if Nigeria needs prayers,in fact what Nigeria need is work and prayer without work is vain. |
NwaAmaikpe:Smart guy,u just spotted the 419 in those so called men of God. |
Serious! |
Davash222:Just be fooling your village people. Although u sounded like a fool sha, but why should I worry when u are a product of the same thing u accused others of. Am proud to marry a Nigerian woman...they are lovely and sweet. May God bless them where ever they are including my mum and other good mums out there. |
Simplyleo:This hate will kill u. |
I gave my house documents to my cousin to take a bank loan of 3 million naira but I like to retrieve my documents back because of the way he and his wife have been doing things since October, 2019. He is involved in sales of agrochemicals. He discussed with me on how profitable the business is but that he didn't really have money to put into it. The wife lost her job in the bank and had to join him in the business. Being a close cousin and friend of mine, I gave out my house documents to him as collateral and the bank actually came to do some inspection in my house and I signed some documents. The big issue now is that my cousin have not paid a dime back since August last year when he got the loan and between then and now he has done 3 parties that I'm sure gulped lots of money. The wedding of his younger sister in October, wedding of his brother in law in December and 40th birthday of his wife in January. These were serious lavish parties which I think could be done modestly. I asked him on Monday about the loan and he said his moratorium will expire in February and there's no cause for alarm. This is different from what he told me before I released my documents, he said he will have gone far in repayment even before the expiration of moratorium. I reminded him about this but he said there is no problem about his ability to pay back since the business is lucrative. I also discovered that one of our uncles actually borrowed him 2 million naira in 2017 which he hasn't paid back till now, he hasn't paid a dime back, I didn't do due diligence before releasing my documents to him. Uncle told me yesterday that he would have discouraged me from giving out my documents if I had informed him before the loan was granted. Uncle also told me that he disagreed with him about his clubbing and partying lifestyles as a struggling businessman but that instead of appreciating his concern, he and his wife fought him and boasted his 2 million naira will be paid back before mid 2018 but till today he hasn't paid a dime. Hope I haven't shot myself in the leg with this help which I think I rendered to a friend and family? The worst part of it is that my wife was not fully in support of my intention to help him then. Where do I start from good people? He promised to start paying by January ending, if he fail to do this, is it possible to break that bond and retrieve my documents from the bank? Can I tell him and the bank that I'm no longer interested in guaranteeing the loan? I'm afraid, kindly help.
As an ex banker,I can only tell u that u have entered the wrong side of business. U should have done ur due diligence on him earlier and as it is, u can't come out from this except u find a way to pay off this liability, otherwise ur house might be confiscated by the Bank in order to recover their money. Note this: At the time of recovery, the bank may sell off ur house below the cost price also known as the "forced sale value" this is to avoid taken time to liquidate the property. That is,to sell the property quickly. This is one thing I hate about Nigerians, they can never keep to their promise. I'm deeply sorry for what u are passing thru now. |
Roon9:How much? |
My dear fellow man...I like the fact that u could differentiate the two ladies but truth be told, marriage is not relationship and will never be. Marriage is a hard work,it takes just two hard working people to make it work. And take note that a lazy woman will ruin ur life,in fact, her inability to enter the kitchen at will says it all. My advice is thus: Igbo's used to say that the eyes eats before the mouth. I will advice u to stick to Benita but all these university girls can not be trusted one bit even if their fathers are Bishop's. That, she is going to graduate soon does not guarantee u happiness if u marry her(Susan). Based on ur explanation,Benita stands out and has indeed shown that she is a true African woman and can be there for u anytime any day. Stick to Benita but if I am to twist it to sound brotherly, leave both girls and get a working class woman to help yourself. Good luck to u. |
Sunofgod:Double standard statement!...stand for one lane make we understand u. |
Esseite:My brother u are right but after the population comes wahala. |
Even if u advice these girls many will never heed to it...na today. This is what I term as mmm traveling? Sorry for what u went thru but many are still travelling down to these countries. |
Witchersunited:No matter ur tribe or religion, u still sound like a fool. Must one wait till his entire village is eliminated before they set out security in the unit? |
I don't allow myself to be angry at home and not even against my wife that I love. Never! |
Abdul05:From their name u will see their almajiri coconut head. |
mikezuruki:The ones he's owing is my major concern. Anybody depend on him. |
How did they spend the money gotten from this heart of beast...I fear Nigeria honestly. |

*Monkey Business* A lot of monkeys lived near a village. One day a merchant came to the village to buy the monkeys. He announced that he would buy the monkeys for £100 each. The villagers thought he was mad. They thought how can somebody buy stray monkeys for £100 each? Still, some people caught a few monkeys and gave them to the merchant and he gave them £100 for each monkey. This news spread like wildfire and more people caught more monkeys to sell to the merchant. After a few days, the merchant announced that he would buy monkeys for £200 each. Even the lazy villagers now ran around to catch the remaining monkeys and sold them for £200 each. Then the merchant announced that he will buy monkeys for £500 each. The villagers started to lose sleep! They caught six or seven monkeys, which was all that was left, and got £500 for each one. The villagers were waiting anxiously for the next announcement. Then the merchant said he was going home for a week and when he returned he would buy monkeys for £1,000 each. He asked his employee to take care of the monkeys he bought. The merchant went home and the villagers were very sad as there were no more monkeys left for them to sell at £1,000 each. Then the employee told them he will secretly sell them monkeys for £700 each. This news spread like wildfire. Since the merchant will buy monkeys for £1,000 each, there is a £300 profit for each monkey. The next day the villagers made a queue near the monkey cage. The employee sold all the monkeys for £700 each. The rich bought monkeys in big lots. The poor borrowed money from money lenders and also bought monkeys. The villagers took care of the monkeys and waited for the merchant to return. But nobody came. They ran to the employee. But he had already left too. The villagers then realised that they had bought the useless stray monkeys for £700 each and were unable to sell them. *Beware of Monkey Businesses* *Real Businesses are always based on Real Products and Services* No more monkeys business this year.... Some are coming in the form of network marketing, Ponzi scheme etc... beware! Nice and sweet promises are calculated for u which look wonderful on paper but a mirage in reality. This is 2020; invest wisely, so you won't end the year in regrets Once Again; Beware of Monkey Business !! |
Buy her a land...or a bungalow in Abuja. |
Marriage is a complex matter and I will advice u to take ur time to evaluate the whole issue with ur girl, however, your girl hasn't done well at all. If u know u can't cope with this kind of woman pls quit it immediately, but remember also that u have not married her yet even if u carry 20trucks load of beer to her fathers compound. Fact is that,u can't claim her to be ur wife until u pay her bride price. That is all. U might as well do well to forgive her. |
IHATEPUZZY:There is nothing amebo about this subject above however, I think the reason problems degenerate uncontrollably is because no one wants to talk. This is simply evil and glaring abomination to all who cared. There shall come a time when nothing will work for them until they are both cleansed. Thank u sister for this message. U are truly a friend,if it were in the olden days, people like this would have been banished in the land. |
ozymes:When u give out loan,be ready to have someone issue u cheque on behalf of the fellow whom u are loaning money to. That is,let the borrower provide u with a creditable and trust worthy guarantor. The guys that stand as my guarantors can fight my case out. Reason is because they don't want anything that will affect theirs. |
Grupo:U don't mean it, that was ur best opportunity. In fact,in this business u don't need to open a shop,u just need to work from home. That is what I do and for instance i am in my village right now,but the business is moving because i no longer needed to be around for me to make my money. Finally, when u eventually starts, pls do not put up greed,as in trying to make so much from little. Wish u the best. |
Neri....meaning light of God |
Pluck out ur eyes...better to enter the kingdom of God with no eyes than waste in hell. |
Just don't defend ur police friend...the wife knows her husband better than u do. Just mind ur business. |
