Izabel:
Loan i wont be able to pay back, better to be broke than in debt
Normally,Nigerians are not good at repaying loans...and for the guy that says 90% bankers don't take loans.

I think I disagree with u on that, because many bankers if not 90% in Nigeria live practically on loans and that is why if they are sacked, they usually go home with nothing.
Like in some banks, many staff are forced to take loans, especially car loans which can last for 5-10 years depending on ur salary. And same thing happens when they are offering IPO on shares to their staff before they go public.

The bottom line is,ensure u pay ur loan promptly as at when due and do so knowing fully that loan can help ur business tremendously. With the mindset of a Nigerian,u can never be honest with loans.

For example,I have 4 loans running on my head and monthly I make prompt payment without delay....and because of that,my bankers are always calling me to come and liquidate to get a new one especially on those ones I have few months to redeem.

Let us all change our mindset about loans.

Just like telling some young Nigerian men to stop flamboyant lifestyles and start early to invest...cos our country is highly unpredictable.
Even the witches and wizards will not allow some of them to reason until the money will disappear.

Surprising,I met a guy in Wuse 2,Abuja who told me that he was stupid to have been living in Maitama paying 1.8 million in a 2 bedroom apartment while his mates were paying just 650k and 700k in Kubwa and other suburds in the same Abuja.
Sadly,he was full of regrets cos most of his friends have started building their own houses while he was ignorantly lavishing his.

y

That's how they are deceiving Nigerians...because he is a man of God we should then keep quiet and allow this kind of dirty talk, knowing full well, that this same money is being made from the same people.

Prosperity talk like this,is what fuels envy among so called men of God in Nigeria.
A country where people are dying of hunger yet, tithe and offerings is the major talk in the church.

I think u should keep quiet if u don't know what to say. I mean Is ur pastor God?

Question 1; i'm not current with the school fees for nursery pupils, do nursery school school children pay this much for good quality schools in the eastern part of Nigeria.

Question 2; Can i invest N10 million in Treasury bills on behalf of the child and they can use the interest payments to pay the child's school fees or rather go for bonds.

Stop confusing Yourself my friend. Stop twisting the Bible...any fruit juice that stays above 24hours will eventually ferment and turn to a strong wine...so which wine are u talking about again. Even fresh palm wine ferments aggressively under 24 hours. Why are u twisting the word of God upside down.
Christianity Etc › Re: The Bible Does Not Support Drinking Alcohol, Don't Let Anyone Fool You by ibechris(m): 9:29am On Sep 08, 2019
Well,I don't have anything to say to u...because u feel they say it was fruit juice then u concluded using the the Bible to balance it.

However u mean,it is the same Bible they use to defraud people of their money called Tithes and first fruits in this ur Nigerian churches.

No pastor can deceive me using the same Bible cos what they do is to extract a verse and gbam ur head will spin and before u know it,u are gone.

If u want to read the Bible, pls read a complete chapter for better understanding as this would help u to understand the true meaning of actual fact from fiction.

Without argument, I know for sure that whatever God create has its beauty.
So,stop deceiving people if in doubt let us read the following:
Psalm 104:14-15
Ecclesiastic 3:13 and 9:7
Timothy 5:23
And this does not also ignore the fact that Jesus of Nazareth turned water to wine.

In proverbs 31:4 king Lamuel was advised by his mother not to drink wine so that he would not forget the law. Take note, there was no mention of fruit juice rather wine and strong wine.

That is how far I can go for now.

This is serious oh.
Is like u are desperate to travel not even ur sister?

U are not talking like someone who reall wants to help ur sister. U think because he came from the UK that alone is brings happiness.

Ur sister may have come out from a big trouble and here u are pushing her to marry another strange man all because of selfishness.

I feel u want to drag ur sister into this relationship so that u can travel to the UK.
It is not how handsome a man is that makes a marriage, rather bonding and everlasting love are keys to a good marriage.
So be careful not to cause ur sister another divorce.

That is the only thing they do in Nigeria. Stealing, stealing and stealing till there is non to steal again.

No wonder there is no visible project in the land,no good road,no clean water to drink,no light and stealing every where in Nigeria. He could not pay salary and pension yet,he could steal to build empires for his generations.

Just like his colleague in Zamfara state,he could not pay the German contractor who constructed the only Zamfara state radio station, yet the money that was recovered from him was so huge that I wondered, where they were taking all this money to.
This is so bad, that in a country where the people call the name of God at every slightest moment,is the same country where stealing is done without serious punishment.

I can see why Nigerians are running out of the country even if it means death to them, because the systems is bad no where is safe,Director is stealing,Perm sec is stealing, ministers are stealing and siphoning and why the people below are hiding files just to collect bribes.
With the above issues bedevilling the country, there won't be progress if what we do is to indulge in all of these vices and many still call on God to bless them for taking away the wealth of the common people.

May wisdom fall on us all.

There is actually no organisation called Mutual fund rather Mutual is fund is portfolio of investments which is traded via the stock exchange by ur fund managers such as the ARM pensions, investment one,Stanbic etc.
But as a new investor, I will advice to u read more on mutual funds cos of the risk involve and possibly decide on something better like fixed deposit pending when u can start buying into Treasury Bills.

candidtalk:
Who is "they"? You think Yorubas are without political clout and rights in Nigeria like IPOB-stained Igbos? The North knows that a strategy of monopolising power because of their alleged superior electorate population will cause discontent that will be bad for business - their business specifically since they are the most dependent on having power or being close to it.

This is why many Northerners are now coming out and warning their kinsmen to support Yoruba Presidency or prepare for a backlash that will surely come since any attempt at monopolising power will show the very cosmopolitan and pragmatic Yorubas , very loyal to helping the North lead, to chart another course forward. The North will be viewed as ingrates if they tow this path.

Unlike Igbos, Yorubas are not empty barrels and we know our worth to Nigeria beyond conducting ourselves in a loud yet impotent manner. We are not noisemakers like Igbos so I dare the North to try and scheme Yorubas out. This is when Nigeria will know Yorubas can be more insular than the China that built a wall to develop from inside and then outward in the past.

All Yorubas need to see is that the North is without honour and, going into the future, is dedicated to using her so-called superior number to remain unassailable supreme leaders of Nigeria. We will take it from there and truncate that unlike others who only know to make fake noise. You forget PDP were set to rule for 60 years, as the unassailable ruling Party, till mainly Yoruba players showed the skill and vision to deliver the APC merger that went on to thwart the monopoly of the PDP? It is not about talk bro. Many ways to skin a Cat.
At the mention of Igbo or the Igbo tribe, people like u rant in anger and extreme envy...why take ur stupidity to the national front when it is obvious u can't control this your backyard envy.

The write up above, does not in any way affects the Igbo's race nor demean their tempo. However u chose to bring up this matter to get people agitated but man,u are in for it.
Next time,u have to reason properly before u dish out discouraging words, because am so sure that, had the Igbo man not bought your fathers land in some parts of Lagos state,u wouldn't be here ranting in envy.
