Sir, my emphasis has been on the key word ‘guarantee’ of investments but your points are spot on.

First of all,remove all the money and put it in a new account. If u fail to do this and the ATM cards expires,damage as a result of water,fire or get lost,then u are in for a bigger wahala associated with letter of Administration,the waka no be here.

My advice:
It seems u guys are in good financial standing,therefore,use the money to purchase a land since non of u has business knowledge for the time being. At least that alone is a hedge against inflation.
Do not fixed that money because it wouldn't yield any reasonable amount considering the economy situation now.

And if u think up anything better,pls do not forget put into a venture that'll keep ur fathers memory alive.

This is called Pay day loans it is also practised in America.
Usually,the interest on such loans are high hence the name.

The problem about loans in Nigeria is not about the people giving out these loan but the people collecting and reneging on their promise.

How can u seek for loan knowing u won't pay up as at when due...that is stupid and crazy!even banks wouldn't tolerate u let alone online lenders.

Pay whatever u collected as loan and stop borrowing if u can't pay.

There is actually no pity here if u can't stick to agreements which u signed and promised but later goofed. The rich becomes rich,because they learnt the art of sticking to agreement, promises kept and foster relationship for more loans.
