Spit!!!! on Igbos |
Systeme101: mega city in wat sense? That money cant construct 3 world class projects let alone building a city quinnboy: Waste of money....can't they use that money for industrializing the state? Eh?I am not privy to the plans of the SW state but N200B is a lot of money in the Nigerian economy. BTW what is your state doing? |
In real life I don't hate nor love Igbos BUT here on NL I do with a passion!!!!. |
OP you dey lie!! Igbo peaceful my foot How many non-igbos do you see living in Igbo land? Next to zero |
size=16pt]IGBO KWENU!!! Successful business men that we are so jealous of. |
These Ghanaians must be "mad".........eh sensible.. Sending the world renouned almighty Igbo away.......mind you Yoruba traders have been there for centuries without upsetting the locals o! Same in Abidjan and along the w/african coast... As usual everything changes once the unruly, unmanageable, ungovernable villagers from the east arrives. South Africa next! |
Paradise!!! Paradise!!! But the average igbo (Chuckwudi and Amaka) no fit live there! |
dexmundo: nearly all yoruba have pride in their blood. However, we are no longer living in the 1970's where niger delta resources are used by awolowo or gowon to to develop lagos, ekiti, and the entire south west. If you live in the south west and have never come out, dont boast. I have travelled the south western states. There is no state in south west apart from lagos that has the level of massive development in the south south states of delta, rivers, akwa ibom or cross river. I know that part of ogun state is benefitting from lagos expansion. But dont live in a fool's paradise trying to always lay claims to superiority when ideally your reasonings are inferior. Stop propagating sentiments and tribal superiority claimsAnd we have every right to feel superior because everyhting is happening in Yoruba Land. The last time i checked LAGOS (EKO) is not in Hausa land, Igbo Land, Ijaw Land or anywhere else. The whole of SW Yoruba land is being invaded by people whose land cannot sustain them. So YES we have a right to feel SUPERIOR because we are.!! |

Stop propagating sentiments and tribal superiority claimsMuch of the Yorubas (50 - 70 years old) today are degenerates - selling the crown jewels out of laziness, aparthy and cluelessness. The previous generation were hardworking, commercial traders who made waves and thats why there are lots of old cities dotted all over Yoruba land - the signs of a great immediate past. For the last 30 years we Yorubas have been living on past glories and have watched the wretched Igbos come from their land to control a big chunk of economic activities here. The time to reverse that horrible trend is now! |
Why are the streets empty and where are the EBOs? |
Yorubas must stand up and be counted. We have left the western corridor and borders in our region to be bastardised by our unruly Eastern brothers and it is time to pick up the gauntlet and manage the impending trade for our benefit. |
CaptainOjemba: keep shifting the goal post, ondo state are feeding them abi? They also do not contribute to the economy of ondo, You seem to hjave counted the number of yorubas in Imo, Aba, Umuahia etc to know that they are not up the population of Igbos in ondo. Why are you people running away from your ancestral land? Why? Surely the solution eventually is to develop the place instead of seeking refuge especially in Yorubaland. Aint you going to create serious conflict very soon? |
Why are the streets of these paradise empty? IGBO people should be forced back home. |
When people talk in derogative terms about Nigerians they are talking almost exclusively about the IGBOs ![]() |
aryzgreat: It's all chains of betrayal and karma taking it's toll on them, remember awolowo betrayed igbos, mko betrayed him.The igbos betrayed themselves and they are still doing it today. You need to be less emotional and reason before you act or open that village mouth. |
arresa: Speaking the truth is always more important and necessary regardless other people's feelings or attitude towards you because of any truthful revelation.Well said sir, its important the truth is out - as unpalatable as it is and knowing what our Yanmirin tenants will do with this revelation. |
CyberWolf: For those looking for source, this is a reliable source....http://thenationonlineng.net/new/ill-expose-corrupt-monarchs-after-2015-election-akiolu-insists/ enjoy yourselfNot in a millions years! Igbo will sell their mama (ask the ritualists) for the love of ego. Inadequate people feeling that they would be liberated by money. Our Obas have disappointed us though. |
DidierKing: I wont call you names, I will leave readers to be the judge: Let's dissect The races you mention and lets be truthful:The refuge seeking IGBOs nko? what will they do. |
Bye Bye! in capital letters. I smell greed! useless post below lonelydora: Are Nigerians this poor? Just 500 naira and we are already telling him facebook bye bye. Chai |
Kai !!! And there I was giving so much respect to these our so called OBAs. Every institution in this country is worthless, Olorun. Time for all of us to commit suicide. |
omoharry: we are all Nigerians; so he has the right to interfere in other state affair. stop this traibal/ethinic division it wont lead us any where. We are all Nigerians my foot!! If you are to talk about Lagos state and any other SW state please put it in the context of your own state. The state (and slowly the whole SW) is providing refuge to the IGBO nationationals and yet loudmouths are here talk like Uzor Kalu?. |
Mother in law is the most dis-speakable person i know, yet she is a sanctimonious Christian. And remember the whole country is full of churches yet our country Nigeria is the most corrupt and evil country in the world. The Koreans, Singaporeans, Norwegians,Danish etc etc have great country and great life but they are more atheists than christians. |
Edmanpumpin: So you went all the way to register a nairaland account with a supposed yoruba name ibidun which you spelt ibedun in your igbo accent just to disparage you percieved enemies. Grow up kid.Omo yoruba paraku ni mi. Awon oloriburuku Ibo yi ti ri wa fin tan pata pata. Ibi yi ki se ilu baba won and we have to make that stand even if it will cause bloodshed. We have to defend our land and LAgos is too too vital to Yorubaland. |
