Take your printout to Alausa to begin the process. The interview date is not relevant.

Please, is this the same for every state?

I did my application on 10th of August and just like the guy, I have not received any interview date. BTW, I am not in Lagos

OP, If you pursue it too vigorously, you might end up making a mistake. Put it in prayer but kinda pay less attention to it (at the same time you get to work more on life investment). Most times what we leave to go by the flow, just comes by itself.

But again socialize without having the intention of marriage in mind.

Therefore, I'm asking, can I still blog with that?. Note, I'm not really interested in the gains but just for fun, inside there sha, guyman go still like to cash out even if na fun so I no go feel am for body

Of course you can. Though your traffic or visitors will be mainly Nigeria because of the language issue.
To gain traffic to your site, you do have to market it manually. And on the long run you can earn through your site through Sponsor post, AD space and adsense.

Did you know some unsaturated niche?
Every industry has an unsaturated niche, mostly sub-niches or sub-topics. You have to make that research yourself. It took me a while to find mine (good ones).

The top secret to blogging;
Find an unsaturated niche, I mean a tiny niche less people blog about, but has lot of online queries.
Know SEO (it's not difficult).
Draw traffic ORGANIC traffic by constant content update.
Most importantly have a minimum of six month patient. (get other means to survival till then)
And again, if you want to blog about Nigeria gossip (forget it, its time wasting)

Again, I say the key to blogging is finding an unsaturated niche.

If you truly want to risk it, make sure you have "extra extra" cash on you cause anything can happen on the way. In the middle of the way, the driver may decide to quit the journey cause of military harassment. (Some of the military men and police go as far as collecting thousands of naira from drivers).

Don't even think of carrying extra luggage. So when its time to run, you can easily find your way. You can also cross the border to the next state with less baggage.

I don't know about the northern part, but I took the risk of traveling to the east from Lagos. The experience wasn't even funny. We were stuck for hours on Delta State border. There, we met those who took night journey and those who left early that morning.

Some travellers with less luggage came down and cross the border on foot. Why they think those on feet won't spread the virus unlike those with cars is what I don't understand. Also fuel tankers where allowed to cross the borders. There were close to a five hundred cars stuck there, thus preventing tankers from entering is very risky.

Out of frustration our driver and some fellow passengers wanted to return back to Lagos and asked us to contribute money for it. Though, some of us, insisted we wait.

It was late in the evening before they finally opened it, after several pleading to their state governor and fear of armed robbers popping out from nowhere.

Point is: everyday, you meet different problems on the road. Also confirm if the state you are going to has closed their border. It very important.

She throws you out of the house.
She is insecure.
She is (was) jealous (when you got your first job)
She insults you, says hurtful things to you.
She accuses you falsely (calls you a scammer even when she knows you can't scam anybody).
She raised lazy and lousy kids.
She argues endlessly.
She does not want you to establish yourself in a foreign land.
You want kids, she doesn't (I mean, she already has at least 2, and not very young anymore).

Okay, so lemme ask you. Would you tolerate a quarter of these from a Nigerian woman?

Will you marry a 35 year old Nigerian woman who is not in marriage? Either as a single-mom or a divorcee?

I hope you did not change your moniker because your past here will hunt you? Are you one of the she-males that calls spinsters “evening newspapers”?

You guys (esp here on NL) are strangely amazing!

The same guys, if given the opprtunity, will lick the assssss of a white female who is “few years apart with her being on the high side” and with kids! You just imagined escaping Nigeria to live a happily-ever life of splendor “in the abroad” without putting in a decent amount of work?

3 years of dating, why were you not researching and developing yourself in employable skills in oyibo's country. Now, money to feed oyibo's kids you want to use and read book, huh? Well done sir. Mucheche cheesy

See the characteristics of a woman that you are painting a saint, because she is oyibo and oyibo no dey do wrong for una eyes cheesy

Your eye never clear sef.
Chances are you are just getting by abroad, so you are not truly independent. You also will rather chose to be oyibos “bom-boy” than being thrown back to Nigeria. The reason you are trying really hard to make your marriage work.

Don't worry, you will be fine las las.

Damn! cheesy
Roasting mixed with bitter truth. grin

If we are having constant electricity supply people won't have opt in for generators. sad
Apart from the government making awareness of CO; they should simply provide constant electricity.
And aside inhaling CO from generators , what of the headache one receive from generators sounds. My neighbour just powered theirs; headache reactivated.

LordKO:
Most people will not agree with him on the importance/need of living a minimalistic and selfless lifestyle, or imagine the fulfilment and inner peace one can garner when living life at the periphery of conventionalism - especially when one has almost seen it all or has the means, directly or indirectly, to get almost the best of anything out there. With this choice of lifestyle, strife and depression won't be his thing, irrespective of where the wind of life may toss him again in the future; Change remains the only constant thing in life, and the best way to prepare for it is by conquering oneself and being unassumingly real.

If you had lived this kind of lifestyle while having riches under your feet but suddenly almost lose it all, then, you'll begin to appreciate it (the lifestyle) more. Because in such a scenario, you'll almost unassumingly feel unperturbed as if nothing happened because your inner peace didn't go with the unfavourable change. So also the public will not know of your moment of challenges unless consciously pronounced by oneself.

Personally, I lost an approximately ten million U.S. dollars self-built business empire/investment at a relatively young age at a point in time, so I understand perfectly well the importance and benefit of this kind of lifestyle since it's an integral part of my anima.

In summary, fulfilment and inner peace are certain, irrespective of the direction of any change, once one lives life at the periphery of conventionalism, especially when doing so conscientiously.

Exactly... Minimalist is BAE smiley Less is always more...

Since you are going there to write exams only , they may likely not request for it.. they did not last year or year before that.

but once you pass this stage , the next stage all your document will be thoroughly cross checked, so make sure you have all handy by then. So you should prepare and go for your exams.

All the best.

Really? Whoa! Okay thank you do much.
Sorry for asking, please do you have any past question with you? I have been trying to lay my hand on one. Thanks.

Please gentlemen, I have few questions to ask about the DSSC. I decided to ask my question here cause I don't know where else to ask and because I believe you guys and probably experienced in it.

I am among the shortlisted candidate that are to come for an aptitiude test scheduled on December 1 in Lagos. Now here are my problems

1) On their website, they requested for degree certificate but I'm yet to collect my statement or certificate but I only have my school transcript.

2) They also requested for NYSC certificate or exemption certificate which I don't have any yet. I graduated recently and I'm planning on getting my exemption letter if my statement is out.

With this two issues, should I still go for the aptitude test or should I forget it. When I applied, I didn't know they will short list candidates this fast before I collect my school documents.
And please if anyone of you have any past question please kindly help me with one. Will be so grateful.
Please I await you guys response. Thanks.
