Should the Rafa situation spiral out of control, what would management do? Sack him in December and turn the club into a laughing stock? Why play all your cards so early and leave yourself with no hand to fall back on? Who was responsible for doing due-diligence on Rafa Bentitez and understanding the strength of feeling Chelsea fans hold toward him?
