Jarus: It’s fun to us. As all our previous matches. Winning the prized money is a bonus.
I personally don’t think we can win it.
I will not stay out of a competition that I want to have fun with because there is money at stake. I registered to have fun and I’m having the fun already. The prize money na small thing na. But as per competitive edge you suppose bring one or two professional ringers join. It's great PR and good fun anyway, and I assume Jarus Homes will be all over the jersey. Looking forward to seeing you bant with Donjazzy and co |

GloriousGbola: this is the thing
i pirate adobe, and i pirate pdf xchange so i haven't used pdf-gear per se. but i recommend it for people who may have difficult pirating software.
i am also for want of a better word, a heavy/advanced user. i watermark documents, i redact documents, i highlight documents, i rasterize documents [to make it harder to convert back ] , i acquire info from locked documents. i regularly merge and take apart pdfs.
i have also occasionally carefully re edited documents [ i helped a friend who was interviewing for a 2m a month job tweak his payslip to help his negotiations]
it depends on what you are going for. but i recommended the app to people here and they seem very happy with it.
you are going to have to download it and find out if it suits your needs - as i don't know exactly what you are planning on doing Not doing nothing major, but I want the ability to edit pdfs, convert them to Excel, Word etc. It's not a pressing need but sometimes I get Consulting work that involves pdfs. Presently I send them to my work email and use my companies Adobe to do what I need, but I want to keep my Consulting separate from my Paid employment |

GloriousGbola: if you dont want to pay at all at all [ibime scrooge] pdfgear is completely free.
as cfo i cannot point you in direction of cracked software - because you never know what is hiding in it. Is that pdfgear up to the task? |

GloriousGbola: for you- oga cfo - pdf-xchange imho is one of the best out there. much faster and less bloated than adobe.
but because adobe is the og, there are some things it still does better - no app can match adobe in accurately converting pdf files back to word or excel in my experience
outside of that - i would say go for pdf-xchange iamoyindamola: Adobe and Adobe How much Adobe dey charge for subscription for the Editable version. I no want pay |

a second option is you buy a mini pc. these range from 100 to 200k. if you have control of your space, it may be cheaper to buy a mini pc, monitor, keyboard and mouse
bought this over the weekend for a possible project Which pdf editor do you use in place of Adobe? I need one on my laptop |

bemeruca: Ibime, you remember when you said Tesla stocks are worth 50 to 70 dollars and I said you don't know what you are talking about? You talking based on Fundamentals or based on Casino money? Tesla PE Ratio is 164 vs S&P 500 ratio of 28 That means if Tesla was taken off market into private hands today at today's price, it will take the owner 168 years of profit to pay off his investment Vs 28 years for the average stock. Tesla is a narrative stock, not a stock based on earnings. Apple PE ratio is 34 for example. It got to $100 from $400 at the time of our conversation. That was more in line with reality Obviously it would fly after Trumps win, but over enough time a stock will be judged on the financial performance of the underlying company. |

See the NYT making an ass of themselves You've started coming out to bat for insanity. The Gay Profession would not cause deaths of people from Polio and Measles, nor will they claim HIV doesn't cause AIDS, nor will they claim 5G internet causes XYZ like that Fruity loop. Going after Fruity Loops is apt because he is a fruity loop . . . . as in kuku crazy. bemeruca: I have only been to NHS 3 times. When I first got in the UK. I wanted to do a malaria test so I could be clean of malaria, but they told me they didn't have experience in treating malaria and typhoid. So I ask them to run tests for every other thing.
The other two times were football injuries.
In Nigeria, I get sick of malaria 3 times a year. Typhoid one or two times. The last time I was sick was from covid and after that the vaccine got me ill.
Most Nigerians I know don't get sick abroad. UK GPs are often out of shape but in the general hospitals they are mostly in shape except the old ones. UK doesn't know what to do with malaria. In 1992 I came to UK on holiday with malaria in my bloodstream and spent nearly one month in Hospital, they were just treating nonsense whereas in Nigeria, 7-10 days is the maximum I'll need to recover from malaria, even once when I had cerebral malaria A colleague of mine had a fiance who went to volunteer in Sierra Leone and came back and started exhibiting malaria symptoms. After UK doctors have almost killed him, they finally flew him to South Africa for specialist treatment since they can't handle it - and he still died. When I heard that, I wondered when South Africa became a specialist at treating malaria when they don't really have malaria there. That means the UK doctors know that African doctors are better at treating malaria but did not trust our health system enough to send him to West Africa so they made a fatal assumption that South Africa is best for him when they are probably as inexperienced as the UK doctors in malaria treatment |
