https://www.nairaland.com/2046305/buhari-ptf-days-untold-story Abacha no consign me. Buhari as Petroleum Minister built 3 refineries and as PTF chairman built 144,000 kilometres of road and equipped all our schools with things beyond our imagination, even school buses and tractors. Now sell GEJ to me in 2015 after having by far the highest revenues in Nigerias history and $22bln savings kept for him which he yammed through in the first year of his tenure. Sell me ONE THING except that Sanusi had enough dollars to keep the Naira stable. |

donjazzet: If you look at those old posts, you see that it wasn't just Buhari, he supported amaechi against Jonathan, he consistently praised oshiomole of APC, fashola and the rest. So this isn't just a buhari something alone.
This is an inherently pro-apc, anti-pdp bias at play.
I'm not even attacking him, I'm simply highlighting this so that people would know the historical bias he has towards the APC TILL THIS VERY DAY. Which party do Aregbesola and Rochas belong to? I will favour Amaechi and Fashola because they performed in comparison to their competition. Infact I'm on record as being very pro-Lagos politicians because whether you like it or not, they are planets ahead of other states political systems. Ibime: Rochas didn't do well anything
He built some substandard roads and tanked the finances within 2 years, leading to State Govt wage delinquency when it comes to payment of civil servants
Rochas is second only to Aregbe when it comes to financial mismanagement |

Olowunl01: Chief abeg please explain - cos left to me Buhari did the most damage to Nigeria. Security F9, Economy F9. We have been going over the same thing the last few pages. Inflation in Nigeria is driven by the value of the Naira which is supported by our oil revenues. You cannot support Naira with your bare hands, you have to buy it with dollars from your oil revenue. Buhari even overdid his support of the Naira even when we had no dollars to prop it up. Tinubu is the one showing us the true value now. |

What is difference between ptf which enticed you and gej's sure p I don't know nothing about loot, but I know that PTF built 144,000km of road across Nigeria, bought school buses and tractors, desks for all our Federal schools etc that we saw with our eyes. That was 1994 to 1998. Ask anyone in school that period if they know the word PTF. My decision of who to pick was very rational and based on evidence |

I can understand someone as young as Donjazet getting deceived but you dey open mouth talk say as mature egbon wey you be for 2015, them run you street😁. Ibime go with God🙏 Which year was Petroleum Trust Fund in operation. Answer this and you will know whether I'm old enough to have seen Buharis works to have a basis for supporting him over GEJ I don't need to go far to see Buharis work. His work is right outside my house. Literally across the road from my house in the village. He built 3 of these in 2 years, the same thing we are finding harder than rocket science now, even Dangote. I had very valid reasons for supporting Buhari in 2011 and 2015, but that is not the crux of this discussion. The crux of this discussion is the cause of inflation. I will hammer APC for everything except that because I follow numbers and materiality.

I only needed to see GEJ and his Governors loot the Excess Crude Account of $22bln to turn against him as a numbers man I only needed to see Buhari build 3 refineries in 2 years as Petroleum Minister to give him a chance over GEJ If you are of a certain age to see the word "PTF" on all your school buses, tractors and roads, you will know why those of a certain age gave Buhari a chance. Ask anyone in their late 30s plus I don't have to defend my choice of Buhari now, just because he performed woefully. He had enough service record for me to go with him, while Jonathan had none except ruining our savings for the future. And I'm an Ijaw man with Jonathan wife from my hometown. |

Emaprince: Exactly. Wande came the wrong time.
Only nigga in his league now is Kiss Daniel. I have never heard any bad song from these two.
Reason wande even fell out is because don jazzy delayed putting out songs from wande when his first album was losing its wave. Donj was working on Dbanj next album( I believe) cos they were putting out singles - Mr endowed, scape goat and Oliver twist.. Also other members like dprimce and Dr sid were cooking their albums too. I think this is why wande was shelved and almost ignored so that sid and prince can get their 100% attention. I remember wande went to donj office to rant about it. He threatened he may leave the label cos new youngies (wizkid and davido who were both influenced heavily by wande) were popping already. Long story short...wande lost his fans to wizkid and davido. To make thing worst, these duo refused to let go of the top spot. They continue dropping bangers after bangers...singles after singles...albums after albums. By the time wande came back with "The beat" and some other songs which became my instant favorite, it was difficult to win his fans back because Otilor - e don go. Na so Naija be.
When I see wande, I feel bad. Cos what you see there is a massive talent under appreciated. Wande is a certified GOAT. Both his voice, different intonations and songwriting 3 guys I don't play with their songwriting are Wande, Burna and HarrySong, all for different reasons |

Roland17: Jigga commercialized and made money off it, isn’t that the dream? Where is the crime? Infact, show me a successful mainstream rapper that isn’t commercialized. Whether the cheating scandal is true or not, it sold. No rapper from the street is clean, the successful ones had to get their acts together to make money! It’s like when people hate on Steve. Steve was a hustler but cleaned up, commercialized and is now wealthy.
On DeHaven and the rest of the rats. I figured someone will bring this up. What is there to talk about on DeHaven? He has been the one running his mouth. He caught a case because of his own stupidity, jumping parole which he has admitted had nothing to do with Jigga.
Goes to jail and starts snitching but somehow this same guy wanted Jigga to come visit him in jail while he was snitching! Have you wondered why DeHaven made it out early for felony crimes that covered 2-3 states? He snitched his way to a reduced sentence! Is that who Jigga should have on his side?
Let’s be clear and you should know this, most drug dealers who also rap are informants for the DEA. How many people has DeHaven used his snitching connection to get out of jail?
This same fool discredits Jigga’s steeet cred, claims he was nothing major but still wonders how Jigga has not caught a drug case with the DEA! Jigga almost lost his life for this dude who we are not still sure about his involvement in the call..admittedly also got shot cos of Jigga.
He goes around saying he wants nothing to do with Jigga but still cries that Jigga won’t talk to him or have him in his circle, is this a joke or what? Are you still best friends with all the friends you grew up with?
“Made men ain’t supposed to make statements”- Jigga. Haha, you be big Jigga fan Dehaven ain't snitch nothing. The cause of their falling out is over some show money between Dehaven and Dame Dash. Jigga is reckless to put that in the street without paperwork. Dehaven had quit the game 3 years before he was arrested, that's why he beat his case. I don't hate the player, nor the game, it is what it is. I just find nothing interesting in Jiggas bland glossed up Hollywood version of events, always full of mistruths, omissions and whitewashing. You listen to life stories from the likes of 50 Cent, Prodigy etc al, you get the gritty detail, you listen to Jay Z life story, he just skip a lot of years and details. Can't take anything out of the mouth of a nigga that will commercialise fake cheating scandal with his wife serious. Too much fake it till you make it in his personality. Nigga will own 0.5% of Brooklyn Nets and tell you he's the owner. I rather listen to 50 Cent who will give me specific details of his dealings with likes of Black Just, E Moneybags, Preme and so forth, tell me how he made $18m on his first tour and blew most of it on Mike Tyson house, the mistakes he made and maintenance cost of the house. His specific issues with different characters, exactly how much he made from deals, who he spoke to and how he planned and prepared to get the deal etc Jay Z is like the friend that will hammer and come and lavish drinks on you just to oppress you, while always being vague on how he hammered, while 50 Cent for example is the friend that will teach you how he made the money so you can both get it. Jay Z is a natural liar also. Before I can sit down to listen to his life story, I must have picked out 10 lies by ommission in the first 15 minutes. Everything that comes out his mouth is inflated. If he made $5m, you will hear $50m, if he owns small stake, he will tell you he owns the whole company. He is a thirsty nigga to me, even his marriage was just for him to leverage up Beyonces celebrity. Let's be honest, who will be talking of Jay Z musically for the last 10 years if not for Beyonce. A lot of his musical projects are attache to other people like Kanye, R Kelly, Beyonce, Linkin Park etc. He is just a marketer, grabbing new sets of fans from other people's light. When was the last year Jay Z had a standalone hit, 99 problems in mid 2000s? |
