You are right. I personally count Schizoaffective disorder under Schizophrenia. We have family friends from South Africa. They have 3 sons. At that point his elder brother had started mumbling to himself, which looks like a depressive disorder. Two years later the Junior brother developed Schizoaffective disorder at 17 years old. With all this pain, their mother now has Bipolar disorder due to the depression from all this misery and her Bipolar has developed into serious mania wey done reach to enter street if she wasn't being regularly hospitalised. I yarn with their Popsie regularly (who is my fathers friend). The man has borne so much loss, and all the genetic predisposition to Schizophrenia is coming from his wife's genes which has wiped out his whole line. The man is fairly stoic despite all the loss which he attributes to slight autism which protects him from being overly emotional about things.

They struggle with emotional regulation and allow emotions override logic too frequently and they start to misyarn. But they can look normal on a day to day apart from when they are in extreme mania states.

I'm not interested in the goals you listed. Behaviour change toward Israel is my only concern. A country that wants it bad enough will achieve nukes.

Russia has never had the budget to develop it's air force to that standard and it's military doctrine is focussed on missile technology and anti aircraft missile technology. SInce the USSR could not compete budget-wise with the USA, their military doctrine was to focus on shooting down the enemies planes rather than flying their own

This is evident in the 4.5 years of Ukraine war where Russia has failed to establish any air supremacy whatsoever, and it's pilots who crash or are shot down in Ukraine are almost always KIA.

In order to rescue the trapped soldier, USA had to establish overwhelming air power, clearing out anyone who approached within 2 miles of the pilot and even constructed a makeshift runway for the rescue effort. Russia does not have such a capability.
