Not sure why he hasn't considered them since Kounde and Kimpembe bids are failing. They are good players, just squeezed out by too much competition at PSG, same with Wijnaldum who will upgrade most teams CM position. It's not everytime you must chase players that are wanted. Some unwanted players also represent good upgrade at very cheap price, like Spurs did with Kulusevski and Bentacur who were also squeezed out by Juve overstocking in their positions.
