Playing Gallagher at DM will completely waste and undermine his Chelsea career. He is not even a CM, he is a pure AM or a CM in a midfield 3. He does not have the care of the ball required from those deeper positions. He is an AM and his strength is as a disruptor of the opposition defensive setup

There are two Italys, North and South. The North is extremely wealthy, very industrial, advanced manufacturing etc while the South is poorer than the average EU country, very corrupt and always cutting corners. I don't know why they haven't done a martial plan for the South like how West Germany absorbed East Germany and brought them up to standard quickly. Maybe lack of Govt continuity contributed to that.

That said, I don't see frequent leadership change in an egalitarian society as a bad thing, although Italys is too much. I actually prefer Parliamentary democracy to Presidential democracy, it helps to moderate things and prevents one strong executive leader from going rogue. If the country fück up, that means we all fück up by consensus, rather than one Presidents whims and caprices being the be all and end all.

Depends on your location. You won't find an APC supporter in SE and SS. Even Buhari knows those zones are the 5%

Tomori was Chelsea's best defender in 19/20 but was inexplicably relegated in 20/21. Homegrown players don't just ask to leave, they must have passed through a process of disrespect and rejection. Prioritising Ake over Colwill is another ultimate disrespect

Another thing we hardly mention is that Chelsea are more than happy to sell homegrown players just to meet FFP criteria. When you sell a homegrown player, you declare all the transfer fee as accounting profit, giving you more leeway within FFP rules. Ignoring wages, If Chelsea sign Ake for £50m to a 5 year contract, and sell Colwill for £20m, both transactions net off to a £10m accounting profit for this season because Akes yearly amortisation excluding wages is the transfer fee divided by length of contract (£50m/5) which is £10m cost for this accounting year while all £20m for Colwill is accounting profit. Marina has been using these FFP considerations to make some horrible decisions for years
