What's possible doesn't have to be probable. Sometimes you have a few too many drinks on the weekend while posting, if a coroner found you dead, he will blame the alcohol in the absence of any other causative factor, even though that alcohol content will probably not kill you 99% of the time. But if you received a punch to the head or a knee to the neck with that same alcohol content, the coroner will note your cause of death as the punch or knee not the alcohol content.
