Trevor012: When Madrid reached agreement to sign him for 38.6million he was only 16 and had only one senior appearance. Infact just only made his debut 10days before the agreement was reached. I thought he was signed in January, nevertheless for every Vinicius, there are many other that didn't work out. You think Chelsea has patience to cuddle Vinicius for 3 years like Madrid did even when Benz was complaining that Vini is playing against us. Vinicius is the exception to the rule. Let me shock you, Solanke goal record at Youth level in better competitions is superior to Endrick own. Nobody is paying £45m for a 16 year old Solanke. |

Trevor012: Vinicius was 16 when Madrid reached agreement to buy him for £39.6m. Vinicius had a full season of senior football under his belt when he moved to Madrid. Endrick has only played against 14 and 15 year olds |

hensben: How much do you think Vinicious was bought? You guys are used to signing big names for outrageous fee during Abra era hence the complain every time. We should learn how to catch them young instead of signing players like Lukaku for 100m and yet can't justify the fee and won't like to learn due to ego of i be senior man. Nobody is signing 15 year old for £45m. The transition from youth football to senior football is steep. We need to see him perform at senior level before all these talks. |

Unlimited22: We had a lot of deadwood to clear out and players to replace and we have done that quite well. Once we get a DOF the spending will be more sensible Thats the only decent take from this transfer window, however what is deadwood to Tuchel is more than serviceable to another manager eg Pulisic, Emerson etc are all serviceable to other managers. How do we know Tuchels pick won't be deadwood to another manager like Auba is deadwood to Arteta? The same Tuchel signed Lukaku for £100m and deadwooded him within 6 months. Souness is spot on with this. |

BlueAngel444: Barça didn't want to pay a fee for Alonso, didn't want that on their book. Chelsea wanted Auba for X fee, Barça told Chelsea to terminate Alonso's contract for X amount, Chelsea did. This way, no record of paying a fee for Alonso & still got money for Aubameyang. Yes, would be an accounting reason to structure the deal that way, probably to comply with LaLiga rules |

Like, you want Jorginho to be our main DM? He is still correct. But when we call for better DM like Bissouma, he will be the first to oppose. These people want to keep Jogginghoe as starting DM by any means possible. |

donjazet: This was actually a very solid business. Can't fault Boehly. We desperately needed a striker. Barca held all the cards because at a point, they seemed to even lose interest in Alonso.
And the money paid was very inconsequential, so solid business. If we were that desperate, we should have moved earlier in the window. You think Barca is not desperate to shift Aubameyang having bought Lewa? Depay was trying to terminate at the same time. I would call their bluff and get Depay on like of like exchange or like for like termination |

No way Zakaria bench jorginho which is the main issue here, we need a good D.M that will bench jorginho and not back up
jorginho now Injury permitting, he would by God's grace. But the last minute nature of the move, just like Sauls suggest he is considered a backup. It shall not be well with Tuchel |

timbros: Ibime what do you think of this Alvarez guy? Him and Sangare who better pass?
That Sangare dey give me Bakayoko vibes. I know YouTube compilations can be misleading but Alvarez looks like a decent DM. I don't know them. From YouTube, Alvarez looks a bit slow as shown by his many slide tackles in situations he could have caught up, while Sangare looks like someone who dribbles loosely through the centre of midfield like Bakayoko. Na when them land we go see how far. |

raumdeuter: ibime when you complain about Tuchel spending
Have you seen his transfers while at PSG?
Thilo Kehrer 40M, Paredes 40m, Sarabia20m, Icardi for 50M, Abdou Diallo 35M, Gueye 35M All those players would have been signed at half the price at the time they were bought When I saw that a coach spent 40M on Thilo Kehrer, and 35M on Diallo German forums were laughing at that deal . It was as if Tuchel was helping to fleece PSG to boost German club finances I don't count any expenditure at PSG cos Leonardo and Sheikh would do what they want regardless, those may not be manager signings But the guy has really shown his nyash at Chelsea. This is one of the most disgusting transfer window performance I've seen. Let's not forget he blew all of last season budget on one player also (Lukaku) |

That's not how managers keep players happy. Hojberg and Bentacur will play until they fückup, get injury or until fixture congestion allows chance for rotation. |
