The main levers of trying to steer the economy through the next 2 years at this point, lie with the Fed monetary and rates policy.

By comparison, US GDP declined 30% over the ten years of the Great Depression, compare with 31% over Covid alone. People don't appreciate the tasks facing world economies over the next few years, just busy playing politics with serious issues.
