donjazet:You will only find this in a 36 year old Ronaldo or 34 year old Messi at PSG. 98% of club fans will have nothing bad to say of Ronaldo in 2008, or Messi at Barca, only trolls from other clubs. |
pkasso:I done forget Barry Ferguson sef. That one had some hustle sha. Leon Britton is the closest to Jogginghoe of Sarriball era sha. Them plenty, such as James McArthur in his Wigan years, Danny Murphy in his later years at Fulham etc. |
donjazet:His passing stats was ineffective when he was a controller Now he is not passing, I remind you he is not passing for those of you spinning narrative that his passing stats led us to success When he was passing, we were failures, getting bullied all over the place, and he was no more effective than Leon Britton in style, choice of pass and efficacy |
"Italian Leon Britton" Pkasso, you expect these neophytes to know what you are talking about? You found the most adept comparison sha
|
AIT1:I've been lazy to fill their kyc to be honest. Part of the reason is I don't know why they are releasing two separate tokens, the other part, I've just generally taken eyes off crypto this month as I'm waiting for the impact of interest rate rises to hit the market before I re-engage fully. |
Segedinho:Follow the origin of the conversation. This is not about their role but about whether we parked bus or not. |
donjazet:Rice or Kalvin Phillips didn't play 3 extra time, and came off before 90 minutes in most matches. They also didn't park Boeing jet against Spain in order to amass half their defensive stats, neither are they weak players who jump into tackles when a simple use of body strength will win the ball back. In essence, we have narrowed the competition for those stats down to Rice and Kalvin Phillips, and the above explains it. In UCL, his only competition would be Rodri for those stats but Pep chose to rest Rodri some games including the final |
BikeMan:If you check well, almost all of our chances originated from a Kante run from deep to break the lines. We were still camped in our half with our passes amongst our defenders and goalkeepers. The touchmap doesn't lie. If we played high up the pitch it would show on the touchmap. The Kante runs to link with our right-side players in the first half shows on the map |
BikeMan:When an overwhelming number of your passes are in your box, you parked bus. Touch map doesn't lie. If you didn't park bus, you won't be playing the game in your penalty box
|
popizaino:Nothing impressive about that stats. No other midfielder played 7 full games in Euros with three extra-time. In UCL, he is the only one that played all matches. If you check well, Granit Xhaka probably bested his passing stats on a 90 mins basis at Euros. He only went to Euros to park bus and rely on Donnaruma to save penalties. Even Lordfalcao will outpass Xavi if he plays 100 games and Xavi plays one game. Lordfalcao is too dense to handle numbers. I had to teach him how to calculate percentages the other week. I have told him, stats doesn't fit him. |
donjazet:If your passing fulcrum in the team completed 31 passes, what sort of game do you think you played? Maybe a touch map will convince you. See the heat of Man City touches (top picture) on the halfway line. See the heat of Chelsea touches in their own box (and small heat on the right hand side where Kante was able to break through and connect with James). There's a reason why Kante was the one being lauded because it's unusual for a team camped where Chelsea is camped to break through and harm the opposition if not for the incredible superhuman runs of Kante. Even if you disagree it's a parked bus, you will agree it's a very low block. Same difference. Pochettino basically said it when he accused Tuchel of playing defensive football at Chelsea, but Kantes superhuman ability to break the lines and make some counterattacks lull you into a false sense that you are not parking bus. This is a parked bus - the type where Jorginho doesn't have to run and can make interceptions without moving too much like Mikel in 2012.
|
donjazet:None of this acknowledges the element of space. Mikel was also a good controller. One of the hardest players to dispossess. He was also a very good bus parker. But was he a good DM in an attacking team? Never. The failure is the inability to cover ground. A DM in an attacking team requires a different skillset from a bus parking DM, one of which is the ability to close spaces quickly. Second of which is the ability to ride pressure, and push the opponent back in order to put his team on the front foot. Jogginghoe can do neither. |
donjazet:How many successful passes did Jorginho make in the UCL final against Man City. I will answer you - 31. Just because City did not control the space behind well and we had a few uplifting counterattacks does not mean we did not park bus. Most possession we had in that game was our defenders and goalkeeper passing among each other to kill time. Even if you disagree it's strictly parking bus, it's a very low block that can't win you the league
|
donjazet:I will answer when you tell me.how.many Jogginghoe conceded under Lampard. Football is not lawn tennis |
donjazet:You are coming to your senses and finally bringing the correct arguments I told you to bring last week. People who know what they are watching know where Jorginhos game has changed in his successful year, which is completely the opposite of the Midfield controller narrative you were naively barking about last week. He was a failure as a controller. He has been a successful bus parker for the last 12 months. That's not my vision of Chelsea. He made half his interceptions in the Euros in the Spain game (7 interceptions) where he was thoroughly outplayed and resorted to making interceptions which is easy to do when bodies are packed together. Go and check Mikel defensive stats in bus parking 2012 UCL run. How did Mikel perform the next season when asked to put Chelsea on the front foot and play on the halfway line? Same as Jogginghoe plays on the halfway line, losing the midfield battle too often. Chelsea did not come here to park bus. That's why I specifically argued you can cocknyash to win a tournament using such methods but a DM who loses too many battles if he is not parking bus cannot win the league. My campaign to replace Mikel came immediately after his stellar bus parking performance in UCL, and I was proven right in assessing that the skills needed for that UCL run are not the skills needed to win consistently. You are arguing with someone who understands all the layers of what he is talking about. Now read this my message to you last week, you will see you are just learning. I know exactly the attributes and context of the player I'm arguing about. Even if you disagree with me, you will learn something. Ibime: |
If you don't get your money from a busy man at the time of purchase, you may never see it again. The N1m this guy is pained over is something Davido probably forgot within ten minutes |
raumdeuter:They said can you picture him playing at Bayern, you begin dey speak grammar You don't only have Kimmich in that midfield, you have Goretzka. On top you have Tolisso, Cuisance and co. How you go like Jogginghoe jogging on your half way line. |
donjazet:Then when he face better team, he will drop 30 passes |
raumdeuter:Nobody asked you if you would trade anybody. They asked will you accept Jorginho in your midfield, the same player you labelled Jogginghoe, the guy who is only successful in community defence, the same one Muller and Goretzka bullied at Stamford Bridge. They ask you one question, you start answering another question to evade the truth |
In another episode of "Players Pep Coveted", donjazet declares that Manure fans should have no problem with Fred in their midfield. According to DonJ, "Manure fans cannot know more than Pep, Mourinho, Solskjaer and Ralf Ragnick and Brazil managers who continue to pick him "
|
lordfalcao:I'm sure you'll consider him with the way he trashed your MCM last week. Something we have seen long ago |
lordfalcao:You must be mad. Jogginghoe 33 attempted passes in 120 mins, Veratti 30 in 73 mins
|
lordfalcao:Hojberg is just one recommendation I made to replace Jogginghoe last summer. Bissouma will be another next summer |
See how Raumdeuter stated boldly that he had the best DM in the world in Kimmich That's a DM with technique, passing, speed, never outfought or completely dominated When you hear the ninnies talk about best DMs, it's always to mention Rodri, Busquet, Jogginghoe etc, never Kimmich. |
donjazet:What is clutching at straws. Azpi will be 33 at the end of his contract which is the age fullbacks are put to pasture |
lordfalcao:Brozovic vs Spain 61 passes, Jogginghoe 30 passes Cover your face and stop making excuses |
lordfalcao:Go bring the semifinal for me. I'm responsible for what I type, not what you interpret. Can you show me final in my post? |
donjazet:How old is Azpi? Azpi joined 2012, got new contract 2014, and another one in 2016 and another one in 2018 Every two two years like Noah's ark, unlike some unwanted people |
donjazet:Give us the date which you so carefully cropped out so we can compare with his agent statement last month |
Trevor012:If you tell us when they started contract discussion There is no key player anywhere who has not started discussion with 2 years left, unless he was wack and suddenly became key like Rudiger and co |
Trevor012:Salah joined Liverpool 2017 and already had a new contract by 2018. Don't compare wanted players with unwanted Even now, they are discussing contract just that Salahs demands are too high, unlike Jogginhoe who has never even been invited to Marina office to state his demand.
|
donjazet:If a player reach 18 months without the club sitting with him, that means they are reluctant. Contract talks typically start 3 years to go and clubs will start thinking of selling with 2 years left if no progress has been made with talks. That's for wanted players. By 18 months the player is halfway out the door unless he compromise Chelsea have never sat down with Jorginho with 18 months to go. Fabrizio can say what he wants, he is the one speculating. Jorginho own agent says they haven't even sat down

Barry Ferguson of Birmingham City is another one that comes to mind. Na Jorginho pipu be that. 1000 passes, no assist
