India bans gambling, online sports betting and the likes.

Reason: Over $2.3 billion is lost annually to betting.

Sooner or later Nigeria may have to adopt this going by the tales of woes of Gamblers we read almost everyday in this country.
A good move by India. No country should encourage such an addictive vice

IMO
No body owe these Footballers, they re earning in foreign currencies
They should be saving and investing for returns, it is very funny after living luxurious lives they are coming back to ask govt for help, taribo played for inter, one of the biggest clubs, they paid him well compare to that era
Did he suffer life threatening injuries playing for naija?
Osihmeh should be one of the richest guy in nigeria if he come back broke, they need to stone him
Rufai did not earn that much, certainly not enough to live without working after football for too long

There was one woman from church who used to visit us in the early 90s with one son who they said was Peter Rufais illegitimate son, they did not look cared for at all

This girl is very long time friend since college.
And her mom moved postings around then, thus I asked the question the way I did.
She is a longtime friend, so 2018 is way past your senior year in college. So which year was she Ambassador to UK?

Should I remind you you said you went to see her when she was Ambassador there in UK

IjeBos:
I was in the UK at least 3 times just in my senior year. Used to go quite regularly after that as I dated someone who lived there and my homegirl's mom was an Ambassador there. So was always fun times.
What you do is take random disjointed stories and weave fantastic tales. And don't think mentioning Ambassador or "the circle I roll in" will impress anyone here. You are talking to people whose families have produced Governors, Kings. Ministers and Commissioners here, but unfortunately no Ike Turners.

See how he said he went to London 3 times in his final year to see his bãnny and the fantom ambassador who is his homegirls mum

IjeBos:

All of a sudden now posting random WhatsApp from 2018 with blotted out location where he says he is not going because his homegirl is not in town. He forgot his bãnny and the Ambassador that he was meant to have visited thrice grin grin

Did a quick search on Whatsapp for "Ambassador".

Again, when you're limited, the mundane seems impossible.
Ambassador where, why are you blotting out the location?

George Oguntade was Nigerian Ambassador to UK from Oct 2017 to 2021, no vacancy there

You said Ambassador to UK, and you are hiding location - open the location

WhatsApp from 2018. What year was your final year in College?

Just wait untill she tells you how police have held him at gun point 4 times 🔫🚨😂
6 times actually

Let's not forget once as a 15 year old when he asked the cop to see his badge while still on Green card. And he somehow didn't get his citizenship till 24, by then the Green card was older than Methuselah grin

Have always smelled that geezers bool right from time but just kept quiet

From his shoddy Excel spreadsheets to describing basic Excel functionality with starry eyed wonder that some of us have taken as read for 2 decades now, I was just cringing in the background

Plus all his homeboy and homegirl tales by moonlight

Ahahahah @ Ibime turning into Slyfoxx. Going through old posts and confused by what he read. At least Slyfoxx said he was paid for it and didn't have a child he ignored.

Let the excel thing go. You sound silly.

My ex, ia a US Naija babe who studied and lived in London for part of her education.
And my homegirl's mom was an Ambassador there at the same time.

So, being in London was maintaining the relationship. It was fun times still.

Again, your mind is limited to what you can comprehend.
So, my mundane, to me, existence seems extraordinary and implausible to you.
As I said earlier, there is no gap in what I say, just a gap in your ability to envision it because of your limitations.

When I'm next in London, I'll let you tag along so you can enter venues you're currently too limited to.
I hope the former Nigerian Ambassador to the UK has not trånsitioned seeing as they have all been men since 1999

This puts Mrs Macron and Candace Owens issue in the shade

This geezer is a fantastic story teller. Please save more tales by moonlight for the likes of cococandy, no manchi is buying them. You are not a made manchi AT ALL!

This posts sound like gibberish.
Was I working remotely when I was 16? Talk sense.

But, you've opened your mouth twice now and dimed on yourself.
She works for a company that has an office in the US and Nigeria.
She's an American citizen and spends time in her US and Nigerian office.
Her company pays for business class tickets back and forth.
The fact that that would confuse you speaks to the limitations of your surroundings.
Grow up and expand ur circles at your big age.

Too many limited people forming big boy in this thread.
Anyhow, you're boring me.
We've heard your fantastical tales one too many times.

Mr Excel expert that used to make noise about how you use Excel for a living, and posting childish Excel spreadsheets here daily, some of us were just cringing.

Now your bãnny works between Naija and US, though you told us you were single not.long back, then invented a bãnny on your trip to Naija

Oga Titus wey no fit see bånny at home, always inventing bãnny abroad. Mr Samsonite man as Alicia Keys would say.

Still nada? I see.

You mean placements like interning at a fortune 100 when I was 16?
I bet when I was 16 I could tell the difference between Algebra and a logical statement.

Oga, you finished yourself by admitting how under.e.ducated you really are.
He said, What does logic have to do with an argument?
For you, absolutely nothing.
Go rest.
Felicia still came back to respond to the same post twice grin grin

On the internship, were you remote working like your bãnny in Nigeria?

Oga Titus has been running things in America since 16, yet no bãnny in America could look his way, he went to look for remote worker. grin

See Excel sheet that Harvard grad updates to Nairaland

If a 15 year old on school placement produces this sloppy work in any workplace, he will be slapped and sent back to his school, placement cancelled.

Decimals not even rounded, formatting of a primary school student in ICT class for the first time. Where dem train this bobo? Is that how they used to do in Harvard?

lol. He said Algebra
Not surprised you don't recognize it. It's logic. Starkly in contrast to the emotion that underpins most of your posts.
Also not surprised you don't recognize the argument you've been making for the last month.

It's looks crazy when you strip away all the superfluous words, doesn't it?
It's the language of Genocidal Murderers.
You are the only emotional one here, emotional about fake famine and fake genocide when a numbers man would default to logic

You keep jumping from pillar to post. What does a "journalist" getting caught red-handed have to do with X and Y; and even when that argument is tested, you start jumping to logic

Unlike you with an unverifiable degree in Computer Science that couldn't even stand elementary scrutiny on basic Computing knowledge from RSUST graduates, I am a first class Maths grad and Master degree holder so I should know one or two about X and Y

If we both agree that Y (Hamas) is a bad man then logic dictates we can both agree that a sizeable population of X support the bad man in thought and in deed going by election results, so it should be no surprise to see "journalists" getting caught red-handed carrying out nefarious acts of Y. We haven't even begun to scratch the surface of how pervasive terrorism is in that society (X) if we simply extrapolate election results across the total population.
