donjazet:My deepest condolences bro |
raumdeuter:A 30 year Paulinho walked into that position and immediately started scoring I don't know who is playing there now because Messi spends his whole 90 mins in that area of the pitch since he got older. |
Lord, we cover David De Gea with the blood of Jesus today. We bind any attempt of the enemy to turn him into butterfingers today. No weak shot from Jamie Vardy shall squirm through his fingers today oh Lord. We also cover Magwaya and Lindjollof with your grace. No attempt of the enemy to make their brain touch will succeed. We also speak fire into the boots of Martial, Rashford and Greenwood today. The enemy shall see balls of fire when they strike the ball today. For this we thank you oh Lord, Amen. But Lord, if it be your will that the host of Manure shall fail today, we pray that ye shall strengthen the hand of Chelsea and consign Manure to eternal anguish and Europa League. For this we thank you oh Lord, Amen. |
raumdeuter:Iniesta - AM and sometimes left winger in the most attacking team of all time Willian - bench warmer for most of his Chelsea career |
Nezzjnr: ![]() |
Where is KingAzubuike? We need early team news from registered Chelsea fans abeg. The tension is too much. |
Unproductive Willian - 37 EPL goals in 7 years Productive Iniesta - 35 LaLiga goals in 16 years

If only Rudiger and co had kept that West Ham game to a draw, we would be watching this game with a relaxed mind. |
donjazet:There is no grand conspiracy vis-a-vis financial structures. First of all, Britain and other Western countries are the biggest losers to tax avoidance/minimisation. This is why a poor David Beckham is consistently in the top taxpayers in Britain with only circa £12m tax per year whilst a behemoth like Google only pays £5m in tax by off-shoring in Ireland. In a country like Britain, you expect companies and people to be paying tax of hundreds of millions per year, but they are not, because they are offshore. Britain largely relies on tax from millions of regular Joe Bloggs like me rather than the rich. It is everybody's shared problem, not a conspiracy from Britain against Nigeria or whatever. Why do you think American President Trump refused to release his tax records - cos it would be a sorry sight. This is the reality on ground for all countries. Global Accounting standards are that a company is considered for tax reasons to belong to the country from which control is exercised (usually defined as where it's board meetings are held). Therefore we have many companies making billions in Britain and paying little tax by off-shoring elsewhere. Same way for income tax, most rich people are domiciled in tax havens such as Switzerland, Monaco etc So no, Britain is as much a victim as anyone else. On the other hand, there are dozens of other countries with more opaque financial secrecy laws than Britain such as USA, Japan, Hong Kong, Switzerland, Singapore etc before we even get to the smaller islands. I have mentioned to you before that countries compete with each other on tax rates. The lower your tax, the more companies want to incorporate with you. It is better for a small Island to get 1% of Apples billions in Revenue than to get 20% of Ikechukwu and sons few thousands. It is a race to the bottom. As companies spring up in these places, then financial services are built up including Trusts, shell company structures etc. Britain and USA are equally chasing these islands to release details of their citizens hiding money there. This is the reality of Financial markets. If you think Britain is your bogeyman, I assure you there are dozens of other countries with more opaque systems that will easily take your money and are already doing so. Stop blaming money markets. The only way to cure corruption is to penalise looters through your internal justice system rather than thinking a complex international money market will go chasing down your money. Nothing can ever stop people from hiding money. If every country and Island close all secrecy and tax loopholes, niggas will still hide it in Bitcoin wallet. Only strong judiciary can curb corruption, end of story. |
donjazet:lol. That's how you were jumping from Deizani to London Financial markets back to Shell the other day. I can't be dealing with confusion. Shell tax and Royalties to Nigeria per year is about 4% of Nigerian Govt Revenue (roughly N400bln we get from Shell per year from roughly N10bln yearly Govt Revenue) DonJ as usual avoiding personal responsibility to blame the bogeyman. If a nigga who contributes 4% of your Revenue per year is responsible for your corruption, you might as well sell the country. I'm sure the amount Akpabio and co revealed as being stolen from NDDC alone during lockdown is more than the N400bln Shell pays to Govt per year. |
When you criticise, do so with sense. If she knew anything about the geopolitical situation in the Sahel, she would know that many of the bandits and extremists traverse the Sahel from Mali to Nigeria causing problems in each state. |
donjazet:Don't confuse money laundering with Investment. Laundering is the process of converting dirty money to clean. The minute Putin or Russian banks allowed those Russians to transfer funds out of Russia and none of them are under corruption probe in Russia, that money is legitimate. What they bring the money to UK to do is invest it. It is not up to UK to intervene in Russia's internal affairs. Abramovic was a Governor in Russia and owned Sibneft, a large oil company for years. He has no corruption problem with Russian authorities. If he did and Russia requested that UK freeze his money, UK would do so. Stop blaming market for the nature of the people that go to the market. Even kidnappers and killers spend money in the market. The market is only there to provide a service to all and sundry who want to buy something, and London is an investment market. You can apply the same stigma to anywhere where corrupt people spend money. After the Ibori and Deizani cases, when Nigerian politicians saw that UK Government is ready to chase anybody in London that Nigerian Govt request they pursue, Nigerian politicians switched their investments to Dubai. They are all in Dubai now. Because Atiku et al are all now investing in Dubai, should we now blame Dubai for laundering Nigerian money? That money was laundered and made clean the moment CBN allowed Atiku to transfer funds to Dubai. As far as Dubai is concerned, Atiku is a legitimate citizen of the world, free to invest wherever he wishes because Nigeria have no outstanding warrant on him for corruption. Fix your internal corruption problem and stop blaming money markets for handling money. It is their job to handle money from anyone who brings it, not to Police the World. Wetin concern a London banker with where Buruji Kashamu or Dino Melaye got his money from. Do they know these guys? Money is only dirty when a Court of Law or Central bank says it's dirty. If London banks now start rejecting Nigerian transactions like PayPal, you would be the first to scream racism. Do you know that a London bank does not know 99.99% of Nigerian politicans by name or how they made their money? So how would they stop Nigerian corruption without taking the PayPal approach? |
donjazet:After your erroneous first point, you tried scattergun approach by throwing mud all over the place to see what would stick including pointing at London as money laundering capital. London is no different from Maitama, Banana Island, New York or Dubai. Where you have strong asset prices and a strong financial system, people will want to invest both good and bad. It is not up to UK Government to turn Inspector Clouseau on every single dollar of the billions that flow in from all over the world. If your home Government complain about someone investing in London, then UK Government will take it up. Pointing at London as the cause of your woes is equivalent to accusing a roadside eatery of sustaining kidnappers because everyone patronise the mamaput from schoolteachers to kidnappers. |
raumdeuter:They supposed to be a relegation candidate so their low block and allowing you to shoot from impossible distance and angles is what got them in top10 |
raumdeuter:Hehn, Dayo why you wicked like this to associate me with Henderson winning FWA? He is not a carryalong but I can't place him in the top4 Liverpool players this season sef. |
OJURONGBE1:Go and make bid for him. You will be shocked when Sheffield Utd quote you £40m. These days it's difficult to buy from another Premier League club cos they don't need to sell unless contract is expiring or they don't want the player. |
A40:It makes sense in the short term to stake on the likes of City vs Norwich but in the long run, you will lose your whole stake one day. E go take like 6 or 7 bets to claw it back. An accumulator crystallizes this fact into one weekend. If you like, go and bet on Liverpool, City, Juventus, PSG, Madrid, Barca and Bayern on the same weekend, at least one of them must flop. |
papiforreal:lol. The current evidence no strong enough, or they have better evidence to refile. |
A40:That's a Mayweather bet. Small percentage gains on huge stake. |
Thecassanova:One of our brothers said he calmly unfollowed Kepa on Twitter before FBI come looking for him. These must be the ones that still follow him. Imagine Police arresting you and losing your livelihood over threatening a footballer you hate. Na double hypertension you go get. Some fans never forgot what he did to Sarri in League Cup final though. If Kepa thought he had any goodwill with the fans, he should know it was eroded that day. |
iykmora:For fooling me into believing you can catch Fantastic Beasts, I have no choice but to overtake you next game week. |
airmark:He still missed some key details such as the build-up to the freekick and the first goal. |
pamcode:lol. The money dey sweet them. Dem never see that kain transfer fee before. |
timbros:Good call. . .. just another option to consider |
wman:Thanks for reminding me of this result. I believe we matched their 3-4-3 that day. Also Tammy looked good yesterday in combination with CHO and Pulisic. I had almost written Tammy off but that is a combination for Lampard to consider given Tammy's play yesterday and his history against Wolves. . . . in contrast to the Willian/Giroud combination which is quite slow. |
monerozi5590:Chelsea have conceded the 3rd least amount of shots this season behind Liverpool and Man City, so the data disagrees with you. Kepa faces less shots and concedes more goals. |
swiz123:If we follow some fans here, na relegation we dey go. |
Greatihex:That's what he was trying to do until 2 moments of escorting opened up the game |
Thecassanova:No, we should match Wolves 3-4-3 with our own |
Skimpledawg:Kepa suppose claim that ball |
donjazet:Not only counter but failing to press effectively and quick enough like the 1st and 2nd goal today, or failing to get in a position quick enough to block a runner, not only on counter. Jorginho is so bad, he can even escort in a low block. He doesn't need counter for his escorting to be exposed. Someone on this thread called him cameraman, just following Liverpool players without ever getting there. |
