There are 55k dead in Gaza according to the Hamas authorities. An obviously inflated figure given the source to include made-up figures and those who die from natural causes. Hamas has tens of thousands of members who are legitimate kills within that 55k. The rest are casualties of Hamas fighting tactics. If you are soldier under mortar fire from a building, you are calling in an airstrike on that building. Any civilian in that building will die alongside the Hamas terrorist who chose to put their lives at risk. There is ZERO intentional targeting of civilians by the state of Israel. Be quiet if you dont know how war works.

The 55k casualty figure is a small amount for urban guerilla warfare in a populated city, you can check any historic war casualty figures to confirm this, and shows how extra careful Israel have been despite Hamas constantly putting their civilian population in harms way

You can then see how many plots of land are available on the island to see whether there is a mismatch between demand and availability at these prices. The yields are very low though when comparing rental income to property price which indicates Lagos island is more of a safe haven/ store of wealth than an investment opportunity for most of the participants

Most professionals are dying at 50m. The Red Bull cliff diving Championship is capped at 27 metres and 20m is the highest recommended height. To put in context, a 2 floor house is about 6-8 metres tall.

I believe 3rd Mainland is 70 metres and the world record is 58 metres. I have done a cliff jump in Ricks Cafe in Negril, Jamaica about 12 years ago from 10 metres and I hit the water at a scary speed. Highest I will attempt personally is 15 metres if it came to it. Below are terminal velocities at different heights which shows that jump from 3MB is a sure death sentence
