Tinubu and his Lagos boys are the SPV (that is why Sanwo was out there partying with his girlfriend recently, mixing business with pleasure)

They are the ones taking Nigerian crude at a discount in return for much needed dollars (which they stole from Nigeria's treasury initially and are still gonna steal it a second time around by spending all on themselves via fraud budget). They cannot take this kinda deal to Europe or America because it's illegal over there in those countries. God is really punishing Nigeria, because most Nigerians are greedy, evil, lazy creaures. So, maximum punishment.

If we had known democracy would be like this we would have begged the military not to leave!

We expect you to appoint a seasoned economist or MD of one of the banks as Central Bank of Nigeria governor but you appointed a man that served under you as Commissioner when you were governor in 1999.

Cardoso appears clueless as Naira continues its free fall.

Now N1m = $735

£1 = N1,800
Cardoso is an admin guy, he knows nothing about corporate operations talkless CBN. That's why you see him making only pedestrian administrative changes.

He is afraid to ask Tinubu for portfolio swap because he knows the man will simply throw him into the street. Tinubu will soon sack him though, he can't pretend forever
Politics › Re: I Don't Know Why Dangote Didn't Refine Petrol That Nigerians Needed Most- Sagay by IbnB: 1:38pm On Jan 18, 2024
bennybuhari:
Elder statesman and former Chairman of the Presidential Advisory Committee Against Corruption (PACAC), Prof.Itse Sagay (SAN) on Wednesday said it is surprising why the newly operational Dangote Refinery has decided on producing diesel and aviation fuel while neglecting petrol that is most needed by Nigerians.

Speaking in an interview with newsmen, Sagay said in May 2023, Dangote dashed the hopes of Nigerians when he invited former President Muhammadu Buhari to commission the refinery only to discover that work was still ongoing at the site.

According to him, even after the company announced the commencement of operations, it only said it will produce diesel and aviation fuel while petrol that is needed by most Nigerians was not produced.

He said “A month before Tinubu was sworn in as president, I granted interviews where I said that his government should not remove subsidy until we start producing petrol locally. I said we should hold on until the Dangote refinery and those belonging to the federal government is ready. Once those refineries are ready and you remove the subsidy, there will be no negative impact on the masses”.

“What is making petrol so expensive now is the transport and various charges of importation and exportation”.

“If that advice had been taken, I don’t think we will be going through what we are going through now. But I am a layman and we are talking of a government that is advised by all the specialists in every field in the world. So, I don’t think I can insist that I am right”.

“Unfortunately, this is the outcome of the immediate removal of fuel subsidy when we are not producing petrol locally. However, with Dangote coming in now, I hope things get better. I understand he is not producing fuel now but diesel and Aviation fuel. Why is Dangote so much interested in punishing Nigerians? You know that the main product Nigerians want now us petrol yet he is now producing diesel and Aviation. Why should you do that?”

He did the same thing too when he invited Buhari to come and commission the refinery when the fact was that the refinery was not ready. The refinery was commissioned in May 2023 but it became operational now in 2024. That is about eight months. So, he raised our expectations only to dash it”.

“Now that the refinery is open, he decided to delay the production of the very one that will bring economic change to Nigeria and reduce the hardship being faced by Nigerians. I don’t understand Dangote at all”.

“I think once the refinery in Port Harcourt which has been completed and is going through a process of trials, starts producing and other small ones start producing fuel, I believe we will see prices coming down and the naira will regain its equilibrium and start doing better. Right now, it is such a disaster”.

If you are the type that travels a lot... No big deal reading Buhari's book at your leisure

I have read major Jokolo's book about Buhari and it's intresting

Buhari was a chain smoker and womanizer, he loved food especially wheat and travel with his food flask

Obasanjo loved pounded yam, women and farming , he works out and also like palm wine, even as a diabetic patient

Babangida loved his wife so much, he also loved his community he grew up in Minna, he drives himself back in the days

.
What is the source of all this information

So let me understand this format
The govt provides fertiliser for the farmers through the Presidential fertiliser initiative
The govt then goes back to purchase the goods produced by the farmers in the name of palliatives
The govt then distributes the goods to the citizens among whom are farmers who produced the goods
And we say we are in a capitalist economy?
Is it not obvious that APC is practicing communism?
It's obviois that APC is practicing stupidity

What lesson are we learning from here?
It could be me or you tomorrow.
Do you realised you will die one day and you will also leave all those things you value so much behindhuh
I believed if those people who love the goodies of political office so much had allowed the man to stay back in Germany and follow through his treatment, maybe, just maybe this death wouldn't have happen now. But because they love power so much and as such, they must drag a sick man back home just because of their parochial selfish interest and now they have lost all.
Let us live as though we know we will die one day.
