AWD: The poster has been shallow enuf to think every one in ex-UNILAG is yoruba.+10000 |
Show some love to MKO |
collins2gee: Most of the peeps on here never knew the man hence the disgraceful investives being hurled at him over this issue. Well, as far as selflessness, magnanimity, kindness and philantropy ( to ALL SECTORS, including education ) goes, it would be HARD, maybe IMPOSSIBLE, to find another like M.K.O Abiola ! To me, the ruckus ought to be whether the school deserves to be named after him. |
![]() ayox2003: The SW are not like the SS and the Northerners that hide under "Na our own, make we support am". They say the truth. U can ask OBJ how we challenged his bid for 3rd term. |
blasterman: Ask Fela he will tell you about abiola. Abiola and Arthur nzeribe are birds of the same father both capitalist. Ok abiola was a a philatropist but he was not in the same league as Awo, gani that name mau will never stand cos if gej doesn't change it. No vote for him next election simples. He does not need your vote. |
talk2hb1: I am over surprise when people says what is in a name, most especially UNILAG.As a yoruba boy and an AKOKITE name is more valuable than GOLD and SILVER. how many of you will ever want his father name changed ( as the yoruba saying goes: that only a bastard will ever abuse is father in the market place). UNILAG is a branded name, that took more than 50years to brand, why should the president come from nowhere to change it overnight. I'm even more disappointed in the Abiola's family for welcoming the development, unknown to them its an insult on their family name. Why dont he find a way of letting an elected member of the Abiola's family to come and be the president of the country for two or four years.Such a childish reply. |
![]() Guyman02: Rename Eagles Square Abuja after Abiola, thats where parties hold their conventions and inauguration of Presidents and Vice since this democracy. UNILAG as a brand name should not be used to score cheap political points |
I am out of this useless site. Niggaz will forever be backward
|
Beaf: Yes o! Maybe brother Gbawe will tell us that they spend more on London roads. |
Really. ![]() Kobojunkie: No one of queuing up to rubbish the man. He was not a saint and should not be made so even now that he is long gone. Let the truth be told and let those who live subscribe to it, rather than the stupid lies that have brought us nothing but misery from the same old batch of men we like to call leaders. |
greatlee: N1.3bn for a 2.5km road? God save us from this heartless cri min als. |
Kobojunkie: I didn't say he did not win the election. Goodluck Jonathan also(supposedly) won an election, does that then make him a hero?Point of correction,GEJ won an election. |
Reference: I mean I am totally flabbergasted. Can you imagine how people are queuing up to rubbish the man that made it possible for them to even speak up, in his own constituency for that matter. There are some things that just defy reason. This is indeed a strange reason. Selfishness and expediency no go kill us sha.Very strange indeed. |
![]() *@Desola: you are cursed beyond measures, you whole house is cursed, right from the days of your ancestors that's why you are this supid, foolish being who deosn't even know his left or right. what has GEJ got to do with his voters, that you armed rubber uncle didn't win doesn't give you room to expose your illitrate self. you better go back home and write you primary 3 exams b4 you come here to open your stinky, rotten gabbage in public. ode, fool. |
edicolove: God bless you sir! You have made my day. The Kobojunkies of this world are double speaks. They are a new breed of hypocrites. They have laid their hearts bare today for the whole nation to see. Mustafa is laughing in his prison cell and saying, I told them so. And they think the other geo politico zones will take them seriously after this. A kingsdom divided against itself. The Abiolas have already released a statement and you have to really weep for them. Kola himself said it that his father died for nothing. |
brabus: POMP AND PAGEANTRY |
![]() chiover: Interesting to knw dat MkO Abiola is a piece of shit to yoruba pipl. I'v said it b4 d average yoruba man lacks respect. Plz GEJ Name futo Ojukwu university we wil embrace it o |
![]() Johndoe100: Why are you all still on this? This is a done deal. All haters can lick their wounds here if they wish. |
![]() Beaf: Gbawe! Gbawe!! Gbawe!!! |
Naija. ![]() |
Naija. ![]() |
Very funny. ![]() |
Kobojunkie: O se ooO!!! Abiola From as far back as the 70's had his eye on the presidency. Wined and dined the corrupt military to get there. The problem he had with Abacha could have been seen in a way as Abacha protecting his own interest too.But he won an election. |
![]() manny4life: To add to that, govt will spend tens of million of Naira to pwer the ACs for the bridge, what sense does that make? Or will they have a special generating station to power the ACs? |
Why is there no love for MKO |
![]() Spirit of Okija: THese are the type of innovation we can get only from Ogun State; |
![]() Funkymallam: See defence strategy. |
Are this really UNILAG students? Na wa ooo
![]() |
Adeks: WHERE IS D CIVILITY IN OUR EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM? DID I HEAR YOU SAY NO NIGERIAN UNIVERSITY IN FIRST 1000 (OR 5000) IN THE WORLD? THESE PROTESTS HAVE CLEARLY SHOWN TO US THAT IT'S NOT SOLELY THE GOVT'S FAULT THENWell said. |
bayooooooo: Nwosu together with IBB deserves some commendation for conducting such an election. But IBB destroyed his own reputation. Yes, the election was free, fair, cheap and peaceful. There was just no way such a system could be corrupted other than annulment. Just no way. There were two posters in each polling unit: MKO and Tofa. If you are for MKO, line up behind his poster and same for Tofa. Are you sure this happened during the presidential election? During presidential elections, there were ballot papers. Maybe it happened during local elections. |
These should not involve violence. |
