BusinessRe: $9bn Has Been Used By FG To Defend Naira, Says Senate by Icon79(m): 3:45pm On Sep 27, 2017
Useless country! This whopping $9b that they have used to "defend the naira" would been invested into the economy to facilitate economic growth. Once your economic engine starts cranking, your currency would appreciate. You don't need to use your scarce foreign exchange to defend your currency .... that's a "monetary policy malpractice". One of those things you can only hear in Nigeria!

Yea, their Amsterdam - Lagos flight is a mess, which is a surprise because I actually flew KLM in the early 90s - from JFK to London Heathrow and it was a pretty good service. But when I used them to MMIA last year I regretted every minute of the trip. They gave us a beat down plane with very tight seats and legroom....very narrow spaces. And their inflight service was horrible!

If you have the option, the best airline to fly these days are the Mid-East and Asian based airlines.

Wow. How come I wasn't aware of this feud? Please can somebody direct me to the page(s) so I can familiarize myself with what's going on.

Having said that, I cosign with Icon4s that everything must be done to maintain peace in the house. This is my go to thread as well....the thread that keeps me coming to this forum.

All in all, SuperNerd is my boy so I am confident that I can get him to cool his temper. But first thing first, I need to know what happened.

O pari

Icon4s:
Ladies and gentlemen.

I am personally not happy with happenings here.
This is a thread that I always visit to make myself happy and I am sure so does most others here.

It is true this thread was formed by a few number of us but it has grown to what it is today because everybody is always welcomed here.

On the recent feud between TheSuperNerd and Pietorico. Both of them were wrong. And we have exhausted all energies to condemn their actions.

However, I cannot stay in a house that is divided. I don't know Pietorico that much cos he is not much of a regular here but TheSuperNerd I know very well and he is like a son to me.

I suggest we set up a reconciliatory committee.

Elders of the house and every one else I need your take on this.

He is one of our illustrious sons here and not withstanding his short comings we still need him here. He is a great guy.

I need 1,2 or 3 persons to agree with me on this so we settle this issue once and for all.

This thread has grown beyond a social media
It is now like a family. A house divided cannot stand.
Who is with me on this?

OK, let me get this story straight.
1. This python swallowed an antelope
2. These folks butchered the python for meat
3. And that wasn't enough, they also dug up the swallowed antelope and butchered that one .... for meat, as wellhuh

Incredible but true!!

Bia, is this a Yoruba thing or do other parts of Nigeria also addicted to python meat?
I know that in my part of Anambra state, the people do not eat python. Actually killing it alone is an abomination.

Thank you for making some solid points.

Like I had said before, with Ikeme's recent health scare, we need to start searching for goalkeepers. These 3 we've kept inviting over and over and over again are definitely NOT the solution, so I was quite happy to see Rohr giving another goalkeeper a chance. I am quite sure that we have some goalkeepers in Nigeria, even in the academies, who are better than Akpeyi, Alampasu, and Ezenwa. The problem is that our local coaches are too lazy to search them out.

O pari

Kog45:
Thanks for this and people are clamouring their inclusion in d team.Super Eagles is not for dick and harry and we must always show that respect.

Alampasu making d team was his past exploiits in d colour of junior team, nothing more and for Ajiboye to displace him,i wasn't surprise.

We should just agreed that w lack quality keepers for now but not to d extent of inviting keeper from obscure league, funny enough some are not even first choice in their clubside,so what are d yardsticks for clamouring for their invitations.

We just need to groom d likes of Emma Daniel and Alampasu for d future.

We totally outplayed and outclassed them in the first half and should've scored a lot more than 2 goals if not that we were a little wasteful. They pressed us late in the second half, especially after they scored one goal, which is understandable because:
1) they were chasing the game
2) our players got tired, having arrived Zambia just the previous night

I flew British Airways about 3 years ago and I vowed never to fly them again. They gave me a cold dinner! And in general, their services suck!

Here's how I would rate all the airlines I have flew over the past few years:
1. Emirates
2. Qantas
3. Alaskan Airline
4. Air France
5. Delta
6. American Airline
7. United
8. British Airways
9. KLM

I have vowed not to fly the last 3 again, unless there are no alternatives. They are so bad that I have let my United Airlines frequent flyer miles to expire.

It usually happened whenever we quarreled and she got really angry. That very night, I would see myself being locked up by a man in a room with an iron gate in my dream. The next trip for any of my trucks would be an accident or there would be a major problem on the road.

I didn't get a chance to read everything but, if the above quotes are true, then your problem is definitely spiritual and must be handled through serious fasting and prayers. Not sure whether you're still living in Enugu. If you are, and if you are serious, feel free to send me a PM so I can give you the phone number of a friend of mine in Onitsha. He's a deliverance minister and a powerful man of God....God is using him tremendously and I am sure that he can help you.

O pari

allenroundabout:
Today is my wedding anniversary. I got married in 2010. I actually don't know if my marriage is a curse or there are other forces affecting my life.

I went into my marriage with 6 trucks and they were all working within southwest. All the trucks are gone!

I am a 37year old man from Enugu state. I got married at the age of 31 to a beautiful lady from Edo state.

I started my logistic company when I left my salary job in 2007. I started with 3 trucks and I was able to grow and acquired 3 more trucks before 2010.

I met my wife when she was serving in Enugu. I visited my parent in enugu that very year. We got talking and one thing led to the other. She got pregnant towards the end of her service year and moved in with me immediately after her service.

We had our traditional wedding, though her mum (father is late) wasn't at the wedding. She didn't inform her, she said she doesn't have a relationship with her and that they are not in talking terms. Though her aunt (her mum sister) was actively involved and present. She made up with her mum years later and they are both fine now.

I lost my 6 trucks in 3years with debts that I had to settle by selling my uncompleted buildings in Enugu and Lagos. I have not paid some debts till now. Note that I acquired those properties before my wedding.

I lost 2 trucks in 2010 December, lost 1 in 2011, then lost remaining 3 trucks to accident in 2013.

It usually happened whenever we quarreled and she got really angry. That very night, I would see myself being locked up by a man in a room with an iron gate in my dream. The next trip for any of my trucks would be an accident or there would be a major problem on the road.

I was out of business in 2014 to mid 2015 when I decided to travel out of Nigeria for some hustling. I told my wife about my plan but she said she is sure my plan is to marry another woman when I get to Europe. I made some promises to her before I left.
On getting to the airport in holland, I was put into the next flight to Lagos from Schipol airport in Holland.

I became very broke after the failed trip and I had to open up to friends and family who still thought I was a big man. I was able to secure a 35k salary job through a friend. My wife came to my place of work, told my boss that I beat her. She lied! (I have never done that before and I didn't do it). I lost the job.

In all this, I have always struggled to pay our rent, we pay our son school fee together while she handles 75% of food stuff in the house. She works and earns around 65k. She has been supportive.

I have prayed and she has prayed too, but nothing has changed in my finance. It is getting worse everyday. One night, I prayed and begged God to reveal to me the source of my problem, I had a dream that night. In the dream, my wife told me she is married to the prince of their kingdom and that the prince is always with us sometimes on the bed when we are sleeping. She said his boys are the one I always see fighting me in my dreams. My wife told me all this in my dream. I am scared of discussing this dream with my wife because she is a prayerful woman and it will sound like I am saying she is the cause of my problem. I am confused.

I also consulted a pastor, the pastor said witches are seriously dealing with me. He also said my wife has a spiritual husband that is very powerful. He warned me never to discuss any of my plans with my wife again. That I should always tell her after the execution of such plans (plans that has to do with my business). I find it strange and hard to believe, what is the essence of having a wife if we can have 100% openness. I continue to discuss my business plans with wifey and they are always failing. Sometimes I will be too happy to hide it from her. (Lol)

We have a small car that is strictly for taking my son to school. My rent expired in May and there is no hope of money for me. Landlord is already on me. If I sell this last only car to pay this rent, what are we going to sell to pay the next rent? I think maybe we should separate for a while and when things change for better again, we can come together. I have not discussed this with my wife. Is this a right step? Her mum and her mum sis (they are both widows) has a big house here in Lagos, she can move to the house while I get a driving job with an accommodation package. This way, I can support and pay my son's school fee.

Please people advice me.

Bia, doesn't it seem odd to you that there are people who want to be mercilessly whipped, uncomfortably chained, caned with metal chains, or otherwise tortured just for the purpose of sex? What kinda pleasure is thathuh

Listen, the fact that many people do it doesn't make it normal. I was just watching a TV documentary about John McAfee, the original owner of the McAfee antivirus. This man relocated to the small country of Belize, hired some small girls (many of them teenagers) ....pay them a lot of money and sponsor some in college just so they can live with him to defecate inside his mouth! That's his own kink!!

I am not making this up. You can google it .... the title is: Gringo: The Dangerous Life of John McAfee. Is that normal as well?

And by the way, I know that BDSM can be a sign of demon possession because I have known people who were previously into that bondage but the urge totally stopped after they were ministered deliverance. Have a happy Sunday!!!

I can't remember the article where I read it, but I heard it on a good authority that, on average, 1,000 men die from BDSM every year. This doesn’t include women and it’s only the statistic for the deaths in the United States. Seems pretty alarming, doesn't it?

According to the article, the main cause of death of BDSM participants is something called “breath play”. Breath play is the act of restricting your partner’s air. It’s dangerous, because there’s no way to be sure of when it becomes too much for the sub. It’s also dangerous because it can put the sub into cardiac arrest very easily. Breath play is dangerous and the main cause of death within the BDSM community. But other things can cause death too. Fire play, it can cause the sub’s body to go into shock. Cut play, it can also cause the sub’s body to go into shock by too much blood loss.

In an article published by ABC News last year, entitled, "Love Hurts: Sadomasochism's Dangers," discusses a 67-year old man who was rushed to the emergency room after losing consciousness in a sex club. He had passed out during an S&M scene that involved him hanging by his arms from a cross, and the damage was so severe that it took him a few days to regain consciousness. The article discusses how lucky the man is to be alive, and goes on to talk about the more unfortunate individuals who have died while engaging in S&M practices.

FamilyRe: "Deny Your Husband Sex" - Leaked Chats Of A Cheating Wife by Icon79(m): 2:08am On Sep 24, 2017
Well, you can call it psychological as well but there's definitely something wrong with those folks. And the saddest part is that more and more people are going into that shis these days. I was waiting for a train the other day and this lady started talking shis on the phone about how she's a Dominant and her boyfriend is a Slave and she actually went on and on.... Omg, she almost grossed me out.

BDSM can be quite dangerous. Responsible practitioners insist it must be “safe, sane, and consensual.” But it attracts people who like to push boundaries. Some submissives are adrenaline junkies: They don’t believe in safety. Recently, several men have admitted to or have been charged with or convicted of crimes including sexual abuse, kidnapping, and murder, all under the cover of BDSM. On BDSM sites, you’ll find harrowing fetishes such as immersion water bondage and breath play, which some community leaders consider inherently unsafe. Even a standard ball gag can kill the victim by triggering regurgitation.

But that doesn't stop some folks from pushing that BDSM practitioners should recognized as a sexual minority groups. Political advocates for BDSM see themselves as successors to the gay rights movement. They call themselves “sexual minorities” and depict kink as a “sexual orientation.” They seek “legitimacy” by bringing BDSM “into the mainstream eye,” according tot hem. They ask to be “accepted,” “validated,” and “normalized.” They want to, like the LGBT community before them, come out and begin living more open, integrated lives.”

But take it from someone who knows, once we legitimize BDSM then pedophiles would start coming out and begin to request recognition. The incest, bestiality, etc would follow suit. We've already started going down that sliding slope by recognizing LGBTQ and now there's no stopping until Jesus comes back to destroy this sin-filled world. May God help His children.

Why majority of them marry a normal person then go about seeking their wild fantasies is what i don't get. It must really be difficult getting a willing partner.
