It's only in Nigeria people are forced to pay toll fees and yet you can't see the reason why you are paying the fees. It's not like that their are emergency services on the routes like ambulances and free toying vehicles incase you have an emergency or your car breaks down.

No one is forcing anyone to pay toll fare. There are always alternative routes to ply.
