CAN A TOYOTA HAICE BUS ENGINE "KNOCK" IF THE PLUGS WHERE ONLY WIRE BRUSHED DURING SERVICING?

A mechanic service a Toyota HAICE bus recently, about 3-weeks ago, he replaced the oil filter, fuel filter, oil (Mobil oil) to be precise.

But he during test-driving before servicing, he said the plugs were working fine, just to wire-brush.

The bus now is giving knocking sound according to report.

What can cause that?

Please don't remove the thermostat. I removed mine but engine started overheating after 2 weeks. I had to buy another one, slot it in and car run fine till date. Those meco nah olodo.

Original HKT fuel pumps (made in Japan) starts from 20,000. We have them in stock
Pls make sure that a faulty fuel pump is the /or only problem too.

Thanks for the update, but to be sincere I don't think it is possible to do documentation, medicals, induction and assumption of duty all in same month. For example EH need to at least have one good month after notification of success to prepare for exit in their current employment, alot of other things for are also considerable
