This life is truly up and down, I remember vividly well that it was around this time last year that, Romeo3 was showing his huge earnings while other drivers are complaining of January bad market, him and game changer Ogunvic.
They were the most popular people on this thread, everybody wanted to know there secrets to achieving such huge earnings weekly, infact I remember adding Romeo3 on WhatsApp and he shared some of his ways to me, I was quite grateful to him and still am.
Now his the epitome of a bad driver, everybody is coming out to bash him, how the greatest has fallen embarassed embarassed embarassed embarassed
Buh we liked his huge earnings and didn't care how he got it,
now this same DRU23 was supporting him

is it by reliability or him making money for himself also after paying u weekly rental. Any driver who diligently pays his partner and doesn’t make money for himself is a “Big fool” because when small kasala go burst all your efforts to please your partner becomes Useless. Anything you do in this life. Your interest comes first.
Not so true bro, remember without the partners car, the driver will be jobless. Pay ur rent and pray for beta tomorrow

This job is still giving me high Sivia Pains.

I no longer drive with joy. I carry riders with mean face nowadays.

I also sharpen the matchete under my Car seat in case of any violent rider.

Who has noticed that most ride these days is pegged at 1100? How wicked can this people be? How can they give drivers low fare and expect them to give five star service.

My friend in Austria driving same Uber is making money seriously and building a house. The least money even for 2 kilometer on Uber is 7 Euros. Thats 2800 in Nigeria.

Drivers need to now be hostile to riders so that Uber and Taxify will start noticing us and ask questions.

Las Las, they can reduce what they take to 5% intead of 15%... Since they want to be nice to riders. Useless People!!

Am not happy at all.

The pain is just too much.

The way you guys give out information on this thread Marvel me, that guy wanted to know how you guys get extra account on Uber, without reasoning una dey open mouth like olosho, una no stop to reason if na Uber staff looking for means to block the cheat, sometimes I wonder if some people here are up to 18 and above. huh huh huh

Some people are crying bitterly about the fare reduction, Taxify reduced there fare again during December just 3 months after reducing it, they claimed it's for the Christmas, now Christmas is over and they haven't gone back to it's actual fare, drivers on the road did not feel it during that December because of the surge that's everywhere, now no more surge it's just waste of fuel up and down, and more and more drivers are trooping in.
Taxify won't do anything about it because when they visit this thread they will see some people posting there earnings after driving for more than 18hrs a day, which is not right, now different people views the thread and see earnings, they will call all there family member to come see oh, people are packing money here, people will invest millions to buy car, telling the driver you must be making what the driver on Nairaland is making, or else his lazy, I don't blame the investor who wouldn't want to see returns on an investment.
The other day I was online at Ikoyi, where I usually go to hide to get request, I got there I saw over 20 drivers waiting for request, I was forced by that sight to drive to lekki instead of me joining the cue of waiters.

Taxify posted on Facebook that average driver on there platform earns 120k a week, scamming more people to bring in there cars into there platform.
Taxify is advertising there healthcare up and down, they want you to drive ur self to death then you will take there healthcare, Nigerians are abusing there self, the work and the cars used on the business, how can you drive for 18hrs a day angry

Nairalanders please use ur head, even danfo keke drivers will soon be beta than you guys when this guys are done with us. Shine ur eyes

So like i said b4 in this thread,i drive on the uber platform with my own personal car as a side hustle and it has been quite a good/bad mixed experience.

January is actually a very low moment. I begin to think about drivers that will have to remit same amount to car owners. How do you cope please?I like to know.

Yesterday at work, during lunch period,I went to a restaurant near office to eat as usual.
Gbam the guy that was sharing table with me was an uber driver. He placed his phone on the table and his app was on.At about 2pm the guy had only made 2k plus and ate about 750 naira worth of food.

While eating ,a trip entered his phone and the rider called, the driver told the rider that he was eating and will not be able to embark on the trip. I heard the prompt of cancellation after the call. The rider cancelled

Now,I began to think, was this the smart way to work?

It is good to have a break and eat.but personally I won't work that way.

On the days I work,I eat full meal ones ,which will be only when I get home at night . I usually buy two plaintain chips and a bottle of water in traffic and I am good till I get home.

After eating ,I just said welldone to the guy and left. I no want trouble o .

What do u guys think about SMART work ethics and target achievement?
His frustrated, or the rider is going to a wrong location, like Ikorodu or going to the next street, I believe he won't leave his food to take such trip.
Or his with the lazy crew grin grin

If she no shy open her private apartment me sef no go shy to look am well.
If I no look wetin I gain??
grin
Committing rape with ur eyes is an offence, no go look jam trailer grin grin grin
I remember one time I went to pick one babe at one hotel at Oniru, the gate man refused me coming into the compound said the place was filled up, so I called the rider that I can't come in, she shouted at the guys so they let me in, not knowing she couldn't come out, coz dey re doing naked party just pant n bra was what she was putting on when I entered the compound,I nearly tell her say I no go again, so I will attend the awesome party going on, see flexing. grin grin grin grin

Pls can someone recommend a good phone for uber/taxify.
I want to use it to sow a seed into someone' s life at the end of this month.
My budget is 30-35k MAX. I can manage 40k and it should be atleast 3G.
The receiver informed me that 3g-4g phone is the best. Please recommend.
LG G4, LG G5 Samsung note 4, galaxy s5, iPhone 5. The list goes on

We should ban posting of earnings in this thread. I made more than 200k in December last year but you will never see a screenshot of it here or in any of the whatsapp/telegram groups I belong. You don't see bankers, engrs, CEOs or companies etc posting their earnings online, why ? coz it's no man's business. So Why must you post your earnings when you're not a public servant.

Yeah. You on point. I have always been a rugged Entrepreneur in my University days. I no dey send. I have done so many demeaning businesses even before I started driving Taxify. If to say I dey shame when I was on rental. I for no get my own car by now. But I respect ifyeez point of view, everybody cant be d same. What I do is non of anybody's business. Driving is means to where am heading to. I don't always see myself as an Uber driver. But a CEO of organisation in nearest future. I am all in it to raise capital, and am very close to d actual amount I need.
Am totally misunderstood, not my source of living means I don't depend solely on Taxify/Uber for survival.
I pity those people that depends and feel it's here to stay for life. When the time go come like Timaya said, dem no dey telle person.
