d only time i pray in english is wen i am praying wit some other pple who dont understand it, otherwise i prefer my dialet cos it is richer in communication. Btw, its a shame for any1 who can't speak his/her dialet to a reasonable degree. and least i forget, Eshinegba Omati. |
permit me to say dos were d last generation of gud music. unlike what we hav now. musicians dat can't even play d least musical instrument. SMH |

Take away d oil from ND today and dere will no longer be anytin to die for. den we will naturally fall apart. |
Ola Johnson: It is the tradition that the sons of Oduduwa i.e the kings, gather in Ile-Ife the Oba of Benin (Ado in Yoruba language) would be in a nearby town. He must not set his eye on Ile-Ife. That is where is head is buried when he dies. It is called Orun Oba Ado (the heaven of the Oba of Ado).did ur father tell u dis or u cooked it up? |
wild child: @topic..only if most of us can relate with history, the bini culture is one that should be highly promotedI stand to be corrected: No people in Nigeria are historically as rich as d Edos |

enough of all these promises. he has made a lot of them in recent days and we r yet to see the implementations. what Nigerians want to see is action. |

I think u hav a point. But where d highly placed also cry, I wonder what is left for an ordinary Nigerian. |
Former Federal Capital Territory minister, Mallam Nasir el-Rufai, on Thursday bemoaned the spate of unemployment in the country, saying despite his connections, he had yet to secure jobs for his two daughters, who are both holders of Masters Degrees. El-Rufai said this while delivering a lecture at the Sixth Annual Alao Aka- Bashorun Lecture, organised by the Nigerian Bar Association, Ikeja Branch. The former minister, whose lecture was entitled Impunity, Injustice and Insecurity: What Role for the Law,' said Nigeria needed to create three million jobs yearly to tackle its employment problem. He said, "Forty-two per cent of Nigerian youths are unemployed. "I have two daughters with Masters Degrees and they are unemployed. They have been at home for more than a year and I cannot get a job for them. "We are sitting on a demographic time bomb and unless we have visionary leaders that are able to plan for the future, we will have a huge problem." According to him, the Nigerian government is spending N2bn daily on security, instead of investing in infrastructure and human capital development. El-Rufai queried the N100bn Amnesty Programme of the Federal Government, saying it had not solved the problem of pipeline vandalism and oil theft in the Niger Delta region. He said, "Our oil production output is at its lowest since 2009 as a result of oil theft and closure of facilities by oil companies. "That is why the government is borrowing more than ever and dipping into the nation's foreign reserves." The former FCT minister added that granting amnesty to people who take up arms against the state would not solve the problem of insecurity in Nigeria. "Even if you grant amnesty to Boko Haram, without addressing the fundamental issues such as lack of opportunities, poverty and social injustice, it will not solve the problem," he said. Also speaking at the event, Prof. Akin Oyebode, advocated life imprisonment for corrupt public officials as a way of reducing the high incidence of corruption in the country. His lecture was entitled, 'Corruption and Insecurity in the Society: What Role for the Law?' http://mobile.punchng.com/output.php?link=http://www.punchng.com/news/i-cant-find-jobs-for-my-daughters-el-rufai/

BAMILASSA: MAIN AIMS OF GEJ SOE ARE:man, wat do u mean? or beta put, wat r u driving at? dat power shld go 2 d north? dat JTF shld seize d onslaught against ur bloodsucking brothers? or u dont want Nigeria to divide? whichever way u see it brother, u r still a looser. lets face it, d whole excess of dis ur socalled one nigeria is d southern nigeria. so d earlier u started thinking like a real human, d better for u. |
Dem say make we dey plant trees, now only one tree waste 31 lives.... Nawa o. Make we still dey plant? By d way, wat happened 2 all d sacrifices d tree has taken b4 now? Anyway, RIP 2 d dead. |
we've never bn ignorant of dis. infact we r also aware dat our oil money had always bn used to fund des terrorlsts by d socalled northern leaders. so let dem come out and tell us in plain words what dey truely want from Gej. |
u see, d problem wit we nigerians is that we want to be associated with something tagged 'expensive' even wen there is a good substitute which cud be relatively cheap. well as for me, i dont care who made it. wat i'm after is better quality at its cheapest price possible.... so ride on, tecno n3 is lovely. |
I hav always had dis same tots too. these are d more reasons i tink nigeria is sitting on a timed bomb shud d south wants to leave. |
if u r truely wat u claim 2 be, y announcing it? i sense u feel inferor. a f-a-g? too bad. |
I have taken pain to go thru most of d posts and so i hav dis correction to make. it is true dat d north is known for violence dat is capable of disintegrating d country, but den i can put it to anyone who cares dat, NOT EVERY NORTHERNER IS A BLOOD SUCKER. As for Nigeria spliting come 2015, how I wish it will come dat easy. But by all indications, I dont see it coming. All bn said, as a Southerner myself, I will vote a Northerner for president come 2015 if d candidate: has good and genuine intentions for all nigerians, is a Christian, is a female. if not, den.... I am sorry |
y FIFA and not CAF? |
in Christ there is no east or west. in Him no south or north. But one great fellowship of love. Through out d whole earth So where do u stand? |
in Christ there is no east or west. in Him no south or north. Bur one great fellowship of love. Through out d whole earth So where do u stand? |
its a beautiful snake tho. but d most lovely, most elegant and most admirable snake is d BOA CONTR. seen it b4? |

KingPradas: TONTO DIKEH AGAIN. Abeg make we rest, tired of this talentless foolwhat has she done 2 deserve ur insults? he neva begged any1 to post topics dat relates 2 her. u kno wat? it's not a must dat u comment. so reserve dos insults. |
shud we "prophesy" evil and pray it comes to pass so as to gain popularity? certainly dis is not from d genuine GOD. |
dis is unbelivable! so handsome guys like me dat even men appreciate, could be deported for a dat singular reason? then would one rather be ugly to live in Saudi Arabia? dis is a typical show of insecurity. |
NK is no different from Iran. dey r both cowards dat boast of destructive might yet afraid of hitting d first blow. barking like a dog tied to a stake does not frighten any country dis days. |
y not? 9geria is a great location (not a country). i tink d only tin wrong wit it is leadership. if only dis can be changed, den 9ja is potentially d greatest country in d world. |
yeah, i tink dat is one of d few few options he has left. but has he got d gut 2 order such? |
knowing and praying 2 d true God is the best tin in life, and not communing wit one unknown deity from an unknown planet. d true GOD is neva on leave, so u can call on Him anytime of d day or any moments of d 9t. u know wat? HE'LL ANSWER! |
