The same Anambra where APGA win elections simply by hiding behind Ojukwu pan Igbo heroics in Biafra?

OP you are not okay at all.

Some Anambra people might not like IPOB or MNK. Just like some Igbos from Abia,Imo, Ebonyi, Enugu too.
But we all on the majority agree on Biafra( republic of Igboland) being a better alternative to shithole NIGERIA.

Catalonia flag is sometimes wave in Catalonia territory and some EU nation members but does that stopped Spain from imprisoned all their leaders and destroying the struggle?
I don't know about Israel-Palestinian issue as I'm not a Christian or a Muslim. I'm just an Igbo.
Spain is a first world country while NIGERIA is a shithole third world country. You would be kidding yourself if you think you command same influence on the world stage as Spain. Not even more connected and managed Ethiopia could keep Eritrean locked forever , neither could Khartoum Sudan keep South Sudanese forever.
If the world powers look the other way and don't provide you with unlimited weapons as happened in 1967-70, you will not win Biafra. You are not a brainy or Sophisticated nation. You are a shithole third world country bedeviled by terrorism in NE and Bandits in NW and NC.
Opening up a war front in SE would be your undoing. The whole purpose of IPOB lobbying is to ensure world powers remain neutral this time around.
Stop your parasitism. Ndiigbo have rejected you. Stay in your lane.

Meanwhile you posted a link to a private refinery which is planned to be built in Katsina. But in the world of moronic idiots, a private refinery in Katsina is actually a refinery built by Nigerian government in Niger... It's in this Nairaland one knows that mad people arent only those ones walking tattered in refuse dumps.
You not a brilliant fellow.
The cost of the project went off the roofs because pipeline was going to be laid to Niger to supply the refinery with crude oil.

When common sense should dictate building the refinery in Niger Delta where crude oil would be sourced directly with no need for any pipeline cost.

You are an Hausa-Fulani man. Be proud of your heritage and stop the silly Igbo impersonation.

Your days of occupation of Igboland are numbered, one way or the other , we would chase you out of our lands dead or alive and the rising sun would be lifted never to be lowered down again.

And that a community have Igbo attached to their name in SS does not exactly make them Igbos.
We have a town called Igbo-Etche in Etche LGA of Rivers State.
But guess what, despite being Igbo speaking, these people insist they are not Igbos and we proud Igbos respect their decision.

Thankfully, Akwukwu-Igbo people like their Ogwashi-uku people are proud of their Igbo identity.
What they need is for us in SE to bring investments to their lands, and not for you to bring chaos and destruction by bombing police stations and inviting Nigerian police to come and start arresting their youths.

OP. Nawao for you o! So you are hearing of the existence of Akwukwu-Igbo for the first time today and next thing you did was open a topic about it? grin

Akwukwu-Igbo is a younger brother to Adaigbo ( founder of Ogwashi-uku), they were both children of Eze Nri who left Nri after Adaigbo was caught sleeping with his father's (Eze Nri) youngest wife.

This is a very old story and nothing to start jumping up over.

You stepping down as a governor and apologizing to Ndi Imo for being fraudulently imposed on the people by your Hausa-Fulani masters, would be a very good starting point to address Igbo concerns .

Ultimately, only independent Alaigbo would address Igbo concerns, as that would ensure we don't have strangers foistering people like you on any part of Igboland ever again in the future.

See how neglected Obiigbo is.
The highest oil producing LGA In Rivers State, second only to ONELGA.

Yet no single motorable road. Obiigbo was in total blackout for months not long ago, despite being a natural gas rich land hosting Afam gas power plant.

These Igbophobic minorities have done unthinkable marginalization to Obiigbo while spending Obiigbo share of the derivation funds on their own parts of Rivers State.

All these because they failed woefully to get the people to denounce their Igbo identity and become Igbophobic.

You wonder the duty of Ohanaeze Ndiigbo, of SE governors, how they all could be there and this abomination happened right before our eyes. I visited Obiigbo not long ago and I was in tears. They deserve better.

How can history be kind to this crop of useless political class we have in Igboland today?

You see why they can't even command the respect of their village town hall meetings in Igboland?
I tell you, if the Nigerian police and Military are completely deactivated in Igbo land today, none of our current political class would survive the coming revolution that might follow. The beating Ekweremmadu got in Germany was only but a dress rehearsal of what is to come.

If they continue this way, they would make peaceful co-existence as neighbors between us and them post NIGERIA imminent disintegration when the Hausa-Fulanis have been put out of the picture, a very violent and vendetta driven one.

It's not bad enough that these Minorities had their Hausa-Fulani collaborators carve Obiigbo out from old Imo state just because the land had large amount of crude oil and their (minorities) greed and cravings for the oil there aligned with the FG post civil war Igbophobic Agenda of stripping Igbo mainland (East Central state) of all oil producing areas, they had benefitted from crude oil derived from Obiigbo while leaving the place in penury, but they have also now taken it up a notch for the past few years with attempts of genocide on Ndiigbo in Obiigbo.
There should be a heavy price to pay for all these insolence at the appropriate time, which is why I'm against IPOB multiethnic Biafra with these minorities, because such arrangements might tie our hands. We surely have a score to settle with these Igbophobic minorities, these lots can't surely be allowed to get away with all these provocations.

Collyweed:
The "biri ka mû biri" that you deride kept disparate Igbo communities in a state of relative peace for millennia.

If I may ask you, how many active empire builders do you have in this 21st century? Have you not thought that maybe, just maybe they discovered something our ancestors discovered thousands of years ago?

Including just one non-Igbo affirming community in Alaigbo will be a panacea for failure. I have nothing against our neighbours. I have nothing against our neighbours (actually, I have relatives from these places) but internal and external detractors have found it ridiculously easy to exploit ethnic diversity in the past. Just take a look at the Eastern region as an example. Even recently, Nnamdi and Asari had a falling out over religion. It didn't take long before it turned into an Ijaw vs Igbo issue. That is just a single recent example.

I am personally tired of this nonsense. I have Ijaw relatives and I don't want to fight them. It is better they stay on their own and we stay on our own. That was the way our ancestors related with them and that is the best way forward.

P.S: Ikwerre people were not responsible for abandoned property. I don't know where you got that from. To be fair to the Ikwerre, they actually lost a lot of land in the post civil war period. The people responsible for the Abandoned Property thing were Major David Mark (an Idoma, part of your IPOB Biafra) and Kenule Saro-Wiwa.
The Biri Kam Biri ideology is also why Ndiigbo are very populous and a major force in Africa today.
War cost lives. Look at all the places they use to have empires and kingdoms in Nigeria, they are scantly populated and are minorities today. Look at Edo state, Igalas, etc. Even Yorubaland, compare their vast land to their population and you discover they are scantly populated. Wars cost lives and decimate youthful population.

Our ancestors valued human lives and peace.
It's a template that served us well.

No single Igbophobic group should be part of Biafra!

You guys don't get it! You are victims of propoganda.. Little misunderstanding with characters from the minority areas, you start to throw tantrums.
The 1966 borders should be the starting point not the other way round! Those who want to join from the former Eastern Nigeria must be allowed! Even in Isreal, there are Arabs! All these ethnic purists argeuments are convinient excuses to confuse the uninitiated! The guy is suspect with his agenda!

That some minorities abuse Igbos is not enough reason to throw them away together with those that don't! There are many Igbos that abuse Igbos clamoring for Biafra. So what do you do to them? Force Biafra on them too or throw in the towel because everyone does not support you? Is totality of consensus the new yardstick?
And I'm not saying the tag ipob is wrong, I just told him I'm not yet a member and that's the fact so he should atleast stick to facts!
Problem with you and your ilks is that you like playing the Ostrich.
Are we going to pretend like the majority of the people in Eastern minority areas are not anti BIAFRA despite few people from those areas being pro BIAFRA, just as overwhelming majority of Ndiigbo are pro Biafran even though we have few Igbos who out of their selfish interests in Nigeria are anti BIAFRA?

If you have lived in cities like Yenegoa, Uyo, Calabar, etc. You would easily get the mindset of the majority of the commoners there. It's not a rocket science. Our SE governors remain anti BIAFRA, but if you stay in any SE town, you would have no doubt about where the allegiance of Igbo commoners are.
How many Biafra sit at home exercise since 1999 when MASSOB started it have been observed in Minority areas?
No body is victim of propaganda. We are realists who embrace and work with the reality.
While you and your type would rather embrace fantasies.

You talked about Israel, good. Go and check what part of modern Israel they controlled in 1948. They always had intensions of reclaiming their entire land, but they were always wise enough to accept what little they were given in 1948 and slowly strengthened themselves and kept taking an inch per day, until they have recovered them all. If they insisted on having all parts of Palestine in 1948, their wouldn't be Israel today.
You always have to work with what you presently have, strengthen your self and progressively expand.

Germany lost large extent of land by the Oder-Niesse treaty to Poland post WW2, they struggled to let go those parts of Germany. Their people who had lands there were sent packing from their hometowns and became refugees in other parts of Germany. Those refugees put too much pressure on Western German leaders not to accept the new map of Germany the allied forces had drawn which would see Germany lose their homelands to Poland. Those few Ikwerres and minorities in IPOB are doing to us exactly what these German refugees whose lands were trapped in Poland by the new map were doing to Germany reunification.
But the allied forces led by Russia insisted that the only way they would allow Germany reunification is if they accepted the Oder-Neisse new boundary.
In the end, German leaders gave up and accepted it to the anger of Germans whose lands were claimed by Poland. They threw those refugees under the bus for the betterment of the majority of other Germans.
We have to do same to those very few pro Biafra minorities. The most we can do for them is offer them Biafran passports. Chikena.

Today Germans look at all they have achieved since then and are convinced they took the right decision. Today if they want those lands they would simply take them, USSR is no more and USA can't do no shii to this currently powerful Germany.

War change things for a people. A smart people change their strategy, decisions, actions and mindset to be able to make the best out of their changed conditions in other to transform them to what they used to be.

Like Israelis returning to Israel, Ndiigbo has to start from somewhere. And like Germans, we have to swallow our pride too and accept boundaries drawn by our bitter enemies and detractors atleast on the interim.
Like Israelis and Germans, if we do the right thing, we would grow so powerful in the future that when we come for those lands no "bagga" can do nothing like Israel is doing in Palestine today. Or we can choose to be Germany and let the land go knowing fully well we have achieved success without them and might actually never needed or need them.

What we wouldn't do is to be living in a past that doesn't still exist. The Eastern region map you IPOBS are holding out on as Biafra map nolonger exists, it stopped existing since 1970. It's not a propaganda, it's a reality. If you are in doubt go to minority areas like Uyo, Oron, Calabar, Yenegoa, PH , etc and shout BIAFRA, and see what the natives think about it. This is the reality we have to accept first and work with, anything else is self deception that would take us to nowhere. cool

Pazienzia Nwanne, on that diaspora issue, I would strongly advocate for a diaspora tax, just like how every American citizen pays tax to the US regardless of where they are around the globe. Western first world country Igbos 18yrs and above $500 per head every year, Eastern Europe/Malaysia/China/Japan $300, South Africa/ Latin America/middle east $200, rest of the world outside Biafra $50-$75. I also believe that if adequate referendum/plebiscite were conducted and certain areas want out, they should be left out!
And I think this is also the stand of IPOB, so I agree with them on that! Totally!!!
If some laughably ambitious "igboids" want to form their own banana Republics, just to spite the Igbos of the hinterlands, they're free to do so.

What I detest is anyone trying to foist boundary arrangements initiated by the Babangidas, the Obasanjos, the Mamnan Nasirs and the Abachas.. My enemies can't define me..
And I don't think that groups that want to join should be chased out because they don't speak igbo. Dokubo and the BLM guys are not insane...

You can now try your tricks on someone else..
Then we are on same page.

Limit it to SE and proudly Igbo SS groups for now as founding fathers.
Once achieved, open doors for application to join by interested groups we feel have something to offer.
Any group we desire that submits application to join would be given our terms and conditions .

If they agree to the stipulated conditions, then they become a Biafran province.

But for now, let's limit it to founding States of SE and proudly Igbo SS groups.
Who in real terms and purposes are good enough to go at it alone.

Modify the map to reflect just this group. Any one else who feel left out should send well publicized application.

BOTTOM LINE: Where you have the chance to expand your boundaries, TAKE IT! It's the norm! State building is not for pacifists.

We are even having these "minority issues" in Biafra today, mainly because of the lack of hunger for territories in igboland. Otherwise, how can a tiny swat of space like ikwerre land be responsible for basically coordinating the "abandoned property" saga if base wars in the past were fought to neutralize any anti igbo sentiments there as the Yorubas and fuulani did with their own minorities? It's because of the "biri ka mû biri" mentality that these agrresive traits keep growing.. Igbo influence didn't permeate as it should..

In essence, our docile nature to issues associated with territorial acquisition is part of the reason why we are so vulnerable to the devilish manipulations of our most virulent enemies from afar..
