Nigerian politics is broken from it's very foundation, and it frustrates me to even try to engage with it.
From the fact that we're only a nation because of the British ducking about in the world, and in current times we still don't have an identity.

To the quality of discussions about politics we're having today, I don't even know what the policy or ideological difference between APC and PDP are, it's just tinubu this, atiku that, the politician take us for dundies and they themselves are dundies.
With vague promises without any tangible plan on how to achieve them.

Aughh.. it's all just annoys and frustrates me.

That's a good take. But is the Nigerian banking industry even ready for a cashless economy? And do Nigerians trust the banks enough to do that. Heard one person in an interview said the vendor he was using only accepted Mastercard and he didn't have it. Can't verify that. Also, what about fraud?

It is said, if you're going through hell, keep going. Stopping or turning back now on this monetary policy that have been set in motion will be counter productive. This was the error of the Jonathan administration, they should have gone through with the subsidy removal at that time despite the protest. Sometimes, a leader must do what is right and not what the people like.

This seems silly and counterproductive. Could have extended the deadline, made sure there was currency available and still went along with their monetary policy. At the moment, people can't get money to fulfill basic necessities of life. That should have been planned for.

I can't even wrap my mind around this. How can a government by its own doing cause this level of turmoil. I thought the banking system was one of the best things Nigeria had going.. guess they wanted to destroy that as well.

Can't even remember that post. Just for reference, I was making 110k yearly when I was 22 right out of college. Base was supposed to be 75k though. I then moved on to Medical Devices, hence why I stayed in Boston. You read the definition of a Computer Engineer I sent you? I doubt it. So, I work designing implantable medical devices which have.... wait for it.... microchips in them. So, my industry is technically BioMedical Engineering. What I studied in College was called Computer Engineering. Trying to stay it slowly for clearly a dumbass like yourself. Those numbers are most likely lower than I actually make/spend, because wasn't trying to be too much of a show off.

Nigeria's a mess with with it's own issues not only of child molestation, multiples of times worse than the US, but also stuff like organ smuggling and human trafficking, again all multiples of times worse than the US. Some of the most deviant stuff known to man. So I find it curious, that Nigerians in Nigeria, look to the US to criticize, when it comes to issues of child endangerment and human trafficking. It's blows my MIND.
