Is he claiming there are no Yoruba man in course 38 and 39? The president will only appoint an officer he's comfortable with. That Buhari choose an officer from sokoto in course 37 does not mean there are no officers from sokoto, katsina, kano, jigawa or zamfara in course 35 and 36.

When Jonathan appointed Ihejirika as the COAS, a lot of army officers were retired and when Yardua made dambazau the COAS, a lot of officers were also retired.
