And as a tenant, what stopped you from looking instead for rental property that require maybe even month-to-month payment? NIGERIANs ehn. There are properties out there that even operate month to month rent contracts, though not many, why not opt for those? Why does Nigeria need a law to cause people to do what people ought to be freely to choose for themselves?
