"Judge" itself is a dicey word. I'll say you can't totally condemn, but to some extent you can guess by their fruits if a person or denomination practice true Christianity.

No, they didn't need to literally follow Jesus around as He moved. There were other disciples like Joseph of Arimathaea and Nicodemus who also believed in Jesus and wanted to be like Him. Some 120 disciples were in the upper room in Acts 1. 1Corinth 15v6.

Ever heard that half bread is better than none? Yes it is. A one eyed man is king among the blind and Lagos state will rightly continue to be hyped as long as they keep doing things that look like rocket science to the other 35 states.
When you mention costs, you leave out the basic fact that things cost different in location.
Lagos is a very expensive place to do things. You can try renting a hall or a flat in Lagos with your village or Addis Ababa and compare costs. Many other factors come in to play that common sense demands. Anyone X who gets a contract with the Lagos state government or FG bills/charges them like an armed robber. That's not erased in reality. Lagos rail line is also going over water which is expensive.
Demolition and compensation costs very high in Lagos compared to other states and Addis Ababa. Cost of living, salary of workers calculated well be higher in Lagos. Transportation of materials from China, Europe or America is farther and of course more costly than Addis Ababa.
Daily ridership of the trains will be definitely more than times 10 of Addis Ababa. Electrification of the project also costs more. So it's unwise to just compare dollars.

There are plenty high-value women who can't find husbands (and truth is, many are willing not to be the only wife of a high-value man. Hence Oba's 5th wife is a successful medical director! Regina Daniels - 5th wife!)

Like i already stated, problem is everywhere, all over the world. No marriage without problem, yesterday, today and tomorrow. We are not discussing problems but DIVORCE. Problem doesn't have to lead to divorce where the keys of a happy marriage are operating.
Those things you listed as causes of divorce are little branches. They have always existed and exist in polygamous homes too in multiple ways. The root causes of divorce remain a lack of the marriage keys practical love, submission, forgiveness.
Again, i don't know about high value or low value, there's no meter or tape to determine that quite subjective. What we all know is that the natural/common woman craves to be under a man, it's a curse. It has nothing to do with high or low value whatever that means.

The whole world has marital problems, marital problems are not divorce and must not lead to divorce. Or do you suppose that there's no marital problems in polygamous families?

Many people were very poor in the past, both monogamous and polygamous families. They stuck together. Their lack of money or wives didn't separate them. The submission and perhaps dominance of the women were more important factors with the culture/tradition not money. Don't infer what you don't mean to, poverty is not a major cause of divorce before or now.

Like i mentioned already, i don't know about women being hypergamous as a whole.

i don't know about women being hypergamous as a whole, there are many women who marry unsuccessful men. Happy marriage is not necessarily by money or status. It is more by working on the timeless rules of practical love, submission and forgiveness.
