If nobody can interpret, how are they sure they are speaking to God or passing meaningful messages.

i don't know a god that does that, fortunately for me. Like you have shown, the Bible never inspired you or the billions who read it to do that. You have a good idea on the Bible's position on such, it doesn't happen. The Bible is not ambiguous on such as for you to ask the question.

This is a prophecy quoted from the Old Testament. It refers to the Israelites, not exactly the direct/personal killers or soldier crucifiers if any word like that. We surely know it's not referring to the very soldier that nailed Him. It's like referring to government, it's not really one direct person.

They'll go to Heaven, you'll be a murderer. He created and owns them, you don't. i don't have the right to come and kill your chickens for you, stating that i can fry good chicken. They don't belong to me despite being a fellow human being that can equally purchase and rear chicken. You can likely have other plans for your chickens than me killing them because i saw you kill some last Christmas.

You asked if killing children enmass good. The discussion and answer has centered on the comparative goodness. Having malaria may be better than cancer, losing a limb may be good compared to losing a life, going to Heaven as a baby is certainly better than going to hell as an adult in a ripe old age.

You are saying Heaven is better than hell, which is correct. So we are both saying it is better for children to go to Heaven than hell. Your decision to kill at will is a different ball game, one step at a time.

We cannot all test for stuff in the same way. You test for God in the science laboratory. i never had to test for my parents or siblings in the laboratory, i saw and see good reasons to eternally accept them. i don't require a DNA or certificate or even resemblance to know it. i am aware that some people do but i don't. It was so obvious someone created me and all things and it wasn't a human being. It has been so obvious the supernatural answers to prayers around me over the years till date. But like i said, we're not all the same.
