Concerning accommodation, She already has a place to stay in both States, so the question now is, can one survive with 10k per month in Osun and also 15k per month in Ibadan when the only need is food?

The two are not good, but if she must choose among the two, it depends on factors like her future dreams, her faith and prayers. Economically, it's better to be closer to and moving towards Lagos, maybe she'll see a better job. But I don't know about school, settling down, church activities etc. and how they might come into play for her happiness and destiny.
