I have beginning to pick interest in their phones since I learnt that they have a service centre in Nigeria. I saw a review of F15 coming in this month. I might get that. I had waited for Huawei to bring in a newer model with latest features. But the way it stands they only have those outside the country.

Attacking the little niece over poor parenting is bad. It is obvious you ignored where she mentioned leaving the country 8 years ago. Meaning the girl was 9 years old then and who knows how old she was living with them in Nigeria before they even traveled. Therefore, most of her life was under their control. You could have suggested them talking & working more on her been the older one 17 years, so she can help police their daughter.

I will only be surprised to see one sane person in government. It is madness for someone to loot money for healthcare only to pay heavily for it abroad, same for education. Buying of new car because the road has been looted, etc.

Very sensible analogy. He wants to brake all the rules.
Just this month, I borrowed a friend to assist his uncle. I am such of the cash return but I caution him of borrowing to help others. Especially, when he gave all he had and more was still requested from him, that is unnecessarily putting himself in debt. Even while the person would always see him as a bank without knowing the origin.
I did paid school fees for lady, though I didn't consider it as an investment but an assistance no matter the outcome. Even though I was certain of her loyalty.

The current Nigeria politics isn't worth it. PDP wasted 16 years looting and the APC has joined in the loot as well while time ticks. And of course same individuals make up both parties only with a different name but same agenda. For you, they will give you little incentive to keep you going while promising you heaven on Earth. But at the end that is what you will ever get. I advise you get a brand/comapny and use your marketing strategy to your advantage and be paid accordingly. You will someday refer to this post if you ignore.

The set of people or leaders that will make a positive change in the lives of every Nigeria haven't gotten to power yet only God knows how long it will take them. And of course it is when the people are also ready to demand good governance without any sentiment.
