Even when they say, it takes two to tangle?! You must have heard of some rubbers who went on a successful operation. How come that didn't motivate you to join. Life is about choice. The people involved are adults and should know what's best for them. If the so called wife keep up, she might end up been a casualty. The nature of my jobs takes me away from home most times, even with the cash & opportunity to misbehave with women. That has never entered my mind because of my personal decision. The answer isn't far from you. There is only three arm forces that make up the military: Army, Navy, Air Force. Any other are "para" meaning before military. In general, you have the civilians, para military & the military.

Referencing your brother, he had an idea that couldn't manifest until he relocated, that is the right decision. And the article is more concerned on taking the right decision. There are people who's plan can work here yet haven't done anything about. While others who also need to relocate still haven't work towards it.
