PoliticsRe: 2023: Lagos APC Backs Tinubu, Says Ex-gov Qualified by IMASTEX: 9:06pm On Feb 25, 2020
RaptObserver:
Noise. History has taught us that those who re minding their businesses in one corner are usually chosen by the kingmakers to be president. So Tinubu knows he is just being deceived. But if he does not know, then he doesn't know national politics like we had thought. Watch out for a quiet and strange fellow showing up at the eleventh hour like the late Ya'ardua... I mean Umaru Musa.
Seconded, that has always been the trend. By the way, Lagos APC is Tinubu. And if Lagos APC support Tinubu is that supposed to be a news for supporting himself.

That title has been totally ruined. A pastor bought snails from us. He promised even on his title to makeup for the balance the next day. And this is 2 years gone now the excuse is unending.

My conclusion, the moment you mention pastor in a business deal. I increase my assessment and investigation.

They have all used the 5 Years they paid for. We can now take the companies back and do proper privatization exercise.
Gbam! State, LGA, companies or private individuals can even bid for it. But they should be a limit for at least not more than a state maximum size per biding. Strictly the use of digital meter that must be distributed free or lease fee build into the meter recharge. By so doing people pay for what they can supply.

I agree and the battle for supremacy hasn't helped any of them either. I've seen so many marriages collapse due to women influence. Wife vs mother-in-law. Sister-in-law vs wife, etc

FamilyRe: My Wife Is Circumcised And It's Affecting Our Sex Life by IMASTEX: 2:37pm On Feb 24, 2020
nasirope:
No doubt female circumcision is totally bad and condemnable. Thankfully, it is now outlawed and only being practiced illegally by some uninformed part of the population. It is our duty to educate this people and also expose them to law enforcement agencies since the now recognizes it as acre against the girl child.
However, I think that we should be careful to make sure that we give only factual information even while trying to pass correct message. I mean we should avoid some myths if we want all part of the poppulation to take us serious.
For example the saying that if a lady is circumcised she would have to prepare for CS during child birth is not exactly accurate. Most people above the age of 30 including many of us, our sisters and relatives were circumcised and they give birth normally.
Complcatioms during child birth can be due to several unrelated factors.

HOWEVER WHAT IS BAD IS BAD!!!
NO TO FEMALE GENITAL MUTILATION!!!
BUT SPREAD THE MESSAGE IN A WAY THAT WILL APPEAR REAL .
THANK YOU!!!
Totally agree with you

PoliticsRe: El-Rufai: Why Presidency Should Return To South In 2023 by IMASTEX:
Esseite:
Our politics is too expensive to get the right kind of leaders in, and the Nation has grown poorer to even enable that in the closest future..

Solution:
Enact into the constitution a point based election system, the higher a voters educational level, the higher your number of vote alongside the zoning dichotomy between the North and South still in place.

Primary school cert and below - 1 vote.
Secondary School cert - 2 votes.
Graduate - 3 votes.

Benefits:
- You encourage education 100%, which brings about innovations, ideas and problem solving..
- The chances of the right candidate increases at a very high percentage.
- You encourage birth control on quality not quantity..
- You give more voting power to the educated..
- You discourage vote buying aswell..
- The politicians would begin to seek integrity over popularity..
- the purpose of populating to win elections would be gone..
- 4 graduate votes would equal 12 primary school cert holder votes.

We really need to start thinking outside the box
This sounds very great but the current supposed educated ones are becoming worse in action over the uneducated due to greed & the system that favours the thugs that the politicians have created over the years to gain control in the name of religion, ethnicity, gratification, etc. That is why you still see some hungry, unemployed & supposed educated one defending a wicked policies & failures of government in this forum.

I don't see the country getting things right anytime soon at least not in the next 100 years. This is because it is presently divided against itself "politicians vs the people". Though the politicians hide under several useless lines. "Religion, ethnic, etc to always achieve their aims". The country has never had a common enemy that will force everyone to fight for a common good as one hence the divides. The cheap independent gotten without a fight didn't help matters that would have created the nationality for the country. The only thing left now is hunger & insecurity but the people has been distracted hence they don't see it as a common enemy.
PoliticsRe: El-Rufai: Why Presidency Should Return To South In 2023 by IMASTEX: 7:10am On Feb 24, 2020
North & South power zoning have been useless because the politicians have continued to speak one voice regardless of where they come from. There is no designed system yet that favours the growth & development of the country.

BusinessCBN Returns Over N60 Billion Excess Bank Charges To Customers by IMASTEX(op): 6:49am On Feb 21, 2020
The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) on Thursday said it has so far recovered over N60 billion from erring banks as excessive charges imposed on customers.
The bank also said it has equally returned same amount to the affected customers.

This is just as the Apex Bank has announced that it had commenced the processes for creation of 10 million jobs in the next five years through investment support in agriculture, using 10 commodity models.

Speaking during a two-day customers sensitisation forum in Owerri, the Imo State capital, the CBN Director of Corporate Communications, Mr. Isaac Okoroafor said the recovery of the excess bank charges was made possible through the bank’s Consumer Protection Department.

According to him, the amount was recovered following complaints by 13,000 customers over excess and illegal charges on their accounts by banks.

Okoroafor, who also disclosed that the erring banks were meted with various penalties by the CBN, stated that the Apex Bank was determined to ensure that no bank customer was cheated with excessive charges from their banks.

He added that the CBN adopted intermediation strategy to monitor the banks and ensure they did not misuse customers deposits.

Which higher bills , are we not spending more on power already ?

Do you know that the current thieving DISCOs charge most Nigerians for darkness intead of light ? Do you know Nigerians spend a fortune paying to run generators a day , I spend 100 times more on Generators than I spend of recharging my prepaid meter every year , if I could channel just half of what I spend on Feb to Siemens and they guarantee me 24 hours electricity then I will be fine
That is just the truth. We are already over paying for power. I have 2 generators that I spend fortunate on to keep running, also have several rechargable fans.

Agreed. But why torture the woman emotionally for not been able to get the so called desire, forgetting that he is the one having the X and Y. Hence he is the one that influences the choice of the gender biologically. And in addition, putting the woman through undue risk of more child birth with limited resources as mentioned. Or is the proper upkeep not part of the desire?! It is because he has that is why he is bordered about gender.
