ThatCEO: The North is not even nearly as United as the south east when it comes to voting for a single course. But we just keep projecting them as invincible.
But then, the clear advantage they have over any other region is that they show up on election to vote while the rest of us go to sleep.
I am hoping enough hunger would have taught all of us to show up on election day and demystify this thing. Valid point, we certainly feel too reluctant especially on the practical aspect of electoral processes. |

ThatCEO: The way una carry Northerners for head like god dey tire me. It's still the same way they view d south, especially d south west.
Travel around the country small, stop carrying this warped mentality of the north everywhere. If to say Na so d North be, Obi suppose to see anybody for rally na Rather you should established your view point base on facts and not just hearsay or personal believe. It is a know fact that the north has occupied the position of power more than any other regions. Traveling around without aligning the observation with facts is nothing but a waste of transportation fare. At the bolded, it is a known fact that not only the northerners by origin live in the north. Secondly, mobilizing a crowd is part of political game only that the vote itself will finally reveal where the loyalty lies at the end, for not transactional ones of course. Note: I careless of what region or party project the next president. I also believe whosoever emerge can't do much because of the already faulty foundation of the country. |

Gozac: SW/SE rivalry and mutual disrespect and hatred will continue to keep giving north edge in politics. The whole south was supposed to unite behind SE to produce the president The bolded is exactly where the problems is, the question of who is supposed to do what. Even among the easterners lies who are supposed to do what. Hence those who easily give grounds for collective good of their own region will keep having their way. |

The North is considered the less educated in the country yet they have continue to teach the South politics 101. This isn't because they studied it, rather because they unanimously project & prioritize the Northern interest over self & greed, a virtue considerably uncommon in the South. |

Rayban25: Oga the banks are lying...most of this bank managers are on the payrolls of politicians hope you know...so theyll give the politicians these notes hen come and tell us citizens that the CBN didnt remi enogh notes to them That isn't also totally out of it as well. But they are all in connivance. There is no where in the world the citizens wouldn't misbehave if there is no strict regulation & sanctions for bad doings. The CBN are the number one follow by the banks. |

yemi1504: Still doesn't say the banks won't do the same as before. They are sabotaging the CBN's efforts. Which banks?! All the banks can't be lying against one CBN. CBN owes it a duty to set policies & ensure strict compliance and sanctions against erring banks. What have they done to ensure smooth facing out, outside making mouth on media. |

I just don't like a man that pretends to be good but is very bad! At the end, people ll hate APC more. What made you feel the same politicians with strong connect in the banking industry & government haven't already loaded their warehouses with the new notes as usual. The policy will only affect regular individuals. |

LegendHero: Let me tell you, I have no interest in Osun election much and whether Oyetola or Adeleke govern them is none of my concern. Even when Adeleke won, I bear no animosity towards him in real life or Nairaland here. I like this remark. Sometimes I wonder what motivate some persons to pick a fight for politicians who careless about them after all. They suffer all the hardship alone yet have the boldness to be fighting for those politicians that unanimously and in partnership sponsor the mis-normal. If your writeup is the case, then Adeleke should be injected and his name removed as formal governor, the INEC agents in the polling units where those cases happened arrested and jailed. Otherwise, the politicians will keep holding the country to ransom, and without a credible election no politician will ever do the will of the people. On the other hand, some candidate can even sponsor some touts to over vote for his opponent in other to use those details as evidence when he notices that he is already not winning. |

Pointless. Very pointless & senseless at the same time. I was at a bank today, transactions were everything else but withdrawal because the banks themselves don't have the new notes. Most ATM not dispensing, it is a funny country. |

I don't have strength to be chasing after you for my money.
The most annoying thing with Nigerians is that.... If you drag them too much for your own money, they would fight you and tell you to do your worse, that they won't pay!
Nigerians are terrible people! Shior! You just stated the fact. Most Nigerians have bad intentions, the toxic system also empowers them to keep misbehaving. A friend financed a tricycle to empower someone with a payback plan. The guy disconnected the tracker & fled with it. The old man that guaranteed him is now restless of what might happen next. |

Please holdon till the end and see this through...do not bow to pressure! Which pressure? The one he is part of or even created. How can a new note be launched since last year with a close timeline yet until this week all the banks are still paying with old notes. Who then is to face out the old notes. Britain has a new note with a timeline till 2024 for the old ones. Once old ones get into the bank, it doesn't come out. |
