They need to increase the criteria for seeking public offices. Employers can't be looking for years of experience, 25years old max, masters, special skill, vetted qualifications, etc for just #20k job. And them one primary school or quota system certificate holder with zero experience in managing any successful businesses or assignments, etc will just automatically become president thanks to tribe, religion, etc. The divides in the country is just too much, Nigeria has never operated one system for all. At least there should be a regional arrangements to allow people of like-minds to dwell together within their region. They can decide to make cow their lord, some can also make Amala their lifestyle, Okpa can mean everything to another while fish can be for the other.
