The main ethnic groups in Edo State are: Edos, Afemais, Esans, Owans and Akoko Edos. Virtually all the groups traced their origin to Benin City hence the dialects of the groups vary with their distance from Benin City. The Bini speaking people who occupy seven out of the 18 Local Government Areas of the state constitute 57.54% while others Esan (17.14%) Afemai compirising of Etsako (12.19%), Owan (7.43%), and Akoko Edo (5.70%). However, the Igbira speaking communities exist in Akoko Edo as well as Urhobos, Ijaws, Itsekiris communities in Ovia North East and South West Local Government Areas especially in the borderlands. Also, Ika speaking communities exist in Igbanke in Orhionmwon LGA.

Don't be desperate. If you are caught it will affect your chances of ever getting a visa for other countries. Embassies now share database. You can use six months to plan for it.

If you are coming with a visitors visa with no intention of returning back, know you can't change status inside South Africa.

In 2011, my husband was issued a SA visit visa, but he didn't utilize it.

No. He should mention in the introduction letter why he couldn't travel in 2011 which could be work related or family matter.

Introduction letter does not have particular format. It is a letter addressed to the embassy explaining your overall situation..

I, ... a graduate from ... university wish to further my studies in ... university in South Africa. State the reasons you chose the course and the university, and how the course will benefit you in your home country after you graduate. Explain your relationship with your sponsor. It is always better when parents are sponsor. List or explain the supporting documents you attached.
Make the letter as short as possible.
You must get a guarantor's letter from your uncle including his bank statements
Employer letter is not necessary if you are not employed and if there is no long gap between.

You need travel ittenary from an airline. You don't have to pay for it. No need for hotel reservation. If you have arrangement for accomodation you can mention it in your letter.

Check vfs website for all supporting documents.

Before a visitors visa is granted the visa officer considers the overall situation of the applicant. You most have ties to your home country, this proves to the officer that after your visit you will return home. Why would your Uncle spend so much money just for you to visit. Apply for a study permit instead. The chances that the application will be rejected is 90%.

I was taught in history back then that a chief was banished from Bini kingdom to exile and he went to Lagos. After so many years he became a chief or oba in Lagos. Bini kingdom used to be very large before the British invaded and conquered the kingdom.

Oba of Benin is the king of entire Edo state. This man can best be described as a chief of the community they are trying to claim.

The law prohibits change of status inside South Africa for visitors' visa holders.

The only permit he can change to is Volunteer visitors permit. It is issued for up to 3 years.
It is difficult to get these days. If the application is refused, the person is usually given few days to leave the country.
Come with a study permit instead.

They give preference to South African citizens. The law states that 60% of the employer's employees must be South African citizens. Unemployment rate in south Africa is very high, and you cannot get any corporate job without a work permit. You can only get a work permit inside SA after you study.
Hustling jobs are done by Malawians and Zimbabweans who do them for peanuts. One of the reasons black South Africans want other blacks to leave.
If he has business skills or study any medical course or IT in any SA universities, he has a better chance to succeed.
He can do a legitimate business without a business permit provided he pays tax. Many of our Brothers does this.
Finally, he shouldn't come on a visitors visa. He cannot change his status inside SA. And above all, he should be prepare to live in the city not township, we don't want to hear story that touch. Beware of some Nigerians who are into drugs and internet fraud, the Police is their friend. Lol

Government hospital is free in South Africa. What kind of permit does he have? It's better to treat him there than in Nigeria.

Rental agreement is not necessary. You need:

1. Invitation letter with copy of his ID and phone number.
2. Return airline ticket
3 You will also need BTA or else those airline guys will not allow you to board
4. Yellow fever card.

Likely question they will ask:

1. Who are you visiting and where are you going to stay
2. Where in South Africa
3. How long are you staying. This must be the exact date on your invitation letter and return ticket. A day more or less you will be denied entry.

You can request a letter of introduction from your cooperative society. It will serve as an investment to you in your home country. Unfortunately the 500k cannot be available for your trip. And your 300k balance might not be regarded as sufficient fund for your trip, but you can try.

Add a cover letter stating you use the account for business. A sudden deposit of 500k into a personal account doesn't look credible. Abi you be Dasuki.
