Bro, I think the emboldened explains why the accuracy might be jeopardized. The mere indication a subject is aware s/he's being tested is good enough a reason for the outcome to be biased. In this case, the EkitiGate guys weren't even aware that their voices were being recorded so I think the accuracy is justifiable.
