All you need is a "Responsive site", that is, a site that can be viewed perfectly via mobile. Wordpress has such themes as free themes. @Harpesin, good that you have been thinking, now it is time to ACT. Back to your question, you want to have a good site with webmail for your business right? Please note that there is a site you can build with N100, 000+ , but for the purpose of this thread, which is geared towards making everyone, who intends to have web presence do so without a hitch, I must say that you can start off your budget with just N5,000, ....10,000,.....-N30,000.

Why Start Low?
in my few years in online business, I have come to realize that starting small allows you to gradually expand in ideas. I called this stage a developmental stage; what you do at this stage is to start familiarizing yourself with your site and let your clients know that you are online. Wordpress is the easiest platform to manage, though there are thousands of such service online, so content adding is as simple as ABC.

Maintenance
Don't be scared by this word. What it means is: Update "Contents" when necessary. Content here may be pictures of your products with a line description or a simple write up with 400 to 500 words with a picture. Contact your registrar for help when necessary.

Renewing Your Domain Name/Hosting Plans
This is simple to do, like the godaddy I use, I hardly spent more than 5k for this yearly, if I can spend N150, 000.00 or more for my shop rent, which has limited reach, I think arguing with this fee is suicidal, owing to the fact that my web presence has unlimited reach compared to my shop on a street.

N5, 000 break down:
from this 5k, you will be able to register your domain and host it for one year.
WARNING: Do not go for free webhosting, it is dangerous to your new business.

Webmail
This is some times free, depending on your hosting plan. But if you want a separate plan such as "Personal Plan", the price ranges from 3k-5k yearly.

funshint: Obj might not be a saint but what he said are very valid. GEJ has been practically silent to corruption. Its gotten so worse that anytime anybody is accused of corruption, some disgruntled aides of the president will turn it into tribal war. During OBJs era a lot of heads rolled due to the anti-curruption campaign of those days starting with people from his region; S.M Afolabi(National I.D card scam), Tafa Balogun(former IG), Bode George(NPA scam), Sunday Einhdero, Chief Babalola&Femi Fani Kayode(former Ministers of Aviation)... Nobody raised alarm of tribal victimization because the Yorubas don't condole corruption even if you're the son of a king but under GEJs administration tribal sentiments has been at its peak when people are accused of corruption esp. from the SE of the country. GEJ only claims to fight corruption on paper. It's even a big dent on the president that he still has someone like Stella Oduah as a cabinet minister after the body of allegations against her. This is thesame President who didn't waste time in removing the Court of Appeal President(Justice Ayo Salami) just because he wasn't working for the interest of his party. Jonathans tenure will go down to be the most corrupt in the history of this country. How did we get here??!! I weep for this country!!!

Hmmm, is there any easy place on earth to make money. This easy mentality may keep one under perpetual poverty. I believe if you master any art, you find it easy to implement. Some people would want to go in for it now but they had never written any article for publication or on any topic. Now they'll want to go to iwriter to make money and when their articles are thrown to the trash can, they'll say iwriter isn't working.

Finally, do a SWOT analysis of yourself and know where you can fit in and maximise that environment.

I think most Nigerians take a lot of things for granted. There is a technology made available for us at a very cheap rate but we refuse to use them. I know there is a CCTV wall clock, table, wrist watches, buttons, pen, lighter, flash, etc., available @ a very cheap rate for a measure of security but my people, Nigerians wouldn't get them and use. I sold almost all these products, but I know who buys them for use. It is a pity.

@Chinedu, some come with their hosting/DNames while some don't. But whichever one, they all come with different prices. For instance, if a clients want a total package ie: domain name+hosting+design, the charge is different from a client who has existing hosting+domain name. They have different needs. also, some clients want to move their Domain names from the original registrar to mine, that is, if he/she want a different host company, all I do is to change d DNServer and direct it to mine.

Also, I hate people arguing what they are ignorance of. I think when one doesn't know how things work, the best thing to do is to ask "HOW?" in humility. I will give u my wp blog if u request for it via Whatsapp or email, the blog is popular on d investment niche but the theme I used in designing this site isn't premium theme.

I purchase those themes at a price not less than 75$ each, they are all "Responsive". There are some that are less in price but they are not a complete theme. If you check on themeforest you will find various premium themes there but I don't use their theme for some reasons.

Since you said you have been making money installing premium wp theme sites for clients, it would have more helpful if we could actually see 1 or 2 working examples of sites you have built. But all the examples you give are offline. now why would a client pay $200 for a site and refuse to go online one full month after you upload and customize the theme? especially as you say most of your clients are desperate to have the sites.

The reason I want to see examples of your sites is because I want to see what you call premium wp themes, and how it is different from regular themes.
