oh and it just keeps getting exciting, I think its HOT!!!! i mean the confidence to leave home without panties, imagine if u were going to meet up your man?, or me?? , I suddenly have a million ideas running thru my head oh and my comment is strictly for women only, guys without under pants is just gay!!!
Hehehe, we should try it together [when 190 isn't around] Maybe when we try it you can sow me some of those ideas |
Atreides:190 is actually a dude. |
jay bee:Well, they exist and have been reported in West Africa, Eat African, and South African countries. And not all anorexic patients are doing it for the sole purpose of fashion. There are many people who are in eating disorder clinics and had they not been there, you'd never know they were suffering from anorexia or any other eating disorder and not all anorexics are skinny. Just as not all disabilities are visible, not all eating disorder are visible to the eyes. There are many people who suffer from eating disorders due to sports related issues. |
190: and you flirted with all of Nairaland but ya don't see me complaining. Chai, such a shame. |
190:I'm divorcing you. Expect the divorce papers in the mail |
190:Just because you and perhaps many other Nigerian men would cheat on there wives doesn't mean that he would. And YES, I DO TRUST MY UNCLE!!! |
jay bee:I'm not talking about malnutrition. There are actual reported cases of either a highly restricted diet or anorexia among African women. |
favouredjb:Actually, we do . |
190:Actually, I do know. If you're implying that my uncle is creepin' around on my aunt, then you're wrong. He works for a company. He barely stays put anyway since he's always away on business trips. He comes to visit often and my ant visits him as well. As a matter of fact, she's should be on her way Naija this morning.
I wouldn't do it. I have an uncle that comes to Naija ONLY when it's time for the wife to get pregnant. He's been home 3 times in 5yrs,they have 3 kids. SMH
Eh ya fstranger6: lol |
^^^Sharaap. My uncle is in Naija and my aunt is in Europe and they are just fine ![]() |
190:Good |
Its wouldn't be an issue for me. My aunt and uncle are in a relationship like that and they have one of the best marriages I've ever seen |
190:Shake whatever you like ![]() |
obenda:::sighs:: I understand what you're saying but there is no straight forward answer. For example , the stuff tpia1 mentioned aren't necessarily the things I may like in a caucasian man. Let me give you another example, I was on the train and I saw this tall handsome cauasian man with reddish blond hair and green eyes and I was immediately attracted to him. When I left the train and met my friends in the street, a causasian guy who was average height with with blond hair approached my friends and I was also attracted to him [lol, he was trying to ask me out but I was totally oblivious ]. Do you see how different the two men are? Personally for me, I have no preference what I look for in a causasian man. For you to be asking us women such a specific question makes no sense. I'm sorry if this isn't really answering your question but its the truth. What one African woman may like may be displeasure to another just as what you like as an Italian man may differed from what another Italian man may like. Its quite obvious that you don't represent all of Italy so why would you expect one of us to represent all of African. My personal tastes vary from men to men. For me, this is my ideal guy [regardless of their ethnicity], I like a man who possesses the qualities of a renaissance man--He’s self-assured, focused, disciplined, and responsible, yet knows how to let loose and have fun. His intellectual and career interests are balanced with cultural and physical activities. Comfortable in jeans or a tux, this action man throws himself into his pursuits and is willing to fail. In touch with and expressive of his emotions, he exudes compassion and warmth as he crosses social and ethnic boundaries. Gathering eclectic and diverse admirers, the Renaissance Man knows what qualities he’s looking for in a woman and is unlikely to be swayed. |
Chai, you always seem to be judging me |
Yes, I can. As a matter of fact, I did it last evening. |
@OP: Wow, I really didn't know who she was until I saw this thread [actually, I don't know who a lot of the Nollywood actors and actresses and I don't care either]. Anyway, I Googled her and I saw pic of her with tons of bad weaves and wigs and I must say, she looks so much prettier with the short hair. I can actually see her face no that all the weave and junk is out of her face. I'm used to seeing a lot of girls in New York with hair like that so so me its nothin' new. Hmmm, makes me rethink cutting my hair when it grows longer. Olami099:lol, yes I do. How could I forget you? I'm good, how are you Ola? |
Also do me a favor, when next you go to church, tell your pastor to give you a personal sermon on worldly pleasures. And if you don't learn,go on a 1yr fasting and prayer so you can get total deliverance, you're seriously blinded by the world. Open your eyes man, before its too late. You know nothing the bible says about jezebel
Lmfao, oh please. Spare me the rambling. Just because I addressed stevetboy9 as I did doesn't mean that I don't know what he was saying so please get off your Biblical high horse. |
Hehehe, I said how do you wash it, not what do you use to wash it. For example, when my hair was longer I washed my hair in sections so I could make the detanling and washing process easier--I'd usually part my hair into four sections and gently wash my hair and scalp. By the way, you might wanna try giving your little one scalp massages every once in a while. It'll stimulate hair growth, allow her scalp to relax a bit since she seems to be in pain at time, and it'll allow you to bond with her . ::sighs:: I remember when my mom used to do that. By the way, do you use any of the combs in the video? Here's a video of a woman demonstrating how she washes her daughter's hair. [flash=500,500] https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DsGHj33MR78[/flash] |
Ah this guy,no offense but you so think like you're in secondary school, are you? If you are,i won't hit at you again cos you're still growing mentally, even a secondary school student should know these things. He's not saying that its only women that commit all the sins in the bible,he's talking from the biblical point of view. USE YOUR HEAD!!! Or better still MARRY YOUR BIBLE!!! Cos you know nothing and with this,i can see you're digressing from the path of righteousness
Oh please. Do me a favor and shove your Bible up where the sun don't shine. |
Ummm, yeah. Why would it be? Men own property so why shouldn't their female counterparts? If/when I get married, I intend on keeping property that I attained before my marriage and during my marriage. I wanna buy my first house within the next two years so I'll be damned if any man tells me to part with it just because I am married to him. Besides, for financial purposes it's good for both the husband and wife to have some sort of safety cushions to fall back on. |
Wow, you guys seem to really like that stuff. I was never a fan of nzu but my mom loves it. |
chaircover:Chineke!!! I wish you could just send her to me so I could do her hair. I feel bad for the both of you. Is her hair usually dry? [sorry, if the questions seem repetitive]. Could you please post pictures of the types of combs/brushes you use so I can have a better idea of what you use? And how do you wash her hair? Once again, please forgive me if these questions seem repetitive .I'm just trying to get a good idea of what her hair is like and what you do to it. chaircover:lol ok auntie ![]() |
stevetboy9:How wonderful, once again, another nonsense attack on women. So all beautiful women are like that eh? If you or any other man are so weak that you would allow a woman to get the best of you, then I suggest you need to get your priorities straight. Once again, like many other men both on and off Nairaland you are sitting here making excuses for men who for whatever reason cannot or will not take responsibility for their actions. Even if a woman "seduces" a man, does he not have enough sense to know the sort of trouble he is opening himself up to? This whole notion of beautiful women "attacking" sex crazed men is only an excuse for men such as the sex crazed fiends mentioned. Stop hiding behind this cloak of religion as a means of justifying this idiotic and irresponsible belief. There are tons of men such as the women you describe, so why aren't you callin' them out? Why aren't you chastising them? Only women can do harm in this world eh? All men are saints eh? Since you seem to be so dead set on making a point, what about handsome men eh? Anyone whether male or female who becomes totally deluded and allows ANYONE to take advantage of themselves should really evaluate some things in his or her life. Men, GROW THE HELL UP and TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR ACTIONS. |
chaircover:No problem. If you wanna part her hair to do two strand twists or any other style, you can saturate her hair with water or some sort of moisturizer or even a leave-in conditioner. The key to making it easy on her is to make sure her hair is saturated. I have a question, when you touch her hair, is is dry? And do you comb her hair when it isn't wet? If so, what comb or brush do you use? And when you comb/brush her hair, how do you comb/brush it? How do you hold her hair when you comb/brush it? Hehehe, as for touching a guys hair, I doubt that would do any good. There's never any guarantee that the child will end up with hair like the parents. I have a neighbor who has wavy hair and the husband has loose curly hair and the child has very thick coily hair. Genetics is a mystery at times . It wouldn't matter to me anyway--the dude could have the roughest hair in the world or the softest. |
Here is a video you can use to learn how to do two strand twists. Although the little girls' hair textures seems to be perhaps 3b or 4a you can still achieve the style. You don't necessarily have to use the products that she [the mother] used either. [flash=400,400] https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_4OhF0FF6Wg[/flash] chaircover:Well, seems like Jenifa_'s got everything covered with the coconut oil . Hehehe, chaircover you've got such a sense of humor . If you need other videos on detangling, washing, moisturizing, cute hairstyles or any other hair relates question then feel free to ask. There's a whole online community for this sort of stuff.
wow inked nerd. it's as if you were reading my mind on the coconut oil thing
Hehehe, Jenifa_ perhaps you're my natural hair twin ![]() |
chaircover:Of course you can do them by yourself . Yes, all you need is just two stands of hair and then you twist it. In fact, there are products that you can apply to her hair to help you twist it. You don't need to add any extensions. The woman who twisted the hair of the little girl in the picture is a white woman and she does a pretty good job at it. When I twist my friends' little sister's hair, all I do is apply coconut oil to her hair and the rest is history. Would you like me to post some videos on how to twist natural hair? ![]() |
jennykadry:Ummm. . . Ok o .blank:Sorry, I'm not tryin' to sounds like a natural hair nazi, but I already know there are relaxers "made specifically for kids" but the truth is, there really is no difference between the kiddie relaxers/texturizers and the adult relaxers/texturizers. On the box, it says not to use it on children under the age of 12. It still has the same ingredients, just slightly different amounts. Anyway, its totally up to you so good luck . |
dayokanu:I know, its horrible that we could think such a thing about ourselves--yet we wonder why men view us in a certain manner. We would have all been up in arms ad a man said all of this. Smmfh. I for one am not a believer of this notion. All you have to do is make sure you do your research of caring for hair of color [especially little children]. I take care for my friends' little sister's natural hair and I never ear a peep from the child when I comb, wash, or brush her hair. |
