It's highly expected for such anomalies to occur in the wider continent but I'd seriously doubt this cases will be reported in Nigeria.
More often than not, anorexia is a lifestyle rather than a disease and i just fail to see how Nigerians will bring themselves that low so as to being accepted in the wider society.
Remember anorexic patients are prevalent in the modeling industry due to the industry need of the models maintaining a size zero body frame.

Well if you represent all African women as a whole why not? ;-)

C'mon, your individual opinion will be enough, but please go over the " every man that treats me right, no m,atter the color, shape, etc". Just imagine to be on a bus, a white man pops in and you are attracted. Just tell which things that are typical or you can find in white men are intriguing to you.

Sorry, I know that I am asking to be very straight forward, but I don't think it is a taboo to speak out of what's attractive/unattractive between men and women.

Her hair is dry
I try to use an afro comb but the best she will let me do is to just use the teeth of the comb to skim the hair so no deep root to tip combing
I hold the hair in my fist and just comb or brush the tips. She wont let me do it from the root
I brush/comb when it is damp
Even the hair washing sef is drama and the whole street knows from the screams, the shreiks, the drama and the antics. I wash with a power shower and it tickles her scalp so she jumps everywhere

One big problem is that my angel will not let me finger comb that jungle of hair. I cant even part the hair without drama. How I wish I could send her to you guys

I am going to the African hair shop over the weekend to see if I can get any of the products mentioned here.

You should have seen my daughers face when I mentioned egg yoke & honey to her LOL.

If parents got a chance to select the traits that they want for their children from each parent before they are born LOL; I am sure whose name would have been crossed out when it comes to hair

My friend ,My mum put a relaxer on my hair when I was also young, whether it's drain cleaner's stuff or dry cleaner's stuffs, none of us gurls had issues with it or complained of some missing hair or head. I have got a very thick/full hair and had it cut in 2003 cos of its thickness. So make we hear word abeg, box ko, box ni.

My mum started relaxing my sister n i's hair wen we were 5 years. There are some relaxers specially made 4 kids. 20 years after, the relaxers shld be better. I, personally, prefer a kids hair 2 be straightened. Its easier 2 manage 4 dem. They can den cut it off n start natural if dats dir preference. I wish u guys d best. Let me reiterate it, grown-up chics with natural hair deserve all d kudos.
