So their prayers for this country isn't enough. huh You want them to fight the muslims?.

Sorry Sir!, you sound like you envy these names you just mentioned.

Their silence is the best.
If not for the resilience, bravery and outspoken of the earlier Christians, I doubt if there would have been any religion called Christianity today. Do a little research on the history of Christianity, you will be surprised to know how many Christians of old paid with their lives and properties, sometimes to the state just to defend their beliefs.

Anyway, She's dead now. May she rest in Peace.

According to the story, a bone in her waist got broken during child's birth. How possibly could she have had an affair with a child and bedridden? That is one reason why I gets irritated when folks give too much importance to a wedding that is just for a day and fails to give a second thought on marriage which is a process that should last for a life time. It is high time to expunge that abused and misused phrase and popular anthem "TILL DEATH DO US PART" at wedding exchanging vows and replaced with a more suitable phrase to rhyme with the situation we find ourselves these days.

@OP go and make peace with your step brother! The day you let outsiders to settle family dispute is the day you split your family.

If it's in Igbo land, no court, no lawyers whatsoever can settle this particular issue; it's all about mutual understanding and co-operation.
Said who? Yes, I can agree with you that peace and understanding remain the best option to solve this kind of problem. But what if the guy in question rebuff all entreaties? Every law made by the ancestors that are seen to be discriminatory should be abolished. I am an Igbo man, the first and only son from the first wife. I am entitled to inherit everything as the custom demand. But I left everything for my other siblings because I want to be an example to others.

Biafrans are the ones protesting
A week ago, a lady approached me crying, to assist her with transport fare to go back to Ibadan since she could not openly hawk her merchandise (agbo). According to her, she just got away from task force with her goods on her head, well covered with a wrapper to conceal her merchandise in order not to fall into the hands of other waiting task force. At least, I gave her the little I could. Why I am saying this is for no other reason except to let some folks, who are privileged to have all they need or want without much stress that poverty and hardship knows no religion or tribe. Do good to all men if you are privileged to do that. Don't laugh and mock people that fell on difficult time or hardship just because they are not from your tribe or related to you.

APC is the biggest mistake. Though I am a kind of happy that they won the last election because if Jonathan had won, they (APC) would have been telling us how they could had turn Nigeria to heaven on earth. Now, it's obvious that they are more clueless than the man they called clueless.
Politics › Re: Farmers To Pay Fee For Protection – Ogbeh by Innomach(m): 7:24pm On Jul 21, 2016
mrkayusfit:
In my opinion i think the farmers are self centered. Remember these herdsmen are Nigerians and they have the right to live and do their businesses any where in Nigeria. What's the big deal in allocating some portion of their farms for cattle grazing? If they were also rearing cattles, won't they graze them? The herdsmen are majorly the source of beef in the country and since everyone patronizes their meat, why can't we support the grazing bill so they can stop moving their cattles in the cities and instead have grazing fields? If every state creates grazing reserves don't you think it will limit clashes between farmers and herdsmen? I know there are bad eggs amongst the herdsmen but we can't throw away the baby and bath water. There has to be a compromise for the sake of peace.

The farmers should be ready to pay for their protection since they are doing their private business. They are not expected to buy guns to protect themselves. The government will provide security if they are ready to pay. The fulanis are not violent people, let's stop the stigmatization of herdsmen sad
People buy or acquire lands for their agricultural activities. Why should the Fulanis look for free land to carry on with their business? Do they share their profits with anyone?

The Rccg does not ordain based on your tribe. The qualification is become a member of the church, go for new believer's class and baptismal class, get baptized, do your school of disciples training/school of missions/bible school. Stay for at least 5 years. Above all, you must be Holy Ghost baptized. Well you must have been filled with the holy ghost before water baptism unless you don't know what you are doing. With this u are qualified.
The job of a pastor is not easy. Some people reject it when call upon. It takes Abundant grace
You are talking about making of a pastor but I think he is talking about assigning them to juicy positions. However, I personally don't give a damn on how all those business empires are run. If it doesn't suite you, go form your own business center /church.

With the recent dimension the fanaticism has taken, the government should watch it because this is likely going to be a trend. Those preachers should be wise. You don't have to force your opinion and beliefs on people that are not interested.

Travel › Re: Peace Mass Transit In Accident At Okogbo Town. No Survivors (graphic Photos) by Innomach(m): 8:43pm On Jun 30, 2016
Sometime last year, I traveled to the eastern part of the country from Lagos on peace mass transit. The driver was driving like if the world was coming to an end. I was the only one in the bus that was shouting and cautioning the driver and even threatened to call his management. But to my surprise, every other passenger in the bus were all silent as if I am the only one that was going to loose if there were to be an accident. Some of the passengers even asked me to stop distracting the driver. But thank God we arrived safely. But then, it's very unfortunate that passengers often keep quite while the driver is overspeeding and unnecessary overtaking. Don't keep quite scream if that's what it takes to bring the driver to his senses.

The solution to your problem is very simple. You don't need any man of God or prayer warrior to intercede or lay hand on you. Depending on your faith and the God you believe in, quietly talk to him. And the most important aspect BELIEVE in your heart that nothing will happen to you and your wife without God's consent. FEAR NOT! You can fast all you can, pray all you can or even speak in tongue; but if you have no faith, you are just wasting your time. AGAIN, I WILL TELL YOU: FEAR NOT. Tell your wife to FEAR NOT. Don't try to do further findings about hidden things done by your mother or anyone. That can only ignite some fear in you. If you can follow the simple advice I am giving you, what you see as a problem will be over before you know it.

Have you been having sex with her? If yes, do you think you really satisfied her? Some girls are just so wild when it comes to sex and don't like having a "gentleman" as a sex mate. Most probably, she doesn't want to get married to you and still be getting it from outside. And if No, then take her offer, take her on a long ride and prove to her that you are not easy or gentle when it comes to the other side.

So it's true that the renewed militancy in the south south is all about halting the fight against corruption and not actually because of any good intentions for the people. MASSOB, IPOB, BIM and all other Biafra state agitators are now on their own once again. Until you learn or decide to use force to pursue your dream of getting an independent state, your dream will only remain what it is: A Dream!
