It is not in the mind set of God for Buhari to rule beyond May 29, 2019. Look at the just concluded bye-election in Oyo State, yes, PDP floored APC hands down. This is just the beginning of what awaits Buhari and his APC come 2019. As earlier predicted by me in my prophecy of 2017 and 2018, let me be frank and declare before God of heaven and the whole earth, even if Buhari should red carpet the whole nation, Buhari and his APC will not win the 2019 presidential election. In my 2017 prophecy, the Lord told me He would raise adversaries against him and even his own kinsmen, the Hausas would disown him. What are we witnessing now? The Lord gave me the signs through my prophecy; there is no way he can win. Some Nigerians in their own thinking has said that Buhari is a man of integrity. Do you forget that those remittances you are talking about, are shared by the three tiers of Government?

The monies that can be used to fund the National budget is the 52.68% of the total revenue that belongs to the FG while the remaining balance is with the other tiers of government.

This is why the government resort to borrowing to fund the deficit.

So if you are saying the remittances is larger than the budget figures, yoy should also know that not all that remittances belong to FG, part of it belongs to states and local government.

States and local government do not implement National Budgets, it is the FG that does only with it's own percentage of total remittances.

Its part of what we call FEDERAL MIGHT, you and Obasanjo enjoyed it while you were in power.

You cannot just say "there is no need for entreaty", You think it is easy to just slash people's salaries in Nigeria without general outcry?

There are some workers like in NNPC, Local Content, CBN, et al who are currently earning above 30,000 minimum wage structure even when current minimum wage is 18,000 while others earn below it. This is injustice if you ask me.

So what he is saying is that, he will engage these categories of workers to see how he can collectively review it a little downwards before the new wage would be effected. At the end of the day when the new wage is effected, the difference with their old wage would not much thereby freeing more funds needed for sustainable funding and payments.
