Hello Kay. Just came across your stories. Your previews are good but I can't seem to navigate your blog even with a computer. You may need to put the stories in sections where all episodes will be listed accordingly and rearrange the blog. The point is, please make your blog more accessible to readers. Thanks and continue the good work. |

Kayo80, hope you're good? |
EvilChild:Hello Bro. How are you? Remember Jesus loves you just as you are. Have a nice day. |
Divepen1:Wow! Really enlightening. Though we shouldn't focus on the devil and his works, we should not be ignorant of them. Thumbs up Bro. I would like to be involved in the Part 2 if you don't mind. Maybe editing. |
[quote author=Divepen1 post=68369065][b] However, these misconceptions can be prevented through; Creation of an awareness program about male sexual assault/violence on male. If this awareness is created it will help the society know that men could also be victims of rape. The government could help create this awareness and could be announced all over the various means of telecommunications example social media. There should also be support networks for males. Like we have female support groups for female rape victims, there should also be for male . so that male victims would be free to report their perpetrators and discuss how they feel. And also to be able to get proffered solutions to their problems. Men being victims of rape is so true and some more enlightened countries are beginning to pay attention to this. So also is domestic violence generally. I was amazed at the number of men that are being abused by their wives while undertaking a research. However, they couldn't speak out on time because their masculinity will be question by family and friends. Even counseling centers refused to attend to them saying they may have offended the woman to make them violent. Most surprising was when a woman went for counseling herself because she was violent towards her husband and was told she was probably offended by him instead of addressing the main issues. The police was called at a point by a man who was being assaulted by his partner and they laughed at him. This was in America that is thought to be enlightened. It is true that more women are being abused however attention needs to be given to the men that are also abused. In this light, Section 1 of the Violence Against Person (Prohibition) Act 2015 defines rape thus: 1. (1) A person commits the offence of rape if- (a) he or she intentionally penetrates the vagina, anus or mouth of another person with any other part of his or her body or anything else; (b) the other person does not consent to the penetration; or (c) the consent is obtained by force or means of threat or intimidation of any kind or by fear of harm or by means of false and fraudulent representation as to the nature of the act or the use of any substance or additive capable of taking away the will of such person or in the case of a married person by impersonating his or her spouse. The (a) part can be said to put men in perspective of being rape victims too. This is a step in the right direction of the present happenings as distinguished from the Criminal Code which relates only to females just that its enforcement is limited to Abuja. This means House of Assembly of States should enact similar laws for their States. Also, men should not keep quiet because it will negatively affect their mental health. Your speaking out doesn't make you less of a man. There are counselors available to help you through your healing process. Speak out! If any male or female has experienced abuse and would like to talk to someone, you can pm me to get you connected. More awareness needs to be made but not necessarily by the government. Social media is a good place to start advocating for this. We should all continue to speak out against all forms of violence whether against men or women. |

@Divepen1, I was disappointed that my vote was not counted last month because of multiple entries. ![]() I think the rules should be made clearer. Some people are new here. You will pay a fine for the nomination I gave you. |

I really admire your boldness in stating what you want clearly. However, money should be too small to motivate a person. I agree that a person should be duly recompensed for work done as at when due but money is not enough to measure a person's worth. A person will get motivated when he/she is fulfilling the purpose for their life. The joy a person derives from this is much more motivation than money can give. Cheers |
lilbazy:Agreed. But if a student deserves it, why not? It was even worse in my school. It was 2:1 that gave them headache. They had to increase the GPA for 2.1 to about 3.8 for a set that could have had many 2.1 students ( not first class o). I remember one of my lecturers saying ' "A" is for God'. God doesn't need the "A" , neither is He going to sit for exams. We do not know the 'God' he was talking about because the Almighty God disappointed him in our set. We had plethora of A's which had not happened in a long while. |
alexialin:It doesn't work like that. First pregnancies take a long time. As long as the woman is dilating properly, she will be left to go through labour till she is 10cm dilated. They also consistently check the baby's breathing. Some go on for more than 15 hours. It is really a serious time for women to bring forth another life. RIP. It is well. |
The " Yoruba demon" should have been put in inverted comma's to signify that it means something else. |
reality17:Its such a pity you feel comfortable talking like this to someone you do not know. I certainly will not go to that low level with you. Besides, my post was not directed to you initially. Have a nice life. |
tosyne2much:No be angel you dey find again?...lol. If you never see better babe to marry for your 45years of existence, I no sure say I fit EPP you o. Na only God go fit. |
reality17:I am a woman not an angel. Women like me do not make such applications. We are found by great men as they make the applications. FYI, I have received and accepted one of such applications. Your suggestion should be directed to someone else. But ehn, your sister fit try apply o...lol |
tosyne2much:When you are ready na. But e be like say na angel you dey find. You go soon see am/them when Jesus returns....lol |
