Kaduna PDP Raises The Alarm On Planned Hijack Of Ballot Boxes Feb 15, 2019 The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Kaduna State has raised the alarm of plans by Governor Nasir el-Rufai to use organised security to hijack ballot boxes and papers on the way to the polling units. Addressing a press conference yesterday in Kaduna, the party chairman, Hon Hassan Felix Hyat, said that “we have further gathered from our field operators that the All Progressives Congress (APC) government in Kaduna State has recruited thousands of ‘Kato da Gora’, the state-sponsored security outfit, with the aim of hijacking ballot boxes and papers on transit to the polling units, especially in rural areas. “We are calling on the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), security agencies and all observers to take note of this very important issue and act accordingly. “It has also come to our notice that the order by the inspector-general of police (IGP) barring Very Important Personalities (VIPs” from using security personnel for partisan political activities and harassment of innocent citizens is grossly being violated. A case in point is that of the wife of the national security adviser (NSA), whose brother is contesting election for the House of Representatives in Lere federal constituency of Kaduna State under the All Progressives Congress (APC). “The wife of the NSA has been using soldiers to harass and intimidate people in favour of her brother. We condemn this in very strong terms and call on the commissioner of police, Kaduna State Command, to investigate.

ELECTION 2019: PDP WORLD PRESS CONFERENCE, AT THE STATE PARTY SECRETARIAT, KADUNA STATE. Gentlemen of the Press In the first week of December, 2018 we started hearing rumours that the Governor of Kaduna State, Mallam Nasir El-Rufa’i in collaboration with State Security agencies will arrest strong PDP members, days before the elections. We took it as mere rumours. The reality is now on ground and the action has started. The Roll Call: (1) On 2nd February, 2019, Alhaji Imam Lawal was escorted by security agents along Coronation Road, Kaduna in the evening. His car was thoroughly ransacked but nothing incriminating was found. (2) On Thursday, 7th February, 2019 Alhaji Audi Yaro, Makaman Rigachikun, a former State Chairman and National Ex-Officio was invited to the Kaduna State Police Command Headquarters. His crime was recalling the Campaign speech of President Muhammadu Buhari in 2011 General Elections ,where Buhari as Presidential Candidate then has said in Hausa, “ku kasa, ku tsare, ku raka, ku jira, in ba a baku ba ku buge.” 3) On Saturday, 9th February, 2019, Hon. Ben Bako, a strong PDP member a former Commissioner of information in the State and now Director of Media in the present PDP Campaign Organization, was picked by operatives from DSS and taken to Abuja that same night and is yet to be released. (4) On Monday, 11th February, 2019, Alhaji Imam Lawal was again invited to the State DSS office where he was interrogated for sometimes before he was later released. (5) On the same Monday, 11th February, 2019, Alhaji Audi Yaro, Makaman Rigachikun, was again invited by the State DSS operatives and taken to Abuja and is yet to be released. Our Position: Democracy is seriously under threat in Nigeria, starting with Kaduna State. We as a Party will continue to fight the cause of justice to ensure that Democracy finds its roots firmly in Nigeria and Kaduna State in particular. Now that the security agencies have come out openly to fight the opposition Party in the State on behalf of the ailing ruling Party, we have no alternative than to view them as an integral part of the APC. The promised neutrality of the security agencies/INEC as enumerated by the CP himself on the 5th February, 2019, during the signing of the Kaduna Peace Accord has now been breached. Our confidence is very shaken. As a Party ,we will review our commitment to the Peace Accord and let our good people of Kaduna State, the National and the International Community know our stand. The arrests of our members and leaders will not deter our resolve to send the APC government packing come 16th February, 2019. Our Appeal: We want to use this opportunity to appeal to all our cherished supporters and the public to remain calm. Arresting our leaders cannot stop PDP being voted into office on 16h February and 2nd March, 2019 to replace an unwanted monster in the corridors of power loading it over innocent citizens humiliation/intimidation will only strengthen our resolve to keep on the struggle. We call on all peace loving Nigerians and concerned International Community to recall the recent threats of the Governor of Kaduna State, Mallam Nasir El-Rufa’i to send back monitoring observers out of the country in “body bags”. Instead of the APC ruling Party to caution him and apologize to the Nigerian Public and International Community, it rather shamelessly corroborated his statement. A clear indication that not only Nigerians are unsafe in the hands of APC Government ,but even the members of the International Community that may air a contrary opinion to its policies. We are aware of the Government intention to use the military in the elections are purely a civil exercise. So also the planned use of Vigilante (Kato da Gora) outfit by the Kaduna State Government during the elections. These are purely meant to harass and intimidate voters and create room for the APC Ruling remain very alert, resolute, firm but peaceful. The world is watching. I finally call on our people to come out enmass and vote PDP in an orderly and Party to have a free day to rig the elections. The members of the public should peaceful manner on 16th February, 2019 and 2nd March, 2019. The days of APC both in Kaduna State and Nigeria are now numbered. Thank you. Hon. Felix Hassan Hyat State Chairman, PDP |

Kaduna2019: “Elrufai Has Lost Electoral Value, Says Isah Rabiu Governor of Kaduna state, Nasiru El-Rufai came to government house with the promise of security, ending poverty, protecting the vulnerable, and improving the economy. But the gap between El-Rufai’s rhetoric and reality keeps growing wider throughout his first term in office as governor of Kaduna state, which may as well be his last with the concomitant likelihood of dragging the president down with him in the state. As the policies adopted in governing the state by El-Rufai most often contradict the APC and Buhari’s ideals, the trend also indicates that it has led to further deterioration of his electoral value as a consequence. El-Rufai’s tenure has witnessed a drastic erosion of Kaduna State institutions.. Traditional, religious, and socio-political dynamics have been scandalised by his style of governance which stresses the absence of internal democracy in the APC. Thereby, Shying away from a real representative government and broadening a legislation that undermines rule of law and the increasing influence of sycophants. Concerns are mounting about the restriction of freedom of association, press, and expression, the use of state power with impunity as depicted in the mass sack of workers and bastardisation of the revered traditional institution. Also, the confinement of the ruling elite to a narrow circle of friends and relatives is another clear sign of the administration’s bad governance, that is damaging El-Rufai’s politics itself and the state’s future stability which could reflect negatively on Buhari in 2019. There is no doubt, his insular approach has deepened the fragility of the APC in Kaduna with the probable consequence of raising the electoral stakes several notches beyond the reach of Elrufai’s administration.

Staging a peaceful protest in Kaduna, the students said they were demanding the payment of their bursaries as schools have resumed, so they can pay their school fees. Leaders of the group, Comrade Jeremiah Tisan Gwaza, said that the state government has already approved the payment of all scholarship bursaries to students following the press conference by the Secretary-General of National Association of Kaduna State Students ( NAKASS ) on October 11, 2018 but lamented that till date, nothing has been given to them. Comrade Suraj Sanusi Abubakar, one of the leaders of the group, told newsmen that the protest was not under the banner of NAKASS since student union body has been politicized. Kaduna PDP Uncovers APC’s Plots To Vandalise, Deface Campaign Billboards During Atiku’s Visit The Kaduna State Chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, has uncovered plans by agents of the All Progressives Congress, APC, to vandalize campaign billboards and posters of APC candidates in the state with a view to frame it up on the PDP. Kaduna State PDP had last week condemned the destruction of its posters by thugs believed to be agents of the APC ahead of the visit of the APC presidential candidate, President Muhammadu Buhari to Kaduna. A statement by the Deputy Director General of the PDP Campaign Organisation, Danjuma Bello Sarki, said the plan by the APC is to use thugs to go round in the night ahead of the coming of the PDP presidential candidate, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar on Thursday, to destroy billboards of APC to make it appear like the PDP is retaliating what the APC did to it last week. Bello Sarki said it is unfortunate that some politicians would be planning such when the people of the state are looking forward to vibrant leadership and ideas that will ensure the development of the state. He urged the people of the state to identify the party that has a positive mind towards developing the state and the one that is not prepared to do things that will add value to the lives of the citizenry. He said: “This is why the people of the state need to vote for the PDP so that we can move away from divisive tendencies and step into the future with assurance of social and infrastructural development. “We call on our teeming supporters to remain law abiding and resist any attempt to provoke them as we begin the countdown to the general elections where they will be expected to exercise their rights as citizens and vote out bad government.” He called on the security agencies to be on alert and fish out those trying through subtle means to cause disaffection in the state adding that the well-being of the people of the state is more important than any individual. He said people should come out in their large numbers to welcome the presidential candidate of the PDP as he arrives Kaduna for the presidential campaign rally.

Governorship Candidates Forum Exposes How El-rufai Misappropriated N600 Billion ( Kaduna) Kaduna Governorship candidates forum has jabbed the governor of Kaduna State, Mallam Nasir El-rufai over alleged diversion of over six hundred billion naira received both from federal government and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation for control and eradication of malaria in the state. The group said instead of the said amount of money to be used accordingly, it was allegedly diverted into construction of substandard Drainages in some areas of the state which are still not completed. These claims were contained in a statement issued and signed by the Media and Publicity Secretary of the group, Mohammed Kabir Usman, and distributed to newsmen in Kaduna on Sunday. While condemning the action of the governor, the group also said the rest of the money where alleged to have been diverted for something else”. The group also claimed that the money received from the Emergency educational Intervention programme in billions were equally misappropriated by the governor. According to the group: ” twenty eight thousand school teachers were dismissed without following due process, even as the government was expected to professionally retrain the teachers and give them chance to improve their educational capacity, but where denied that opportunity by the government. “After the sacking of the teachers the government of El- Rufai has intentionally refuse to pay the innocent citizens their entitlement which as a result of that many of them are losing their lives out of depression and frustration while many of their children drop out of schools and are homeless today due to their parents inability to pay rent. “What do we call this kind of leaders who enjoys the suffering/sorrow of their people”, the group asked. “Considering the large sum of money Received by this government it’s a pity today that state like kaduna known as centre of learning in Nigeria, the poor children are still sitting on the floor in almost all the schools in kaduna state both primary and secondary schools, with in conducive learning atmospheres, while the government is busy circulating pictures on media claiming that they are renovating the schools of our children. “It should be noted, that they only select some few schools in some areas of the state where they are expecting favour. “In kaduna, we need a serious government that will make sacrifices for the future of our state not those that give priority to their family’s and Associates. “Successive government had it as a matter of policy, supporting and assisting children of the poor and less privilege with scholarship in both local and international schools, but El- Rufai who enjoyed educational scholarship during his educational pursuit denied student in kaduna that same opportunity he had, in the past three and half years of his administration. “The case of the newly recruited teachers is no different as their salaries are not paid as at when due,the government is owing them six month salary yet to be paid. “same goes to the so-called schools feeding program, the list is endless. We call on the good people of our dear beloved States kaduna to join us in this struggle of Libration, Restoration and Rebuilding of New kaduna”. |
@YSAP MEDIA El-rufai is Blunder, We must kick Him Out In 2019. –Isah Rabiu Life has no meaning due to bad leadership in kaduna state; most of the victims of attack that passed away are civil servants who were participating in a verification exercise. May the soul of our loving and innocent departed rest in peace, Amen. Also the attack targeted civil servants at the government lodge in sabon gari zaria few years back. Since then the families of the deceased has not been properly compansent and life became more terrible due to bad leadership in one way of the other. I call on all kaduna citizens to be patiently wait till next year for the general election to be wise for voting out this present kaduna government and nation at large by voting PDP in 2019 General election for life to be more peaceful and essential to every one in the country. With each and everyday passing by, people are getting sicker and sicker of living life. People are so confused, never happy, nothing seems to be working out, people don’t feel important, people feel empty and terrible. Why should people go on when have nothing to look forward to and just feel helpless like always been for the past almost three years where nobody cares about hunger or people feelings in this APC government ? And why pretend when APC government don’t care about when people show no interest in helping and yet people still live a miserable life with no hint of hope in this government ? I highly doubt him, I feel like life itself is just a delusion. I don’t even know why I am even alive.People sick of always feeling miserable, always feeding from hand to mouth. I want all this pain to end by voting APC out in 2019.Nigerian citizens feels hopeless, made too many mistakes for voting APC , I can’t start over again, my mind is messed up, people don’t feel like thereself, There is no hope. I would sit here rambling all night but there is no point, in the end nothing’s accomplished, being in this state there’s really not much I can do about it, at least that’s what it feels like. life has been a living hell, ever since people voted for APC in 2015. People are suffering without a cause. People feel like being tortured sure for everyone, I still cling on to hope though. What kind? I don’t know. I want to believe there is more to life than this experience people having, but it seems unlikely. In the end, I wish maybe there maybe a life where the experience itself doesn’t have to be painful and heartbreaking, that’s all I ask for. –Comr ISAH RABIU |

History of APC– Where did they come from? *By Comr Isah Rabiu* The history of Satan/APC is described in the Holy Book. These two passages also reference the king of Babylon, the King of Tyre, and the spiritual power behind the kings. What caused Satan to be cast from Heaven? He fell because of pride that originated from his desire to be God instead of a servant of God. Satan was the highest of all the angels, but he wasn’t happy. He desired to be God and rule the universe. God cast Satan out of heaven as a fallen angel. History of APC – Who is he? APC is often caricatured as a red-horned, trident-raising cartoon villain; no wonder people question the history of Satan. His existence, however, is not based on fantasy. It’s verified in the same book that narrates Jesus’ life and death Believers believe Satan acts as leader of the fallen angels. These demons, existing in the invisible spirit realm yet affecting our physical world, rebelled against God, but are ultimately under His control. APC masquerades as an “angel of light,” deceiving humans just as he deceived Eve in the beginning God Himself testified of Satan’s existence. During His ministry, He personally faced temptation from the devil cast out demons possessing people, and defeated the evil one and his legion of demon angels at the cross. Christ also helped us understand the ongoing, spiritual war between God and Satan. With God on our side, we need not fear to APC falling angels, Satan’s limited power. We ought to be wise, however, in resisting his tactics: “For though we live in the world, we do not wage war as the world does. The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds. We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to God. History of Satan - What is his place now? Throughout the history of Satan, evil has been his identity through APC because he is directly opposite God’s character. God’s holy standard found in the Holy Book exposes evil. If not relying on its truth, we can easily error: One error is denying Satan’s existence Another mistake is fearfully focusing on Satan rather than on God who overcame him Others outright worship Satan, preferring the darkness of evil rather than light that reveals sin Any of these approaches please the devil. He wants us denying, fearing, obeying, or worshiping him. Unless we follow the trustworthy source, the Holy Book, he’ll deceive History of Satan Satan’s seduction versus reality In our scientific, rational age, spiritual beliefs are scorned as myth. Satan, however, doesn’t mind those who rebuff the reality of fallen angels or demons. By masking himself, he can tempt and deceive people without blame. The wise will never forget that Satan and demons(APC), determined to deceive humans, are fighting real battles and wars against heavenly angels. Satan compels or entices his prey to follow him whether they realize it or not. Maybe they are simply ignorant and confused. Many would rather believe human theory than obey divine revelation and natural law. Whether blind, bound, or brazenly willing, they join Satan/APC for a doomed destiny. They condemn themselves to eternity in hell. While APC is more powerful than we humans, God doesn’t leave us defenseless. At the Lord’s rebuke, Satan and his demons shudder and flee. When Only in the authority of God does anyone have power to stand against the devil. Those saved from sin by God are protected; those who are not saved from Satan’s power perish with him. Who will you spend eternity with God or APC? Be wise 2019 with your voters card

Sen Makarfi commends El Rufai for not interfering in state university The former governor of Kaduna state, Ahmed Makarfi has commended governor Nasir El Rufai for maintaining the independence of the state University, saying the award of Honorary Doctorate degrees to prominent members of the opposition party was a testimony to his non-inteference. Speaking at the university when he was specially conferred with the Honorary Doctorate Degree two days after the convocation of the university, Makarfi sad that he was not able to be present at the convocation because of connecting flight from Port Harcourt. According to him, it was uncharitable for any body to insinuate that he shunned the award of the Doctorate Degree by a University that he set up. He commended governor El Rufai for ensuring that the running of the University was not interfered with. ‘I was in Portcourt to attend an occasion and at the time I landed at Kaduna international airport, I was told that the occasion(convocation ceremony) was over. You can see now that it was not intentional that I was not at the convocation. I never shun the award. ‘ I thank the University for recognizing my contribution. I have two principles in life that what ever I do, I dont expect to be rewarded. I never do anything and expect something in return. what ever I do I expect it should be done well. ‘ if politics had come to play, the governor could have objected for the University to award two former PDP governors. Going down memory lane, Makarfi remarked that, ‘When I set up a committee for this university, I was extremely criticised. That I was wasting the state meagre resources. That kaduna do not need state university, since we have kaduna polytechnic, Ahmadu Bello university and Nigerian Defence Academy., so they said it was a white elephant project. But at last we projected into the future and we have been vindicated. ‘How I wish Professor Mikailu is here, I never even recommended any student for admission when it was taking off . I told them to go out and do things based on merit. And get back to me whenever the University is in need of any particular thing. The PDP chieftain continued,’ I allowed them to freely function and set up a university that will stand the test of time. You can see that today some elites who have sent their children abroad have today sent their children to this university because of record of the University. ‘So far I have never had any negative news about KASU. Discipline staff and hardworking students. Earlier when conferring the award on Makarfi, the Vice Chancellor of the University Professor Mohammed Tanko said when Makarfi’s name was presented to the Senate, no member objected to the award. ‘In the same vein, when I presented his name to the visitor of the University who is the governor of the state, he gave his approval instantly. Without any hesitation. Professor Tanko commended the Makarfi for setting up the University and his contribution to the development of the state and the nation.

The decision to honour Makarfi with the award, according to the Vice Chancellor of the University, Professor Mohammed Tanko, was in recognition of the Senator's numerous contributions to nation building across time. Some of the contributions, according to the Vice Chancellor, apart from establishing the University in the first place, included, among others, the political and administrative dexterity with which he handled issues as Governor of Kaduna State from 1999 to 2007, during which the state witnessed massive infrastructural developments in both rural and urban areas, the dogged and successful pursuit of peace and harmony in the complex and multi ethnic and multi religious state as well as deft management of conflicts, his part founding as well as membership of the Board of Trustees of the Institute of Peace and Conflict Resolution, Abuja before becoming governor, his services as Chairman Senate Committee on Finance for eight years, the resolve to remain in the PDP to rescue it at its hour of dire need and the commitment and dexterity with which he brought the party back to life at a time many had given it up for dead. @YSAP MEDIA 25-11-2018 6:00pm “Buhari Should Keep Aside Politics And Focus On Security -Hon. Kadade A former gubernatorial aspirant in kaduna state under the auspices of the Peoples Democratic Party,PDP; Hon. Muhammad Suleiman Kadade, speaks with YSAP Media on insecurity in Nigeria, possible effects with regards to the outcome of 2019 electioneering and more.. Introduction! My name is Hon. Muhd Kadade Suleiman, i was born in Nasarwan Doya a village under Makarfi Local Government but I grew up and started my school education in Kaduna State. Respectfully Sir, How do you feel about the growing insecurity challenges in Nigeria? -It’s sad because things are getting worse day by day. We’re not safe anymore. The present administration had once claimed to have won the fight against Boko Haram, What are your thoughts on this with regards to the killing of over 100 soldiers? -It’s not true, I recalled around last year the government released a statement that they’ve technically defeated Boko Haram but what’s happening now. Even during the civil war in Nigeria between 1967 to 1970 I doubt if 100 of our military personnel were killed in a single day.. We lost over 100 soldiers and over 100 have gone missing, things are not well in the country, it is so unfortunate. What is it that the Military, the Buhari administration or international community is not doing right and what is/are the way forward? -Buhari should keep politics aside and focus on what is happening in the North east. It’s time for the Federal Government to stop hiding anything and tell Nigerians what’s really happening. The first responsibility of every serious government is protecting lives and properties of the people. Do you think the unresolved insecurity issues in the north east will have any effect on the outcome of the 2019 general elections and how? -Well if there is no security in the country, how do you expect people to come out and cast their votes. This government has promised to end the insurgency in the North East and that was why people gave them their votes. Unfortunately, they have not given any coherent and comprehensive strategy to deal with insecurity in the area. But we hope the government will make all necessary efforts to ensure peace and stability in those areas of unrest before and after the elections. Finally how do you feel about governance in Nigeria and in your own opinion, what should/must be done to restore peace and get the nation working again? –This government of President Buhari has failed in all areas, most especially when it comes to protecting the lives and properties of Nigerians. People are being killed all over the country as a result of high level of crime. Kidnappings in the North West, insurgency in the North East, armed bandits in Zamfara and Birnin Gwari are now the breaking news everyday. We need a serious President whose first priority is to end this barbaric killings all over the country, someone who is ready to serve the people of Nigeria. The presidency took over 20hours before condemning the recent attack on military base in Metele village, Guzamala local government area of Borno State. I doubt if the government is serious about this insecurity. ©YSAP Media @YSAP MEDIA Blog at . |

S Bello, one of our respected party men and aspirant for the governorship of our dear State in the just concluded Party primary elections Without joining issues, but in order to correct a situation where chaff instead of seed is to be planted in the minds of innocent citizens,it has become very necessary to respond to his Press Release for purpose of putting the records straight. 1. Ten (10)prominent PDP members, including Dr M. S Bello indicated interest and obtained nomination forms to contest the slot of governorship of our State under the platform of the PDP. At the instance of the State Party Leadership, they formed a Forum to provide a single Candidate by consensus. 2. After their failure to achieve this, they requested H.E M. R. Yero(Dallatun Zazzau) who was the Chairman of the Forum, to intimate the party of their inability to arrive at a single Candidate by consensus. The Party invited them for a meeting after the primaries and assured them of an inclusive Campaign Structure and governance if God grants the Party victory. The Party equally met with all Aspirants of other positions and assured them of same. The Party never entered into any form of agreement with any Aspirant(s). Rather the Party has given its words of carrying all members along at all times. This, we have demonstrated practically by meetings and visits to Aspirants. 4.
