I was denied because a document "Age declaration" I obtained about 5 years now from the vendors in the streets of Lagos that does affidavit and sort of things, was said to be false documents.

I chose the appeal process but now I feel like I would have submitted another application.

My bluecard visa application was denied and with a right to appeal. So I chose the appeal process.

I sent the appeal since August 5 and this is more than 3 months.

Anyone here knows why this takes this long and any advice on what to do.

Please I am literally going crazy. Thanks in advance.

I don't know about Spain but for France and Italy within 3 days after initiation.

The issue for me is that if you know you're not giving visa, deny the person on time, then return the passport, not keeping passport for several weeks

As anyone recently applied for the blue card with a job offer in tech(Fullstack software engineer)? but without a University degree in Physical science?
The salary is about 70k PA. I have my first degree in Microbiology, but I'm not sure if this qualifies for a blue card application and approval.
I would really appreciate any feedback or information. Thank you

Normally it is around 3weeks before you get date , that is for the skilled worker visa.

Just for encouragement:
I only started learning programming around May this year, and I just made it into the fellowship.
So if you just started programming, you too can get in soon, but u have to give it your all.
Right from May till now, it has been non-stop, no-sleep learning.
Three weeks before the bootcamp project, I had zero knowledge of anything backend. Node/express/database, I didn't know any of them. At the start of the bootcamp project, I didn't know how to use git. How I was able to cover so much in very little time still surprises me.
Get good resources and keep studying hard!. Your hard work would pay off soon.
Special thanks to my ogas Don Pikko, guente02, isarray for assisting whenever I ask questions here.
The journey begins, there is still a lot to learn.
