The Murtala Mohammed Airport Terminal under construction, as shown in the late August Update above, is being built by reputable Chinese firm CCECC. If Plans for the Aerotropolis persist, then this terminal that will add a much needed 8 million PAX, will not be the end of works at MMIA. Another terminal on the West flank will also be built, as well as other transit terminals and facilities. The terminal, which is under construction at present, is being built on the East flank, in close proximity to the existing terminal's D Wing, i.e. where the old car park was situated.

Rossikki:Baba juxtapose pictures of the plan/as built with that shown from Kenya, then all this defence will stop. For the East-West plan give us the design view in 3D/progress and as-built already pictures then all noise will end. Project not deliverable in 3 years would make no sense, as our currency variation cost, given Nigeria experience, will make it practically impossible and if it takes longer it will be already obsolete as technology would have moved on. Leaving us with machines/equipment /plants with parts that can only be specially ordered because they are out of stock and not available off shelf. We need to learn a lot of things in this country. Time value of money for a start. |
IgboticGirl:Try eating too before 420am, observe prayers 5 times regularly at their call to prayers-Azan and eating only at the onset of dusk usually 7ish and do tell if it is easy. As a Christian I have tried it and i will tell you, it is as difficult as a Christian fast. |
istoctober:Right there is the answer. If you have changed and feel genuinely that God has forgiven you then be at peace sister. Your husband is no saint either, We all cheat, not only when you have sex with someone else. Do the following: If you have children, woman up! For the kids do not say anything that will make them fall in a broken home. In return use the emotional torture as a source of strength to do good by your husband, kids and only then will you pay the penance for your sin. If you do not have kids, look for the best time to gauge his response. Samplehis reactions with ---it happen to one of your friends but if you were the one what will you do questions. If his reaction is not life threatening, do tell him as he deserves to know but leave our the details. This will infuriate him. No details, no name no matter how hard pressed. The more vague it is, the more easier to forget by men. Show true remorse and be contrite and truly broken when talking with him Be advised also he too will need time to heal, because he will feel betrayed and you might end up at your mother's. Be psychologically prepared for the worst case scenarios and do let your parents or mother know too before you have the talk with him. Be strong. No body holy pass |
....The Igbo believed in him and Ojukwu told all the Igbo to go back to their respective areas. At that time, the Igbo were holding various positions in government, but they all left. When they came back after the civil war, they found that the Yoruba had occupied their positions, and till today, they have not regained such positions, and they will never regain them There is the game's joker. They (Igbo and by extension the SS) will never regain them is truly the silent gentleman's code, an agreement secretly guarded by the ruling elite about the no victor no vanquish war. Do whatever it takes, but do not let them return to their previous glory. Pre-civil war the Igbos virtually reigned supreme in all facet of the economy. Igbo were majority in service industries, education, top rank military officers as evidenced in the 1966 coup, commerce and investment/industry were there strong point, due to the adventurous nature and willingness to live outside their region they dominated in the civil services and were rapidly promoted due to their 'can do' nature. A code wrongly applied today- that has led to all sort of crimes. G-unit had them in mind when he said Live rich or die trying. All that advantage was lost during the 1967-1970 war, that is even glaring till date as it took an Igbo man almost38 years to head the army again and he was quickly bandied out with all sort of accusations. What is however not obvious is the agreement reached during the war and implemented secretly till today by Northern and Western Nigeria ruling class and elites. The agreement to never allow the SE and Igbo by extension full integration either politically, economically or geographically but to keep them perpetually subjugated to the allied interests of both Northern-South-West interest ruling elites. The strategy was to reap from their fallen estate and threaten them of their place in the advent of a malfeasance. This is mostly used in the South west with a constant reminder that this is not your land, or the Oba of Lagos threat to drown them in the Lagoon if they do not do his bidding. In the North, the Purge technique is used. An ethno-cleansing of Igbo by death-happy Fulani-Hausa youth on any little opportunity. The aim is keep the South-East and South-South region under-developed by a deliberate combination of retaining power and critical national infrastructures via government policies in the North as well as the South-West. This is the lot of the South-East/South South and the Igbo. There is so much injustice a people can take, no one can blame the Igbos for their struggle as marginalization of the Igbo in Nigeria is so real that you can touch it except you are just trying to be clever by half or speaking from both sides of your mouth. Free the Igbos. |
Women will not hear. Ladies there ain't no #slayqueenheaven. The heaven you seek is withing you....be happy. |
Then ladies should thank those men who take away their pains for 9 months and substitute it with just 1 excruciating pain at the end. Men I hail. ![]() |
Majority of these stars you see on TV and radios are into this and many more malfeasances. The female are into high heeled prostitution or love peddling. It is practically impossible to sustain their lavish lifestyle 24/7 without these side businesses. |
I do not blame them. A passive citizenry should be ready to take all that is thrown at them. |
Marriage changes you....fatherhood reviews your perspectives. Tubaba has evolved |
Bring back Soludo....the Solution. Or Peter Obi....The Austere Or Pat Utomi......The Political Philosopher or Zil......The Genius. We have no business thinking.....Nigeria is too big to be in the hands of someone whose body language and message...Thinks. What will foreign investors say about this. |
AdoraAmadi:Oga!, this your code on how to treat a wife will need another manual to explain it. Whatever rocks your boat please do. The problem with all these is that, the man finally loss his identity. As he will be in a perpetually tuned mode of PLEASE HER a position of service, nay of servitude. For crying out loud, she ain't doing you a favor marrying you!!! If for anything else, you are doing her a favour on the other hand. Why? The competition is steep in her demographics. How? Because in every 4-5 days of fertility window only 12hours is the window for a male child, so the world is over-populated with women. |
Jiang:Are you saying the meaning is different from what is written here. Do you then say the Quranic interpreatation is contextualized, how then do you the criticize the Bible as re-worded hence the need for the last book? My dear those are Muhammed(pbuh) and Abubarkar own words except you challenge your truth, and you know what it will make you right? So please run somewhere else, not everyone is fooled. |
I wonder whether there will be #slayqueens in heaven, or divas/vixen, hawt mama paradise. The shit will be so funny. |
Jiang:Such defenders usually quote verse 2:256 to Western audiences. The verse states "Let there be no compulsion in religion, for truth stands out from error." They may also include a fragment of verse 10:99-100, "Wouldst thou (Muhammad) compel men until they are believers?" What they don't mention is that Muslim scholars agree that both verses were spoken by Muhammad during an earlier time in his teachings, when he did not have the power to compel others. They are abrogated by later verses, such as verse >9:29, which clearly orders Muslims to fight unbelievers until they relent and either convert to Islam or accept a state of humiliation under Islamic rule (an obvious illustration of compulsion). Quran Quran (4:89) - "They wish that you should reject faith as they reject faith, and then you would be equal; therefore take not to yourselves friends of them, until they emigrate in the way of God; then, if they turn their backs, take them, and slay them wherever you find them; take not to yourselves any one of them as friend or helper." Verse 4:65 says that those who have faith are in "full submission" to Muhammad's teachings. This verse explains what should happen to Muslims who do not have faith. Quran (9:11-12) - "But if they repent and establish worship and pay the poor-due, then are they your brethren in religion. We detail Our revelations for a people who have knowledge. And if they break their pledges after their treaty (hath been made with you) and assail your religion, then fight the heads of disbelief - Lo! they have no binding oaths - in order that they may desist." Hadith and Sira The most reliable Hadith collection contain numerous accounts of Muhammad and his companions putting people to death for leaving Islam. According to verse 4:80 of the Quran: "Those who obey the Messenger obey Allah." Sahih Bukhari (52:260) - "...The Prophet said, 'If somebody (a Muslim) discards his religion, kill him.' " Sahih Bukhari (83:37) - "Allah's Apostle never killed anyone except in one of the following three situations: (1) A person who killed somebody unjustly, was killed (in Qisas,) (2) a married person who committed illegal sexual intercourse and (3) a man who fought against Allah and His Apostle and deserted Islam and became an apostate." Now tell me...what was it you said again? Do you know what the battle of Riddal means? Do you know who are the main actors? Mohammed(pbuh) spare headed that execution. His message was fine until the later part of his life, only God now can save him......read and rethink you statements: https://www.thereligionofpeace.com/pages/quran/apostasy.aspx |
He threw a challenge to Muslims on Nairaland and none of them took up the challenge. The fear of death has stopped so many Muslims from turning to Christ. Until you walk in a man shoes, you do not know half his story. Brother welcome back. The threat should be demystified please. Allow people to choose who they will serve and not hold them back with death threat. I believe if the guy is allowed to shed lights on his odyssey it will help people who are planning to travel this road make up their mind about the merit and/or demerit of it. |
AHCB:Even funnier, what if he gets killed outside, or got run over by a car or even worst run over someone when he is trying to avoid being pushed over the edge by a woman who can not control one of her weapons (strength)? Mouth In case you wondering, the other weapon is pussy. Those ladies who advocate men leaving the house to go cool off, should also take their advice and leave the house and go cool off somewhere without any form of verbal assault/abuse. Afterall, it is both same. rage and verbal assault both playing to the strength of both sexes. Whenever, they start doing this, I will take their advice of walking away. I for one don't have friends anymore since she chased all away. She is my only friend and if am going to go cool off somewhere, it will be with her. Men are no monsters, they will not all of a sudden start beating up a woman. Most men would react when the verbal assault becomes serial. ...for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. And yes, Yul stays close to me, I haven't seen him beat his wife for about 2 years he became my neighbor. lobatan. |
OP! Now take some clay and mould that man. |
wale101010:The problem with Nigerians is the pull down syndrome. If you have nothing better to say then hush the Bleep up!!! Instead of providing solutions they will decry any solution that is capable of changing the status quo. Instead of forming keyboard warrior/critiques come to the table with a better solution to the SE/SS problem as mere wishing will not make it right or make it go away. Afonjas, Arewas and IPOB youth with different catfish/monikers punch the keyboard all day as if, their fight is with the keyboard. The marginalization of the Igbos are real, it requires a solution and not all this cross IP warfare. |
Reference:.... the refinery business is not exactly hot cake in the world of investment. and Dangote is building the biggest refinery and petrochemical plant in Lagos. Are you more business savvy than Dangote? Do you know the daily consumption for PMS, DPK and AGO for Nigeria and to what extent the demand is being met? Have you gauged the size of the West African Market? Do you know we have Nigerian off takers of refined product from Côte d’Ivoire refinery? The oldest refinery today is still in production my dear, it is all about maintenance culture any good engineer will tell you this. So quit the age factor. I am sure you haven't worked or been anywhere close to the refineries? I previously worked in KRPC and WRPC and I can tell you, they were built with the future in mind and can still deliver with a serious maintenance program and shrewd management. Lastly, kiddo stop your social media slurs. Argue intelligently without vile words, language or mien of condescension. |
Kachukwu might have just struck the best deal yet. If I am to suggest to the Technical Committee and the Minister of Petroleum, the investor is to RECOUP HIS INVESTMENT ON ADDITIONAL PRODUCTION. This should be the base line condition for awarding the winning bid. For instance, if the Kaduna refinery has an installed capacity of 200million liters of PMS per day, the investor gains nothing until production exceeds 200million liters per day or some agreed capacity, say 85% installed capacity. This like saying the investor earns 15kobo for every 100kobo invested per every liter produced This will ultimately bring benefits to the country and the refineries as they will be refurbished and made to work accordingly. It will force further investment to increase production which will be recouped by efficient running of existing installed capacity and added capacity via better technology or processes to improve yield per unit barrel of crude oil. This way both parties, country and investors win. The Power Minister, Mr Fashola should as a matter of fact review all previous agreement and bring them to this minimum standard. Then only will you see the much needed investment in the sector, as they do know that no profit comes to them until they exceed installed capacity or agreed capacity say 85% of installed generating capacity, 85% of evacuation capacity, 85% of penetration capacity. They will outdo each other to invest and make profit then, and it will eliminate briefcase types of investors as real work and committement will be required to achieve this sort of contract which is not something a briefcase investor looks out for |
MaziOmenuko:GEJ is such a good man, if not your arse will be cooling off in jail for this spurious allegation He is trying to be clever by an half, but we know the states exposed to ecological issues; they are not the Northern states. |
The prologue of episode one gets violent when the Viking captain realizes that Odin demands a blood sacrifice to summon the wind they need to escape the landing of the first Viking party on the shores of North America after being met with a barrage of arrows. In episode two, similar to the flashback we saw in the first one there was a "Coming to America" sequence where a ship was carrying slaves to the New America and it saw a man speaking in Igbo in the scene but was praying to a Ghanaian god, "Anansi". Many Nigerians saw this and were completely taken aback, "Who is Anasi, again".

Estharfabian:Random internet picture? “The concept of randomness and coincidence will be obsolete when people can finally define a formulation of patterned interaction between all things within the universe.” ― Toba Beta, “Based on the law of probability. Everything is possible because, the sheer existence of possibility confirms the existence of impossibility.” ― Dejan Stojanovic You see, it is not at all random that the math puzzle chose you, it was your resonance with the number that attracted or drew you. Become one with your number and see it work its magic. Thanks for the chat. |
And then i thought this people from the SE were avoided like a leprosy but i was mistaken, as Igbo has become the subject of research for their tenacity, daring nature and uniqueness in Nigeria. The series clearly showed why Igbo language is on the rise...here it was spoken for over 3-5mins.

Estharfabian:Nope, am neither a maths geek nor am I interested in getting your curiosity piqued. I was just bored and your maths puzzle was the best kill time for me. Secondly, i must confess it is quite intriguing, for a girl to use a set of maths puzzle to define herself. And my training is to spot anomalies, so i followed my nose. Your numbers are quite beautiful if i might add, and just to prep those curiosity already piqued, try adding up those numbers from your maths solution, 1087302162 1+0+8+7+3+0+2+1+6+2=? 30! In case you are wondering, these two numbers are perfectly powerful on their own individually, which tells something about your individuality, your deep inner strength, and your need to be independent. Oh!!! she sitting down now. O my word, did i just hit a nerve, a tiny chord? If you think i summarised you in just two digits then you maybe surprised what else i do know. What is most telling is the combined numbers 30!, In some realm it is called the Angel number. ehmm it is not like am hitting on you now, you are an angel, a beauty which you try to conceal most of time unsuccessfully. now you should really stop me......lol am having fun now. The numerology number 30 represents highly creative and social energies. 30 resonates with optimism. It can be thought of as a limitless 3 — the creative digit 3 followed by the unlimited digit 0. The numerology essence of the number 30 resonates with and supports creative expression and encourages it in others. 30 is imaginative. It's an effective communicator. It's tolerant and joyful and dynamic. People associating themselves with someone imbued with the energy represented by the number 30 find their energy and outlook on life uplifted, their inner creativeness awakened, and their future looking brighter. The number 30 tends to be enthusiastic about other artist's works.... Again, am not interested in earthly you, but the numbers that make up your frequency. I repeat no hitting on you intended. ![]() badht guy ![]() |
Estharfabian:True. Who knows, the numbers may say some things about you, would not try to decode though, will leave you to it, but trust me it said some interesting things about you; You would really like to know. Not hitting on you or anything, numbers does define people and their frequencies, and yours might just be in the digits. I found the maths challenge a perfect company for a kill time scenario last week.. ![]() |
Guy steer clear of both married ladies. They are bad news and will cripple your destiny and chances of a good wife. Guys who do not have fatherly figures should learn the 4 relationship taboos. 1. Never date your friends sister, Never! it breaks friendship and brings dishonor to your friend. 2. Do not date someone in the same colony, compound, apartment, flat or street. It always ends badly and with a lot of scandal. 3. Do not date your banker, you will soon be bankrupt if you try. 4. Do not date your boss, lawyer, doctor or teacher, for you will be screwed with conflict of interest. |
Aderola15:correct girl...with this attitude you go soon marry and keep your home, guys no marry slaymamas.....if not na slay they will come and do in your house, both you and your wealth they will slay kpata-kpata |
I wonder how them touts and bad guys end up with fine babes.... Girls are attracted to the sense of danger I think. |
