And you tell me Christians are not being systemically de-populated from the North? Divide this fucking country and let them have Boko Haram Republic Please. This is disheartening: remember as a Christian you are responsible for your own security in North. You died well brother, and your blood will be avenged. |

This issue tells you that the heart of men are desperately wicked. This shit right here, like mad, is the reason why I support the regulation of social media. It is a tool which if let untamed, loose will set a country inside out. The limits of which should be clearly defined and penalty for wrong use of it should harder to serve as deterrence to shit like this. For with words alone you could judge, condemn and murder a man. If this does not kill Davido's love for Chioma, then nothing will. As whatever does not kill you makes you stronger!!!! The girl Chioma also should pray hard, as many be them that prey and pray on her and her relationship with Davido to hit the rocks are too many!!!! Some even have people doing spiritual works daily for this. Mad O!!! |
Please give them BOKO HARAM republic with kano as Capital. This country and her managers are just a Joke. Technically defeated rag team, with downgraded capabilities picking soft targets like the NA and National Electric Grids should be no source for concern. |
La Risqué....your body risqué. Davido where are you? |
If the North do not have an Agenda why are crying more than the bereaved? Why should it be any concern of theirs what and how a region decides to secure itself. The hisbah, Mayetti Allah, Fulani Herdman Association are all what? If the Yoruba nation capitulate under the hues and cries from the North, then they should know that the North will be unforgiven in its resolve to undermine them. The South East as a matter of urgency, should invoke and emergency meeting to the resuscitate a suitable security architecture for the whole of the Igbo land as well as the SS and North Central. This will deter the Fulani and Miyetti Allah issues. |
BluntBoy:Says your Buhari. and going by your statement, we all are all terrorist in the eyes of this current President. Please do sit this one out. |
It amazes me how we have become partisan and polarized. A man's parents are dead, and we are playing politics with the dead. Woe betides anyone who do not see a problem with the government posturing to harm him whilst he buries his parents and may it never happen to you. At least, Generals call time off in war front to allow the dead of loved ones of the warring parties to be buried. This is just sickening to think of it as Kanu's problems only. It was Kokori the day before yesterday, Kanu yesterday and Sowore today tomorrow it may be your turn to stand up for the things you loved dearly, maybe your kids, parents of a cause who would die for. We should stop this different tongues because at the end of it, it is US that suffers, this people and their children have not even know lack since they were born. We earnestly should stop fighting ourselves for a measly online/internet e-warrior payment. |
When God wants to punish your enemies, he makes them shoot down their own arrow. The God of Donald Trump is definitely not Iranian. |
If only your prophecies are on point like father Mbaka. |
Some guys sha!!! You still called her your girlfriend. Dude should have started her with a new Prefix....Ex!!! |
1. Banks will request Tax Identification Number (TIN) before individuals are allowed to open bank accounts. Existing account holders must provide their TIN to be able to operate their accounts. #PublicFinanceBill TIN registration should then simply be centralized and easily done from the system. Tax regime calculation should not be opaque, easy to understand and calculate for reconciliation purpose. Issues from tax and others should have a clear procedure to resolve them without the usual government bureaucracy. upvote 2. Non-residents who provide imported technical and management services in Nigeria will be taxable at a final Witholding Tax rate of 10%. #PublicFinanceBill Non-residents should be defined. Are we saying Non-Resident Nigerians, NRN or Non-Resident Experts. If NRN, it makes no sense, as taxation is a disincentive to repatriate funds home, we will be discouraging FDIs and Diaspora who repatriate funds back home. This is also in addition to the tax paid by NRN in the countries where they earn, plus charges from both banks (foreign and Nigeria alike when sending funds home) In fact, they should be incentivized to bring home the money they have been able to earn. However, the master stroke here will be if NRE are made to payback part of the funds earned whilst working here: I know people will say it will discourage experts, but of course they earn the money in Nigeria, it is only fair they pay their taxes before repatriating the funds. Plus it will discourage outsourcing our jobs to expert which can be done by Nigerians Upvote for NRE downvote for NRN 3. Dividends distributed from petroleum profits will attract 10% withholding tax. This will affect those with investments in oil and gas investments. #PublicFinanceBill Enough said. Upvote here. You earned it then pay for it. 4. A minimum tax (mainly applies to those without profit & unable to pay CIT) provisions of 0.5% of turnover will apply to all companies and exemption will only apply to small companies (less than 25m turnover). Non-resident companies will now pay minimum tax. #PublicFinanceBill #upvote 5. Small businesses with turnover less than N25m to be FULLY exempted from Companies Income Tax (CIT) & entities with less than N25m in turnover are exempted from VAT registration. #PublicFinanceBill Good decision as this will encourage SMEs. But this rule should be domesticated nationally to avoid the case of dubious state tax laws. 6. A CIT rate of 20% applies medium-sized companies with turnover between N25m and N100m. It's a boost for SMEs. #PublicFinanceBill #upvote but my fear is providing a responsible government to companies giving you one fifth of what they make, and 20kobo for a Naira earned. No excuse should be given by government why they should not provide responsible infrastructure for people paying you so much. 7. The law will now allow use of EMAILS as a communication medium with tax institutions - FIRS & State Revenue Agencies. #PublicFinanceBill Good, it makes things a lot easier. #upvote 8. Early payment of Company Income Tax is incentivised with deduction of 2% of tax payable (medium-sized companies) and 1% for large companies. #PublicFinanceBill Good start, but should see a ceiling of 5% to provide good motivation 10. Stamp duty on bank transfers will apply to amounts of N10,000 and above. Transfers between the same owner's accounts in the same bank will be exempted. Electronic bank transfers included. #PublicFinanceBill Downvote here As a total review of the charges should be looked into. A value for exemption should be tied to the minimum salary. This way the common man, may benefit from this as 100k maybe transferred in 3 tranches, that is the Nigerian in me thinking now ![]() #downvote |
Just thinking aloud, why this is common place when the commander is of a different tribe other than a core northerner. Commander change your war generals. You have been compromised and targeted for elimination. |
And you thought freedom was free!!! APC and Buharist how far? Enjoy next level Biko, why the noise all over the place. |
holaxi:Dude, no offence but you are the one that really needs to come back to your right senses. She has moved on and I suggest you move on too. When a lady wants a break, it is obvious she is feeling tired of the relationship, suffocating and not purely into you. A lady who spends time outside you in a relationship is already a cheat. She may just be angry you are not taking the next step in your relationship, or a ploy to force a decision. Or simply cheating like most do, either way find friends, pick up a new hobby, forget her and pray someone good comes along. |
The reason it was easy to kill and control so many of you, is because none of you wants to die for their children to live free..... Hitlers' Lieutenant. ….how else do you explain a soldier with one gun controlling a thousand persons. |
The truth is that, the oil industry is unravelling. The transparency requirement especially in Nigeria opaque operations meant previous profiteering antics will be curbed. Shoddy production measurement and declaration will be eliminated and biased PSC,JV and other production contracts will soon be called-up for review. Again, this is no news. The real news is when the multinationals realized that our Nigerian brothers, previous Directors ,national oil GMDs, EDs and our rich brothers started doing what Shell has always done, Using the FG and their strong connection to take back fields hitherto classified as marginal fields by Shell and other multinationals, that is when they know the game is up and lid fallen off Nigerians eyes. Now, divestment is the game. The truth is that these Multinationals strategist have forecast long before now and they know that when the real recovery of lost revenue from their operations starts, they will find it difficult to operate and will mostly lose asset. So reduce exposure they are divesting and possible backlash they are divesting in the name of strategic business focus. They truth they need places where the margin is more now, that simple. Shell, Chevron and now Total. They are all same. |
olabrinks:I presume this is a healthy argument and should be devoid of tantrums or insult. As I said before, men are not adversed to good advice, far from it. What I said is that men are most times better judge to whom they keep as friends. To arrogate to women, as you said...."especially your wife", a clearer perspective, better advice and/or clearer view is a faulty logic. Wives are not infallible too, they as human make error in judgement too. What I am simply saying is, in giving advice, give your husband or men the benefit of doubt to be able to make a sound judgement for both himself and his family simple. If a wife, nay a woman cannot comprehend this, then she arrogates to herself superiority which is usually based on faulty premises, and mien that condescend and aligns to the well told societal lies about men being babies, goofy, impulsive and selfish. And yes marriage is not for everyone, no man deserves a wife with a thinking like this. |
olabrinks:You just proved my point. You would know better right? Why do you think as a woman you have considered it far better than the men, who to keep and who to jettison as friends. Or what makes you a better judge of person than he is? Men don't need the women to tell what type of friends to keep and what friends to let go, at least that much you can accord him, if he is a full grown man, doing averagely well before you met him and fell in love with him. It simply means, he was doing something right and who he kept as friends was part of it. It is a statement of fact, that the summation of little expenses far outways a single lump sump expenses in most cases. Good friends often than not pool funds for night out, or pick up bills to lessen the burden on each other except they have friends amongst them that is doing too well and naturally pick up the bills. If you deny him of his friends, you will suffocate him and so with you if he does not allow you to keep friends. A man's wife and children comes first, yes and so do the man's family too. Infact, in a man hearts each of this persons have their place and men can compartmentize unlike women. The fact he is crazy about his mother, does not mean he is not as madly in love with you as he was insanely struck by you when he first met you. This is the the design of men whilst a woman finds it difficult to love 2 men same way. It is either all or nothing. This is women's make up too and it is no weakness. God designed it to be so. The men are more rational being than most of you women think. |
Like what the Bleep!!! Once married, they now want to tell you what to do. As per say you all of a sudden became a dimwit. Once married, she want to control your friends and tell every God given reasons why one of your friends is not good for you. Once married, the men becomes bad at finance and management. The family will be better off if she handles the finance. Once married, if you decide to cut back on some of the courtship time expenses. You are a party poopper, a no fun, suffocating and "strangely changed". Once married, if you decide to help as much as you do to your immediate family and others; you are being gullible, you should concentrate on raising your family but if you fail to extend same fellowship to her parents of siblings, you are "aka-aradite" stingy or outrightly wicked. Guy just do you, care as much as you can. You can not please women. |
WowSweetGuy:Guy go Church go do thanksgiving. You would have entered one chance. The girl has no manners, she is will give you a lot of headache. God has indeed saved you from a bad relationship. |
Please start hash tag or thread If you were paid any form of cash by the FG as part of this program please let us indicate so we demystify all these lies. I tire. |
Mutteeme: |
capitalzero:I cannot agree more. Housing, health and education are social contracts elected government owe the electorates. To live otherwise is to live in denial. And lies are debt for which truth exacts clear measures. |
Yes na, as all girls are on heat, as all men are dogs. Am miffed that a generation as this will view life through the prism of sex. |
These are discernable in just 10days, and solution preferred within this time frame. You have a country where the FG is interested in keeping the poor in perpetual poverty o they can control the narratives and their lives. Housing is not a privilege it simply fundamental right of every human. Rent Cap Bill should be re-introduced. School fess Cap should be introduced for all levels of schooling. Enough of 99 49 living. |
Good move by the FG, but most importantly use this opportunity to clean up our system and stimulate local production through deliberate government policies otherwise this might just be an avenue for customs & immigration officers to make a killing through kickbacks. |
The truth stands on its head, and so many lies told against it owes it a debt she will collect. Fact: Nigeria handling of the Xenophobic attack comes from a position of weakness. Fact: Nigeria is second best to SA in terms of FDI Fact: Nigeria economy is mono-product and diversification has been poorly executed at best. Fact: Nigeria is infrastructurally deficient compared to SA, a similar situation is playing out with the increasing choice of neighboring Ghana for business partnership and region/industrial base for all things West Africa. These are undeniable truth, you owe these truth a beggarly debt it must toll if you live in denial. |
Reject it. |
delishpot:The sarcasm in this is telling. |
Hash tag #boycottSAproducts should start trending immediately. Bleep I like the Persians on this: Nigeria should lobby AU and other sister countries in West Africa, East Africa and Northern Africa. Ensure and see to it that all things SA is boycotted. When they feel the economic downturn and the austerity is biting hard, they will learn to embrace other culture, people and most importantly learn to live, think and act like Africans. Above all, they will learn to value those countries who stood with them, invested funds and laid down diplomatic ties for them to enjoy the freedom they now have |
...and the awards are becoming worrisome. Most dangerous place to live is a new low. |
